Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: (1) faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan pangsa pasar TaniHub Bali Branch berdasarkan bauran pemasaran; (2) bagaimana pengaruh faktor tersebut terhadap peningkatan pangsa pasar TaniHub Bali Branch; dan (3) bagaimana penerapan Blue Ocean Strategy terhadap peningkatan pangsa pasar TaniHub Bali Branch. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, dan dianalisis menggunakan Kerangka Empat Langkah dan Skema Eliminasi-Reduksi-Tambah-Buat. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui survei dan dianalisis dengan uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat faktor bauran pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan pangsa pasar TaniHub Bali Branch. Harga memiliki pengaruh negatif dari keempat faktor tersebut, sehingga perlu adanya strategi perubahan harga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Blue Ocean Strategy dapat diterapkan oleh TaniHub Bali Branch, yaitu dengan mengubah strategi untuk memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis data statistik serta interpretasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 300, yakni UMKM yang bertempat di desa Petak yang masih beroperasional minimal satu tahun dengan katagori UMKM pembuatan jaje bali, bubuh bali, ukiran, warung makanan, toko sembako, kerajinan tangan, jahit pakaian, salon kecantikan. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah (1) Entreprenurial marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi Produk; (2) Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing UMKM; (3) Entreprenurial marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing produk UMKM; dan (4) Inovasi produk mampu memediasi antara Entreprenurial marketing Terhadap Daya Saing. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital leadership, innovation management on competitive advantage with quality management as a mediating variable. The population of this research is 70 employees, by using the Slovin formula a sample of 60 respondents was obtained from Samsung Center Padang with data collection using questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study. Kedua kompetensi ini saling melengkapi, karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi hard skill terhadap kinerja mahasiswa, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi soft skill terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill secara simultan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. (4) Menganalisis integrasi kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill untuk meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner. Sampel mahasiswa diambil secara purposive sampling dengan syarat tertentu dengan partisipan dari industri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif (regresi linear berganda) dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil analisis data dengan signifikansi 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi hard skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. Kompetensi soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. Kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. Persepsi industri tentang kompetensi hard skill, soft skill dan kinerja mahasiswa sangat baik. Dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bidang usaha pariwisata yang memiliki potensi pendapatan daerah, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif berupa menghitung nilai potensi pajak hotel, potensi pajak restoran dan analisis retribusi daerah wisata. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui potensi pajak hotel sebesar Rp. 1.605.544.973.152,- dan pada tahun 2020 pendapatan tersebut telah mencapai 6,10% dari target potensi pajak yang ada. Potensi pendapatan dari restoran tersebut menghasilkan potensi pajak sebesar Rp153.000.000.000,- dengan realisasi mencapai 15,52% dari target. Obyek wisata memberikan retribusi sebesar Rp. 4.387.089.214,-. On the other hand, the risk of natural damage due to human actions and also fluctuations in the number of visitors due to the tight competition between countries is a threat to the tourism industry. In an effort to achieve sustainable tourism, the application of the latest information and communication technology is a solution to keep attracting visitors and will simultaneously maintain environmental sustainability. So far Indonesia excels in the assessment of price competitiveness, while for the assessment of information and communication technology readiness Indonesia has not been considered superior. This research was conducted with a descriptive-explanatory study approach. Using simple random sampling, samples in the form of secondary data from seven ASEAN countries from 2007 to 2019 were processed using multivariable regression to assess the magnitude of influence and significance levels of the various variables studied. Most of the waste produced is plastic waste. The amount of plastic waste that was recorded was 13.39% of the 38.05% of inorganic waste. One of the producers of plastic waste is households in the form of plastic packaging that does not sell well. One of the efforts to reduce packaging plastic is by reusing it as material products to make creative products. Product material 100x75 cm wide, requires 1500 grams of waste. This material is used to make creative fashion products (bags) as an environment-based business including waste. This business is ecopreneurship developed by the Sejahtera Waste Bank, Joyotakan Village, Surakarta City. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is the development of ecopreneurship, by reusing household plastic waste, especially plastic packaging. The solution offered to achieve the goal is to provide training and mentoring. The method used to answer the solution is the observation method, the interview method, the test method and the mentoring method. The things that are done to realize the goals are observation, to get the situation and conditions, interviews with key figures, to get information and agreement on solutions to realize the goals. Posttest-pretest is carried out at each training and provides assistance to realize and develop ecopreneurship. The results of PKM in the form of providing training, have the effect of increasing knowledge on participants. Providing assistance gives the Sejahtera Waste Bank confidence to do business. This is also the case in silver craft manufacturers in Koto Gadang, West Sumatra. The objective of the present study is to examine two innovation related constructs that may enhance small business performance, in this case, silver manufacturers in Koto Gadang. These are product innovation and networks. The present study uses qualitative approach. Case study method is used to capture the essence of product innovation and networks in these small businesses. Here there are six silver handicraft manufacturers that were being analysed. The present study collects and analyses the data from seven interviewees who are the owners and managers of these small businesses. It was found that product innovation has been considered important in enhancing business performance, while networks including Minangkabau networks have not been utilized by some of the participants. At room temperature, the freshness of leaf vegetables can only last for 12 hours. For this reason, proper postharvest handling is needed to maintain quality and extend the shelf life of these commodities, including ozone technology (ozonization). Ozone is able to shed pesticide and bacterial contamination as well as heavy metals attached to the surface of fruit or vegetables, making it safe for consumption for health. Vegetable cultivation by productive communities as micro-entrepreneurs has developed quite a lot. The problem that still occurs is the lack of efforts to extend the shelf life of vegetables that can increase consumer preferences for spinach. The “Mutiara Organik” Farmer Group in Sumberejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency made these efforts by cultivating vegetables and applying ozonation. The program begins with the introduction of packaging technology and continues with the presentation of permits from the Ministry of Health for ozonized organic vegetables. This program provides farmers with a set of production tools and packaging. The analysis also shows that ozone treatment provides higher efficiency, because it can reduce weight loss compared to Japanese spinach without ozone treatment.
