During the 2020-2022 years, we studied the factors influencing the development of enterprises in the horticulture sector in the Republic of Moldova.The research was carried out within the project: \"Impact of macromedia and geographical factors on bankruptcy and business performance of economic entities in the agri-food sector in the Republic of Moldova\", project code 20.80009.0807.26, according to contract with NARD. The study was conducted by interviewing approx. 1000 companies from agri-food (vegetal, animal, postharvest, processing, HORECA sectors etc.), inclusive approx. 800 enterprises from Horticulture brunch.As a result of the study it was established: economic factors / risks obtained an average rating of 3,94 points on the scale of 5 pt.; technical and technological factors / risks obtained an average rating of 4.1 points on the scale of 5 pt.; ecological factors / risks obtained an average rating of 4,06 points on the scale of 5 pt.; legislative-legal factors / risks obtained an average rating of 4,05 points on the scale of 5 pt.; information factors / risks obtained an average rating of 4,02 points on the scale of 5 pt.; moral factors / risks obtained an average rating of 4.04 points on the scale of 5 pt., qualification of staff factor / risk obtained an average rating of 4.08 points on the scale of 5 pt. and other factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, etc.","PeriodicalId":320599,"journal":{"name":"ANNALS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA, Biology, Horticulture, Food products processing technology, Environmental engineering","volume":"PP 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126531799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experiment is monofactorial and was located in the experimental field according to the method of randomized blocks in 3 repetitions. Cultivation technology specific to sandy soils was applied. Determinations were made regarding: number of pods per plant, length of pods, diameter of pods, average production achieve and phenological observations. The Ișalnița 43, P1, P2 genotypes stood out for their earliness, and the P1 genotype for the average production achieved. The weight of the pods varied between 15.59 g in the P2 genotype and 3.09 g in the Iuliana genotype.","PeriodicalId":320599,"journal":{"name":"ANNALS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA, Biology, Horticulture, Food products processing technology, Environmental engineering","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128509779","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Shortly after, the species was identified as a natural vector of the phytoplasma associated with the Flavescence Dorée disease in French vineyards. The species quickly spread to other European countries, including Romania. This paper presents data regarding density and population dynamics of S. titanus recorded during two years of monitoring with yellow sticky traps on a pergola hybrid vine in a home garden in Northern Bucharest area. The nymphs were caught from the end of May (2021) until early August (2020) and mid-July (2021). The adults have appeared from the beginning of July until end of October in 2020 and until the middle of October in 2021, with a peak in September 2021 and August 2020.","PeriodicalId":320599,"journal":{"name":"ANNALS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA, Biology, Horticulture, Food products processing technology, Environmental engineering","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127215076","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The apple elites, candidates for obtaining new cultivars, resulted from the selection of the 3260 apple hybrids, obtained from the initial breeding material with a great genetic diversity.The five selected apple elites have shown genetic resistance to diseases, fruits with a superior quality and correspond to the objectives that must be met by a cultivar.The elites obtained through sexual hybridisation from the ‘Goldenspur’ x ‘Florina’ had fruits that have an average above 160g, yellow or yellow-greenish colour and good taste. The elites obtained through sexual hybridisation from ‘Florina’ x ‘Idared’ have fruits that have an average of 160-180 g and covered up to ¾ of the surface with red.The apple elites with a genetic resistance to diseases, candidates for varieties, obtained at SCDP Voinesti in the period 2004 – 2005 correspond to the producer’s requirements, sensitive to economic efficiency, with an increased production potential, with quality fruits that for sure will meet the consumer’s requirements, which are continuously increasing.","PeriodicalId":320599,"journal":{"name":"ANNALS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CRAIOVA, Biology, Horticulture, Food products processing technology, Environmental engineering","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134088074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
