Height of the frame plotted by inflectional tangents to the inflection points on peak branches is used as a peak maximum for calibration curve plotting. It is founded that systematic errors are not significant for the measurement of Tl (I) peak. In case of the Cd (II) peak the significant systematic error arising from tailing of the ascending part of Tl (I) peak is observed. We propose a method of systematic errors compensation. Systematic errors are estimated by peak series modeling. We use six parametric peak model with help of a priory information about signal shape and real values of resolution criteria and ratios of peaks heights. As a metal support the porous Ni-Al plates manufactured by self-propagating high temperature synthesis were used. The effect of synthesis conditions and composition of green mixture on the phase composition, microstructure, porosity, gas permeability and other properties of the Ni-Al samples were investigated. Solid oxide fuel cells with the structure of “Ni-ZrO<sub>2</sub>:Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> anode” / “ZrO<sub>2</sub>:Y<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> electrolyte” / “La<sub>0.8</sub>Mn<sub>0.2</sub>SrO<sub>3</sub> cathode” were formed on the surface of porous Ni-Al supports by the methods of high-temperature sintering and magnetron sputtering. Polyethylene/modified LDH composites (PE/SDS-LDH) were prepared by melt blending and solution mixing method. Maleated polyethylene (PEgMA) was used to improve the compatibility between LDH and PE. The dispersion of LDHs in PE matrix was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Thermal degradation of PE/SDS-LDH composites was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results reveal that PE/PEgMA/SDS-LDHs microcomposites were obtained by melt blending method and PE/PEgMA/SDS-LDHs nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending PE with SDS-LDH/PEgMA master-batch obtained by solution mixing. Due to the thermal decomposition of LDHs at much lower temperature than PE, the degradation of composites begins at low temperature regardless of the dispersion of LDH in PE. The initial degradation temperature corresponding to 5% weight loss of nanocomposites is higher than that of microcomposites. The phase-shifting method is based on obtaining several interferograms when the phase of reference wave is changed to known values. Accuracy of existing decoding algorithms depends on a setting of values of inserted phase shifts. However, it is difficult to determine an exact value of the phase shift in practice because of errors of devices performing a phase shift. In this paper an algorithm based on the step phase-shifting without a priori knowledge of phase shift is considered. Optical parametric oscillator pumped by the fixed wavelength 1.053 μm a compact nanosecond Nd:YAG laser. Pulse duration is 5-7 ns, a maximum pulse energy was 500 μJ at a frequency of 1-7 kHz. In the paper we provide modification of the multivariate econometric algorithm on the assumption of weakly time-varying correlation matrices for which the conditions of positive definiteness were received. We prove theorems on relation between risk aversion of shares and futures.
