The brain is one part of body that has decreased function. Previous study has shown that a strong decline in executive function can reduce the ability of the elderly to plan, organize, self control, and become aware of problems, which will affect the decrease in the capacity of the elderly to carry out daily activities. The good news is, other studies have shown that the decline in brain performance can actually be inhibited by proper protein intake. Instruments used for daily activities using ADLI and IADL; executive function was measured with the TMT A and B battery test, Digit Span, and Five Point Test which have been adapted to Indonesian; nutritional status using Waist:Hip Ratio; and Protein supply using 24-h Recall. The Mann-Whitney test Technique reveals that (1) there is no difference in executive function in urban and rural elderly; (2) there is no difference in protein intake among urban and rural elderly. However, it was found that (3) there was a significant difference between ADL in Urban and rural Elderly with Z = -2.083 (p=0.0037, < 0,05) and the ADL function of the elderly in the village was higher (M=12,5) than the function. Personality consists of five types, namely openness, agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness and neuroticism. Emotional regulation consists of cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. Burnout consists of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and depersonalization. The subjects were riot police officers from Jakarta Regional Police. The sampling methods used were purposive sampling and convenience sampling. The respondents in this study were 79 men. This study found that emotional regulation and five trait personality contribute as much as 70.9% towards the burnout ofJakarta Regional Police riot police officers. Members of riot police who experience burnout tend to show low emotional regulation and high neuroticism.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"129 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73828423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem that often occurs is the lack of a working system. There is a weak system that regulates work patterns, both in individuals and groups. Another thing that was discovered was the lack of the ultimate goal of the UKM group. So that at work the human resources are only reasonable to fill spare time. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach by using interviews and observations as data collection methods. The subjects of this study were members of UKM X Yogyakarta. The assessment approach applied by researchers using McKinsey 7s at three levels of approach namely, organizations, groups and individuals. From the results of the study it was found that UKM X Yogyakarta still does not have clear objectives in running the business and there are also some members who lack good job communication skills. This makes UKM X less productive and unable to compete with other SMEs. Researchers provide goal setting training recommendations to all members of UKM X to be able to resolve the above problems.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79908489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three hundred and twenty-nine registered university students in Jabodetabek that were recruited through purposive sampling participated in the study. Self-compassion was measured using Skala Welas Diri and loneliness was measured using UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3. Data was analyzed using linear regression and Pearson correlation to observe the relationship between components of self-compassion and loneliness. Results shows that self-compassion significantly predicts loneliness in students and self-compassion components are related to loneliness. The results suggest that self-compassion training may benefit the students to alleviate their loneliness.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88097220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The phenomenon of violence in the personal realm is experienced more by women due to fear, guilt, shame, and feeling that they have no support socially or individually. This study aims to determine the forgiveness approach as a form of recovery for women who experience violence in the personal realm. This research is a theoretical study using secondary data. The results of this theoretical study show that victims who experience violence can be recovered through forgiveness approach to express forgiveness for perpetrators. Forgiveness can be done because the victims have motivation not to avoid and respond to acts of violence perpetrated by the perpetrators, and even continues to be motivated to do good things. If forgiveness is done sincerely, it can make easier for the victims to forgive themselves and others, otherwise forgiveness is difficult to do totally if the victims choose to take revenge and avoid the perpetrators.","PeriodicalId":31993,"journal":{"name":"Psikodimensia Kajian Ilmiah Psikologi","volume":"66 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86000056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
