Mulyukov","doi":"10.3897/ap.5.e1129","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3897/ap.5.e1129","url":null,"abstract":"The issue of legal protection of minors appears to be the most important one, being of particular relevance due to insufficient elaboration of the problem under consideration in modern socio-economic realities. The problem of preventing deviant behavior of students in the extreme conditions of the coronavirus pandemic and uncoordinated public manifestations of young people is one of the most relevant in pedagogy, criminology and sociology, since, firstly, it poses a danger to society. Secondly, deviant behavior is prone to organizing new offenses and involving other minors. The fact that in case of deviant behavior, the situation according to which the indicators of deviance become the higher, the higher is the degree of danger of illegal acts remains unchanged represents a particular danger. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to formulate and theoretically substantiate modern forms of prevention of deviant behavior of schoolchildren in the extreme conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the dialectical method of cognition based on the use of dialectical materialistic teaching. The article studies the problems of preventing deviant, delinquent and addictive behavior of students in the extreme conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, taking into account the latest changes and additions to the current legislation; the author's judgments on the stated problem are presented. As a result of the study, the necessity of an early resolution of the crisis component of measures to counteract the deviant behavior of underage students is substantiated. The practical significance of the obtained research results lies in the fact that the materials presented in the article can be used by teachers of secondary educational institutions, teachers of pedagogical and legal universities, judges and law enforcement officers in the implementation of professional activities to prevent deviant behavior of students. In the final part, the conclusions of the article are given, clearly revealing those aspects that are briefly stated in the abstract. The research methods are general scientific methods of cognition (formal-logical, systemic); special (comparative legal, etc.), theoretical (analysis; synthesis; generalization); empirical (study of normative, scientific and educational literature). The empirical base of the study includes scientific literature, textbooks, teaching aids on pedagogical disciplines and criminology in the field of deviant topics, addictive behavior in children, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, normative documents regulating the liability of juvenile offenders.","PeriodicalId":319757,"journal":{"name":"VII International Forum on Teacher Education","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125311566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is supposed that there are some connections between the results of teaching and the measures of improving professional conditions of teachers. The aim of the research is to analyze the indices which characterize the quality of teaching staff in order to offer the measures which could help to improve economic and normative regulations of additional training and professional development of teachers. The data analysis is based on the conception of the third Teaching and Learning International Survey. The research was done in 2019–2021 in the Kirov region (a region of the Russian Federation). The work of 1146 teachers from city and village schools was considered in the research. Data collection by means of a questionnaire-based survey of teachers is the leading method of the research. The main need of teachers’ professional development is connected with individual teaching, with the issues of individual education of pupils with special needs and with using digital technologies at work. The share of teachers with the basic education on the subject taught by them is 65% in city schools and 51% in village schools. The main trends of developing school education are considered lessening the “bureaucracy” load on teachers by means of taking on additional staff, as well as special support of pupils with special needs and investments in digital technologies. collected by means of a questionnaire offered to the teachers. 1146 teachers participated in the research, 59 % teachers from village schools, 41% teachers from city schools. The research results were discussed by the professional community, i. e. by teachers, head-masters/head-mistresses, and representatives of executive power in the sphere of education. So that special measures were worked out aiming at improving economic and normative regulations of additional training and professional development of teachers.","PeriodicalId":319757,"journal":{"name":"VII International Forum on Teacher Education","volume":"22 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125780669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This descriptive study aimed to analyze the following aspects of the concept of \"availability\" of digital services: organizational and procedural accessibility; adaptive accessibility; psychological and pedagogical accessibility; human resources as a condition of accessibility; information and resource availability; a reflexive component of accessibility. The study relied on the methods of analysis, generalization, questionnaire, methods of visualization of study results. The research results showed the need to restructure the tools used for testing the monitoring system, develop the methodological guidelines for universities regarding the application of the monitoring system. In the result of the study, three groups of proposals were formulated to individualize educational trajectories and accompany students with disabilities via the means of digital services. The study showed the importance of improving the functionality of the university's information and educational environment in terms of creating the possibility of consolidating information about a student with disabilities at all stages of higher education.","PeriodicalId":319757,"journal":{"name":"VII International Forum on Teacher Education","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126747752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
