Abstract

The results of the manufacture and research of metal-supported solid oxide fuel cells are presented. As a metal support the porous Ni-Al plates manufactured by self-propagating high temperature synthesis were used. The effect of synthesis conditions and composition of green mixture on the phase composition, microstructure, porosity, gas permeability and other properties of the Ni-Al samples were investigated.
