Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan ini digunakan berdasarkan alasan bahwa penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan produk yaitu  model konseling teman sebaya untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi mahasiswa berdasarkan kombinasi dari Borg & Gall (2003) dan Dick & Carey (1990). Wiyono","doi":"10.30598/jbkt.v3i2.846","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30598/jbkt.v3i2.846","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu media Career Map yang dapat memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas, sehingga dapat membantu perencanaan karier siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan peneliti adalah model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Model pengembangan ini dikembangkan oleh S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, dan Melvyn I. Semmel. Peneliti membatasi penelitian pengembangan ini sampai pada tahap 3, yaitu Develop (Pengembangan) dan tidak melakukan tahap 4, yaitu Disseminate (Penyebaran). Setelah media Career Map selesai dikembangkan, maka perlu adanya uji validasi dan uji coba. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji ahli materi adalah 81,95 % dengan kategori penilaian produk sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan hasil untuk buku panduan adalah 83,3 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Selanjutnya, dari uji ahli media diperoleh  96,2 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan hasil untuk buku panduan 98 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Kemudian, calon pengguna (Konselor) diperoleh hasil 95,8 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan oleh calon pengguna (siswa) diperoleh hasil 88,8 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest and involved 30 elementary school students as research samples. The test uses paired sample t-test and it is identified that there are differences in students' self concepts before and after scaffolding techniques are applied. Self-concept enhancement was analyzed using N-gain, where each self-concept indicator achieved an increase in the medium category. The indicators of attitude and self-confidence increased by 31%, The indicators of View of ability and disability increased by 43%, and indicators of self-sensitivity increased by 52%, and the indicators of views of others towards themselves was 45%. Perilaku prososial rendah ini, terlihat dari kurangnya kesadaran anak untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya, kurangnya bekerja sama dengan orang lain (membina hubungan), kurang bisa saling menghargai dan menghormati, kesulitan dalam diri anak untuk berbagi dengan temannya dan kurangnya mengikuti aturan-aturan atau pelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Dari kasus tersebut, penelitian ini bisa menjadi dasar pengembangan pedoman bagi guru dalam membantu permasalahan anak yang memiliki perilaku prososial rendah kedepannya. Oleh Karena itu, dalam penelitian ini tim kami fokus untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak di TK Perwanida Kepatihan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Strategi yang kami pakai dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial tersebut melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan media permainan bentengan.Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif (Interactive Model of Analisys) yang memiliki tiga komponen yaitu : reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil teknik analisa data diatas terdapat peningkatan sebelum dilakukannya siklus dan setelah dilakukan siklus. Hal ini berarti bahwa gejala masalah perilaku prososial yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa di TK Perwanida Kepatihan Ponorogo setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan media permainan bentengan mengalami peningkatan. Is a big challenge for all parties, especially since starting January 2016 also enacted ASEAN Economic Community (ASEAN Economic Community) that allows the entry of various cultures from the ASEAN community. Needed human resources characterized so that along with the progress of civilization, the community retains its cultural character. The formation of karatker should start from education from an early age. Counseling and Counseling as an integral part of education has an important role in shaping the character of learners. For that it is necessary various strategies of guidance and counseling services, especially counseling specifically characterized the Indonesia-an taken from local wisdom and cultural values of Indonesia. Some examples of local wisdom that can be raised as the basic values of counseling are religious-spiritual values, kejawen values, sunda values, tri hita karana (bali), and are generally represented by the Indonesian education motto Ing Ngarso sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani. The core value infusion of the philosophy of each local wisdom must be done so that the national character of Indonesia still exist in the midst of globalization and the progress of civilization. Gangguan kondisi fisik, kurangnya peralatan belajar, kurangnya motivasi dalam belajar, kurangnya keterampilan belajar dan kurangnya kemauan untuk mengulang pelajaran membuat siswa tidak siap untuk memberikan respon yang tepat dalam kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan belajar siswa yang dilihat dari kondisi fisik, mental, emosional, kebutuhan, motif, tujuan, keterampilan belajar dan pengetahuan sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan kesiapan belajar siswa di SMP N 21 Kerinci. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kesiapan belajar. Sampael penelitian ini berjumlah 101 siswa SMP N 21 Kerinci. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa rata-rata kesiapan belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan mengunakan desain pre eksperimental desain. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1 keluarga di Desa Bulusan Kediri, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala pola komunikasi yang telah dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan masalah yang muncul dalam keluarga yang terdiri dari 10 item pernyataan. Analisis data yang digunakan paried Sampel t-test (Uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat permasalahan yang di sebabkan oleh pola komunakasi yang maladaptif yaitu 2.69 sebelum (pre tes) dan sesudah perlakuan (pos tes) sebesar 2.38. The research method used was simple descriptive with the formulation of a simple percentage analysis with 39 respondents from 14 partner schools. The results of the study place the professional competence of professional competencies as competencies that are considered the highest (64.6%) and the other three competencies are in the position of good category.
