Abstract

Facial emotion recognition has too much demand in different areas, such as computing, psychology, study of human emotion, medical diagnosis, etc. The convolutional neural networks (CNN) a sub-machine learning and artificial intelligence sub-sector in the last years have exerted a great work in the methods of facial recognition by computer, The approach and purpose of this research is to buy the existing methods to attack the problem and develop an algorithm for the recognition of facial expression by computer implementing CNN, in order to evaluate the service of customers and consumers in different services or products.
