Building a religious work culture based on the values of Islamic teachings in managing educational resources. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type in understanding the meaning behind the phenomena that occur when building a religious culture in improving the quality of employee performance. The collecting data through observation, interviews, and study of the report documents of madrasa administration activities. Meanwhile, data processing techniques were carried out in stages starting from the data collection stage, data reduction, data presentation and up to the stage of drawing conclusions from the results of the study. The results showed that the leadership of the education unit has guided and nurtured employees with full sincerity in improving their performance. The duties and responsibilities entrusted to him have been carried out in accordance with his mandate, except in terms of the courage to work and innovate which still needs to be improved. Then the attitude of istiqamah to uphold religious law and government regulations has been consistent in improving the quality of its performance. This study implies that building a religious work culture can guarantee the quality of employee performance in providing academic administrative services to students as customers (consumers) of education.\u0000Keywords: Religious Work Culture, Employee Performance Quality, Education Personnel

This study used a qualitative approach by analyzing several articles published in biology education journals in Indonesia from 2015–2022, focusing on studying the implementation of project-based learning on biological materials. The current study reveals that there has been a decline in the number of publications over the past four years. Among these studies, the dominant research design is quantitative. In addition, high school students and environmental content were the most targeted subjects and content, respectively. ANOVA and tests are the most commonly used data analysis techniques and instruments. Meanwhile, the most widely measured skills as learning outcomes are critical and creative thinking. Based on what this study found, a number of suggestions have been made to do more research on PjBL and to test other 21st century skills.\u0000Keywords: Project Based Learning, Biology Education, Research Trends

The data sources consist of three sources: interviews with academics, documentation, and field observations. After getting the data, the researchers tried to analyze using phenomenological approach, namely trying to understand from a series of existing data such as coding the data, evaluating the data, and reporting as data as well as interview data that report in text form. Based on the results, the researchers concluded that the students in using ICT could transform the student learning outcomes, for instance have a good skills in computers. They had also used it to solve the problemhe problems in class and they had planned for the benefit of supporting career tools in the future. The study used a survey method of distributing an online questionnaire several months into the Covid-19 pandemic, within July 2020. 114 Indonesian high school English teachers participated in the study. It found that the teacher participants generally had positive attitudes towards the uses of IT in English online classes. They believed that IT improved teacher-student relationships, creativity, and innovation, as well as brought positive changes towards their teaching. However, more than half of them also reported that they had more failures than success stories when using IT during the pandemic. They did not believe that IT made learning more effective either. These seemingly ambivalent attitudes may be attributed to the sudden changes from the face-to-face mode of instruction to the online one during the pandemic leading to the unpreparedness of all parties involved including teachers. Based on the findings, implications and contributions are stated alongside the possible limitations and directions for future studies.\u0000Keywords: Teachers Attitude, Instructional Technology, English Teachers Attitiude

This research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of the application of learning styles on the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship and career development of electronic engineering students. The number of students selected as many as 212 people with the cluster random sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Testing of learning style variables using Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) and seeing the validity of the indicators of each variable using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Testing of latent hypotension between variables was carried out using SEM. The results showed that outer loading, Cronbach alpha, composite reliability, AVE were valid and reliable. This means that the instrument used is valid and reliable. There is a positive relationship between structural predictor models; learning style affects the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship and career development. Hence, Arabic language learning must be well designed but still contains elements of 21st century life skills. This study aims to explore the design of 21st century skills-based Arabic learning which was held during the Covid-19 pandemic at Thursina International Islamic Boarding School Malang, Indonesia. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The data collected were analyzed using the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely reducing, presenting, and verifying. Furthermore, the data is validated using data triangulation and data sources. This research shows that the implementation of 21st century skills can be done online during the Covid-19 pandemic; achievement indicators refer to the content of elements in 21st century skills known as 4C (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity & inovation) terminology; while the challenges of implementing 21st century skills stem from the skills of teachers in operating technology when presenting subject matter to students.
