Based on dynamic materials model (DMM) theory, the hot processing maps for TC11 titanium alloy were constructed at different strains with the data of hot compression tests. Surface treatment of carbon fibers was carried out based on the air oxidation method and the liquid oxidation method with concentrated nitric acid (68%) as the oxidizing solution. It could remove impurities from the surface of carbon fibers and increase the degree of the surface concavoconvex, so the active surface area were increased and then improved the bonding strength between fibers and matrix. The surface topographies of carbon fibers after surface oxidation were characterized by SEM. This material crystallizes in the zinc-blende structure for values of x<;0.82. The band-gap energy was depended on Mn mole fraction x linearly and increased with decreasing temperature. The increase of the energy gap with increasing x may be due to a decrease in the lattice constant. Faraday rotation as a function of photon energy with various Mn compositions for CdMnTe in the temperature range of 10-300 K has been measured. The Faraday rotation was increased as the photon energy increased near to that of the fundamental band gap. Optical properties of aluminum coatings deposited by the original method have been investigated in this paper. Film deposition was performed using the planar magnetron with aluminum cathode (99.995%) on the installation for magnetron coating deposition. Medium frequency supply source was used in the installation. The working gas was argon. The working pressure in the chamber upon sputtering was 0.15 Pa. The Halltype source of Ar ions was used in a number of experiments. The experimental technique was the following. One part of glass samples was deposited by aluminum films using a conventional method. The thickness was determined using AvaSpec USB2 spectrometer. Another part of samples was deposited also by aluminum films with the same thickness, but using the original method. The reflection factor of obtained samples from glass was measured on SF-256 spectrophotometer. Photometric studies showed that samples with film aluminum coatings have increased reflection factor in the ultraviolet area in comparison with the films that were deposited using a conventional method. In our opinion, the reason for the increased reflection factor can be due to the changes that occurred in the coating structure. The dispersion of particles were observed by TEM, and analyzed by software Image J. With the increase of nano-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> content, both space charge accumulation and dissipation rate increase, carrier mobility decreases, trap depth increases.
