But behind that there is still hope in the agricultural sector, where agricultural exports continue to grow 15.4% in 2020 and 16.4% in 2021. This is supported by exports of the commodity porang. Porang received full attention from President Joko Widodo, he instructed the Minister of Agriculture to make porang a mainstay export commodity. In 2020, porang exports were 20,476 tons with an export value of Rp.924.3 billion. Indonesia is only able to serve 20% of the world's porang needs. In 2020, Bali is only able to meet the export of 185 tons of porang from the total demand of 750 tons per year for China. Seeing this opportunity, the people of Mundeh, Belatungan and Batungsel villages planted porang. However, problems arise during the harvest season, many porang are not sold. Problem: How is the flow of the porang supply chain. Research Objectives: To find out the porang supply chain starting from farmers, collectors, factories and suppliers. Research Methods: Qualitative Exploratory with Supply Chain Management techniques. This study was conducted based on gaps in previous studies, namely: First, the limitations of research that discusses the study of process innovation compared to research that discusses product innovation. Second, the lack of studies that can enrich the implementation of GHRM at the micro level. Third, the lack of studies that can identify the factors forming a more comprehensive model of process innovation. Respondents were 284 Coffee SMEs in Bali. Data were collected by using quetionnaire. Path analysis is used in the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation with the help of SmartPLS. The data used in this study is panel data sourced from financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2021 period. The population in this study was a conventional bank for the 2020-2021 period, with the sampling method was purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 29 banks. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data management uses the IBM SPSS Statistics program 25. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression approach. The population of this research is the employees of the Department of Public Works and Regional Spatial Planning of the Province of North Sulawesi. While the research sample used by the researcher was 14 respondents. The results showed that the behavioral aspect of the attitude had no effect with a value of 0.078 on the implementation of the inventory accounting system. The behavioral aspect of perception has no effect with a value of 0.555 on the application of the inventory accounting system. Aspects of emotional behavior have no effect with a value of 0.714 on the implementation of the inventory accounting system. This is because the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the Province of North Sulawesi has a good culture where this culture is the basis for employees to work based on standard operating procedures that have been set so that there is no opportunity to raise debates in aspects of behavior, attitudes, perceptions and emotions. The R Square value is 0.312 or 31.2%. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Interview informants include internal (staff) and external (customers) Bank BPD Bali Klungkung Branch. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions using pattern matching techniques. Research results indicate that effectiveness and efficiency of applications of Online-Based Queuing System (SpeedID) in optimizing the service quality during pandemic Covid-19 at Bank BPD Bali Klungkung Branch which is not maximized. It is caused by the disturbance of the program and the goal achievements caused by various obstacles like systems or tissue distractions, still many customers of manual queues, an often over looked time estimate. With these obstacles, it causes optimalization of customer time and ease access service through the Online-Based Queuing System (SpeedID) has not been fully sensed. M&A is also a trend in the development of the accommodation service business that occurs in non-star hotels in Bali, including the sub-district of Ubud, Gianyar. M&A is an important event for employees that can affect employees job stress levels. The purpose of this study is to look at the phenomena that occurs in employee job stress conditions through individual differences owned at non-star hotels in Ubud sub-district that have been acquired through management or ownership. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to 153 employees in 30 non-star hotels in Ubud sub-district. Analysis of the data used is PLS. The results showed that individual differences are the full mediator between the relationship between management acquisition and ownership acquisition on employee job stress.Based on the results of the study, individual differences are variables that have an important role in the influence of management acquisition and ownership acquisition on employee job stress in 30 non-star hotels in Ubud sub-district. M&A event which is an important event for employees and causes changes in the organization. One of the attractions in Sumedang is Kampung Karuhun which still needs improvement in several aspects. This study aims to identify the influence of the relationship of service quality, tourism product availability, destination image, consumer satisfaction and destination loyalty in Kampung Karuhun Sumedang. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a survey tool in the form of a questionnaire. This study collected data as many as 355 respondents. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and destination loyalty, the tourism product availability had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction but had an effect on destination loyalty. Furthermore, destination image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and destination loyalty. The last finding, consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on destination loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the study offers evidence of the relationship between service quality, tourism products and destination image on tourist satisfaction and loyalty. This behavior is needed so that minimarket employees can cooperate with colleagues, solve work problems, develop new ideas, and implement policies or procedures effectively and efficiently. However, research that focuses on retail business in minimarket format is still rarely done. This research is based on a survey of 151 minimarket personnel in Sarijadi Village and surrounding areas, employed incidental sampling. Multiple regression is used to test the hypothesis. The result of the regression analysis indicated that self-efficacy and OCB significantly independently and jointly predicted knowledge-sharing behavior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran secara diagnostik dan/atau interaktif mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi, serta tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial. Variabel komitmen organisasi memiliki efek mediasi total pada hubungan antara partisipasi anggaran dengan kinerja manajerial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk partisipasi anggaran mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial hanya ketika manajer berkomitmen pada organisasi.
