This commitment will arise when a leader is able to provide good service (servant) for his subordinates. This research method is qualitative with case study type. Data and data sources were obtained from informants at the SDIT ABFA Pamekasan institution through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the servant leadership style shown by the principal has a fairly good impact on the commitment of teachers and education personnel at SDIT ABFA Pamekasan. The servant leadership style is carried out by providing academic, supervision and administrative services in the school environment. Kajian merdeka belajar dalam kontek pesantren secara empiris sangat jarang dilakukan. Kendatipun pesantren dianggap telah lama merdeka dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara tegas bagaimana pesantren melakukan akomodasi spirit merdeka belajar dalam sistem pendidikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jejaring data wawancara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya akomodasi spirit merdeka belajar di pesantren Nurulhuda pakandangan dengan tiga hal utama, pertama akomodasi visi pendidikan yang mengarah pada spirit merdeka belajar dengan mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan sains. Memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi anak didik secara utuh dengan skill-skill. pemberdayaan ilmu pengetahuan, ketrampilan, pengalaman, sikap dan penilaian berdasarkan standar nasional dan global. Kedua bentuk pesantren mu’allimin pencetak jiwa guru, dimana santri secara bebas dapat menentukan kompetensinya dengan tetap berjiwa guru. Sesuai dengan jiwa kebebasan yang menjadi salah satu jiwa pesantren. Ketiga adalah akomodasi Inovasi pendidikan dalam program pengabdian sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan pesantren yang mengharuskan untuk kembali kepada masyarakat, membangun konstruksi sumber daya manusia di tengah kultur masyarakat, dan mengabdi sambil melatih kompetensi santri untuk bisa hidup di tengah masyarakat dengan baik. Sebagai sebuah inovasi top down model, sangat perlu ditelusuri persepsi adopter terhadap produk inovasi ini. Adopsi sebuah produk inovasi sangat dipengaruhi antara lain perspektif adopter terhadap faktor keuntungan relatif, kompatibilitas dan kerumitan yang dimiliki oleh produk tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh dari ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap keputusan para guru (adopter) dalam mengadopsi atau menerapkan K13 dalam praktek pembelajaran mereka. Permasalahan ini dikaji dengan menggunakan mix method, metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan utama dan didukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil uji analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama faktor keuntungan relatif, kompatibilitas dan kerumitan terhadap implementasi K13 dengan korelasi sebesar 18,2%, namun secara parsial tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara faktor keuntungan dan kerumitan terhadap implementasi K13. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adopsi inovasi K13 lebih banyak diterima sebagai sebuah keharusan bukan karena persepsi positif terhadap K13 itu sendiri. Persepsi adopter terhadap K13 dipengaruhi oleh minimnya pengetahuan mereka terhadap K13, baik pada tataran konsep maupun teknik implementasinya. This research is developmental by using the instructional system model of Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel (1974) with a modified 4-D model. The 4-D model consists of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. In this study, modification of the 4-D model was carried out, namely simplification from four stages to three stages. The results showed that the RPS was gender responsive from the development of the 4-D model in the subjects of Al-Qur'an Studies, Hadith Studies, Introduction to Islamic Studies, and the History of Islamic Civilization are considered appropriate according to gender responsive learning experts and learning design experts. The research method used is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. The research data was obtained using interviews and a questionnaire sheet that had been validated and then tested with the Tesmer model. Interview guidelines were distributed to four PAI teachers and a questionnaire to collect data on the social competence of 51 fourth graders. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the percentage of students' social competence through integrated learning. This study shows a significant increase in students' social attitudes through integrated learning. Sedangkan ranah SQ yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan pembersihan jiwa belum banyak tersentuh. Kajian tentang pembersihan jiwa mengarah kepada tasawuf (pendidikan jiwa). Model pembentukan karakter di dua lokasi bervariasi. 1) Pendidikan tasawuf di Al Urwatul Wutsqo berafiliasi t}ari<qah Syadziliyah Al-Mas’udiyyah. Tahap-tahap pendidikan tasawuf adalah syari>’ah, t}ari>qah, h}aqi>qah,  dan ma’rifah. Model pembentukan karakter jujur dan ikhlas melalui pemberian pengetahuan dan pembiasaan. Tahap pemberian pengetahuan adalah tahap syari>’ah. Diajarkan baca tulis al-Qur’a>n, terjemah al-Qur’a>n, nahwu, sharaf, baca kitab, hukum-hukum syari>’ah, mulai fiqih Ibadah, fiqih muamalah, fiqih munakahat, dan jinayah, dan tafsir Amaly. Pembelajaran menggunakan metode yang relevan diantaranya ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan pemberian tugas. Tahap pembiasaan adalah belajar t}ari<qah , haqiqah dan  ma’rifah. Dilatih jama’ah, dzikir, dan istighas|ah, dengan menggunakan metode muhasaba, mujahada, talqin, dan khalwat. Pada tahapan ini sampai pada al-maqa>mat terdiri dari:  taubat, sabar, syukur, rajak, khauf, faqir, zuhud, tauhid, tawakkal, mahabbah. 2) Pendidikan tasawuf di Al Ihsan Jampes tidak berafiliasi pada salah satu t}ari<qah  mu’tabarah, tetapi menerapkan tahapan pendidikan tasawuf. Tahap pemberian pengetahuan diajarkan tentang imlak, fikih dan tasawuf melalui kajian kitab Sira>j Al-Tha>libi>n dengan metode bandongan  dan shorogan (. Tahap pembiasaan dilatih jama’ah, dzikir, dan istighas|ah dengan menggunakan metode muhasaba serta mujahada. Fenomena pendidikan yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini pun cukup beragam, mulai dari aspek sosial, politik, budaya, kesehatan dan ekonomi serta aspek lainnya. Meskipun akhir-akhir ini prestasi intelektual anak-anak Indonesia mengalami peningkatan cukup baik dengan banyaknya prestasi di berbagai olimpiade sains Nasional atau Internasional, namun kemunduran justru terjadi pada aspek lain yang amat penting, yaitu karakter peserta didik/siswa sebagai generasi bangsa Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah merumuskan dan melaksanakan pendidikan karakter yang banyak di genjarkan di lembaga pendidikan sebagai solusinya untuk di perkuat moralitas peserta didik. Pendidikan karakter yang di integrasikan melalui Intelectual, Emotional and Spiritual Quotient hadir sebagai solusi problem moralitas dan karakter itu sendiri.
