The main objectives of this work are to improve the gain and return loss of the antenna. Both the arrays are designed to operate at the resonant frequency of 2. 45GHz. The antenna is designed by using a substrate called Poly tetra fluoro ethylene (Teflon). It is a flexible material. It is chemically inert, highly insoluble and thermally stable. The performance of two arrays are compared out of which 4*1 array is found to be better in terms of gain and return loss.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131843319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work, soft-computing assisted image inspection scheme is applied to extract the suspicious fragment from the Skin Melanoma (SM) images. SM is the pervasive cancers in humans which lead to casualty when it is ignored. The proposed work implements a hybrid image examination tool to extort the SM fragment from both the conventional as well as noise stained images. The noise stained images are considered to test the robustness of the soft-computing tool. This study implements the Kapur's Thresholding (KT) to pre-process the picture and Chan-Vese segmentation to extract the suspicious section. The complete work is implemented on the benchmark dermoscopy datasets and the superiority of the proposed method is confirmed by calculating the essential similarity constraints with a qualified assessment linking the extracted section and the ground truth. The investigational outcome of this study validates that, proposed tool helps to achieve an average similarity measure of >92% for the normal image and >88% for noise stained image.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134394665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Defogging is the process to remove the effects of fog in captured images and reconstruct the original colour of natural scene. To address the colour infidelity problem introduced by the visibility recovery and contrast enhancement, the luminances of the recovered and enhanced images are fused in the gradient domain, and the fused luminance is reconstructed by solving the Poisson equation in the frequency domain. Contrast enhancement after fusion of images gives a result named as bilateral of bilateral filtering partially repeated (BBFPR). The fused image is given as input once again to the visibility recovery section and contrast enhancement section and fusion of images is carried once more. This gives a different output bilateral of bilateral filtering repeated (BBFR). Bilateral filtering is used to smoothen the image in visibility restoration stage. This has the advantage that it retains the edges and hence edge preservation is achieved. Moreover this method improves the speed of processing compared to median filtering. The experimental results demonstrate that the BBFR method has better contrast to noise ratio whereas BBFPR method has better naturalness and sharpness.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127703678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore we proposed control scheme to maintain DC bus voltage constant in AC micro-grid under different operating condition via the help of PEC equipment integrated with PV array module and bi-directional DC-DC convertor with storage device (batteries) which behave as similar inertia characteristics DC machine they delivered to the required amount of energy to DCMG for maintaining constant dc voltage and maintain the stability. We also extract the maximum power from PV array module via application of MPPT algorithm under different condition. In this paper battery considered as storage device with bi-directional DC-DC convertor which can stable the unwanted fluctuation occurred on load side and improve dynamic & transient response of the whole system. And finally response analysis of whole system steady state analysis via application MATLAB Simulink and improve the result with proposed control scheme.","PeriodicalId":321652,"journal":{"name":"2019 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127046198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
