The need to solve a wide range of problems sets the problem of studying the potential of the individual, in which emotions play a special role. The development of emotions as a function of the psyche should become an important pedagogical task. The phenomenon of emotional development with an emphasis on dynamic characteristics is described. Emotional development proceeds in stages. Emotion has a source of movement. The stage-by-stage process of complication and improvement of emotional forms and content, which has a driving force, characterized by determinism, consistency and complementarity of content aspects is shown. The phased nature of the flow of emotions, the presence of a source of movement determine the intermediate and included status of emotional phenomena accompanying cognitive processes, motivation, perception and formation of values, meaning creation. In the course of the educational process, it is necessary to progressively teach a person to develop and use the potential of emotions for solving various problems. the neural activation of emotions, which can be of two types. The first type characterizes the subject's emotional relationship with the environment: perception following stimulation is derived from the selective activity of a receptor or sensory organ; perception of the environment, presented primarily in the form of an orienting reflex; spontaneous perception or activity inherent in the perceiving system. Modular earning is a form of distance learning that uses Self-Learning Modules (SLM) and is highly convenient for most typical Filipino students. It was also the most preferred learning system of the majority of parents/guardians for their children. The SLM is based on the most essential learning competencies (MELCS) provided by the Department of Education. The study was conducted to determine the issues and concerns about the use of Modular Distance Learning Modality among teachers. Of the ten different public elementary schools within the district of Buluan, Division of Maguindanao I, It found out that teachers are well-oriented and prepared to perform their tasks and functions on modular distance learning education in times of pandemic. They also have enough training and skill development necessary to effectively and efficiently do their job. Parents/guardians can able to support their children in the new learning modality, but some of them are hampered because of the incapability of facilitating and explaining the modules provided for their children. The study shows that the elementary schools have given sufficient funds and resources and are utilized in their proper allocation. These schools were located at Buluan where strategically located in the southern tip of the Maguindanao Province in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). It is composed of seven Barangays occupying a total land area of 69,950 hectares. Nowadays we may notice a rapid development of information and communication technologies and their implementation in all spheres of public life, including in the educational process. In this regard, the problem of the most effective use of electronic textbooks in teaching a foreign language becomes very urgent. The main goal of teaching foreign languages is the formation and development of the communicative culture of students, the practical mastery of a foreign language. The task of the teacher is to activate the cognitive activity of the student in the process of teaching foreign languages, to create conditions for the great skillfulness of the language for each student, to choose such teaching methods that would allow each student to show their activity, their creativity. The paper examines the specifics of an electronic textbook in teaching a foreign language. The research identifies the reasons that hinder the development of electronic textbooks in teaching English and the factors contributing to its spread. The authors present an electronic textbook as a very effective and relatively affordable method for teaching foreign languages which allows teachers to implement the principles of a differentiated and individual approach to learning. Particularly, ensuring indigenous peoples' rights has increased attention at the universal, regional, and national levels. The protection of the rights of indigenous children as a vulnerable category of the world population is complex due to climate change, forced displacement, economic exclusion, exploitation, or armed conflict. It is evident that adequate realization of the right to education depends on access to health services, self-determination, and cultural identity, protection from exploitation, abuse, discrimination, and violence. As indigenous peoples are the custodians of unique knowledge and rare languages, which are significant elements of humanity's heritage, the educational process for their children must include specified educational methodologies and other features. So various international and regional mechanisms have been established to promote and protect indigenous children's right to education and other fundamental freedoms. The article is concerned with the United Nations (UN) activities for ensuring indigenous children's right to education according to the international human rights protection system. The investigation describes international legal standards and the UN's programs and strategies for aboriginal and tribal peoples from different continents to increase the percentage of educated and competent indigenous children and young people and their results. The UN's framework contains specific methods, skills, tools, and rules. There is significant progress in the rise of educational levels among indigenous peoples. The article can be helpful for those who are searching for new positive methods of educating various categories of children in different countries. In the context of active learning, the use of gamification and games in class can improve factors like satisfaction and interest to STEM disciplines. The Escape Rooms are games that can increase the positive emotions and motivation of the participants with multiple benefits such as student´s motivation or engagement. In this study, the objectives are to analyze the effect on pre-service teachers' emotions produced by the implementation of an online Escape Room used to teach science contents in a STEM course. A total of 42 students participated for this study in a general science course of the primary education bachelor’s degree in Spain during 2020/2021 course. According to results the online Escape Room had a significant difference in 6 of the 10 emotions studied through the questionnaire validated by Cronbach Alpha test. It is observed that there is an increase in positive emotions “joy”, “satisfaction” and “fun” after the intervention. However, there is also an increase of negative emotions “nervousness”, “frustration” and “worry”. According to the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), pre-test answers were grouped in the positive emotions and the post-test answers were grouped in the negative emotions. Traditional, would be the best way to educate young people. Objectives: The aim of the research was to demonstrate with accurate data, based on a thorough research, that students do not agree with the method exclusively online, but prefer face-to-face education, but with the use of modern methods, applications and educational platforms. Through this study, those interested will be informed of the importance of the harmonious combination of the two types of teaching methods, traditional and modern, online, which are in a relationship of complementarity. Materials and methods: The research method used is represented by the comparative study on different specialized works in this field and the survey, which was conducted on a group of 60 high school students, on the effectiveness of traditional teaching methods, compared to online teaching. The purpose of the survey in this study was to draw some conclusions about the effectiveness of the methods approached, in the context of the pandemic situation in the last calendar year, which put Romanian education in front of an unprecedented situation, that of online school exclusively or that of the scenario. hybrid, half of the students being in classes, physically, the other half, attending classes simultaneously, but from home, through the platform used, Classroom. Results: Modern methods that include digital learning would seem, at first glance, quite attractive to students, they prove their effectiveness, given that they are not exclusive. The contents become easier to remember and assimilate, compared to the voluminous textbooks, digitization, the use of modern teaching methods becoming a necessity of our times, through the broad perspective it offers. The main drawback is that the Internet provides information, often false or invalid, for this reason, the intervention of the teacher to make informed references, to guide sources and guide the process of verifying the information, being absolutely necessary. Digital educational tools and technologies, such as social platforms, help teachers to create and manage workgroups, a major advantage of this method of work being the saving of time and increasing learning productivity. Conclusions: I consider that the traditional methods should not be replaced, but perfected and combined, in the didactic act, with the modern ones, they being in a relationship of complementarity. Teaching becomes more efficient if we harmoniously combine traditional methods with digital tools and technology.
