Banyaknya gelandangan dengan gangguan jiwa di sekitar kota Bekasi menunjukkan perlunya rehabilitasi oleh pemerintah. Rehabilitasi merupakan langkah penting yang harus dilakukan oleh penderita gangguan jiwa untuk mendapatkan kembali kesehatan jiwanya. Rehabilitasi sosial dapat dilakukan melalui lembaga sosial milik pemerintah daerah maupun swasta, antara lain Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi. Pemerintah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan rehabilitasi bagi penderita gangguan jiwa berdasarkan berbagai permasalahan yang ditemukan penulis dalam observasi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi dalam upaya rehabilitasi, untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi dalam menjalankan upaya rehabilitasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bekasi Nomor 06 Tahun 2008 dan untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi dalam upaya rehabilitasi Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa. Adapun model pembelajaran yang digunakan model project citizen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Subjek pelaku tindakan adalah 1 orang dosen Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Subjek penerima tindakan adalah 39 mahasiswa. Subjek yang membantu dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 dosen mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dengan menggunakan model project citizen mengalami kenaikan setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I berpikir kritis mahasiswa rata-rata 66,18 %, siklus II berpikir kritis rata-rata 72,26 % dan siklus III berpikir kritis rata-rata 80,15 %. Selisih kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa siklus I dan dua yaitu 6,08%, dan selisih siklus II dan III yaitu 7,89%. Internet memberikan akses informasi dan komunikasi yang luas dan fleksibel bagi penggunanya. Internet selain memberikan dampak positif juga memberikan dampak negatif bagi penggunanya. Salah satu yang terdistorsi karena penyalahgunaan internet adalah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak penyalahgunaan internet terhadap perolehan pengetahuan dan struktur berpikir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan genre case study. Penelitian dilakukan di Program Studi PPKn FKIP Universitas mataram dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 6 orang mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tink aloud dengan berbantuan lembar pencatatan informasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis model interaktif. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa penyalahgunaan internet dalam penyelesaian tugas akademik menyebabkan penguasaan mahasiswa terhadap materi perkuliahan buruk. Begitu juga dengan struktur berpikir mereka, penyalahgunaan internet menyebabkan struktur berpikir mereka tidak runut, hirarkis, dan sistematis. The purpose of this study describes the procession of the Iriban tradition and the value of mutual cooperation in the Iriban tradition as well as efforts to preserve the Iriban tradition in Lerep Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques go through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research was conducted in a village precisely located in Lerep Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The informants in this study were the Head of Lerep Village, Secretary of Lerep Village, Head of Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Rukun Santoso, Elders and three Lerep Village communities. The results showed that the Iriban tradition is an annual tradition that is carried out on Kliwon Wednesday in the month of Sapar every year. The Iriban tradition is carried out by the people of Lerep Village every year on Wednesday Kliwon because it is an admonition from ancestors that is still followed by the community. The procession of the Iriban tradition is divided into two stages, namely the preparation and implementation stages. The preparatory phase includes Working Group meetings, preparation of the place of implementation of traditions and preparation of a place for cooking. While the implementation includes Kirab Iriban, Iriban Ritual, cooking, cleaning Wangan Cenginging, congratulations and eating together. The value of gotong in the Iriban tradition that can be interpreted and lived in the Iriban tradition is togetherness, unity, willing to sacrifice, help and socialization. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana, (1) bentuk eksploitasi perempuan; (2) faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan banyaknya eksploitasi perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis studi kasus. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang pernah mengalami eksploitasi dan bapak-bapak yang pernah ditinggalkan istrinya menjadi TKW. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi (pengamatan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model interaktif yang dikembangkan Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang mencakup tiga tahapan yaitu; kondensasi data ,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. However, as we enter the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is characterized by rapid technological development, efforts are needed to strengthen Indonesia's cultural identity through the pentahelix concept to ensure that nationalism does not fade. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of pentahelix elements in strengthening cultural identity and what strategies are offered by pentahelix elements to strengthen nationalism in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methodology to reveal roles and strategies through interviews, observation, documentation, and a literature review to collect data. The informants in this study amounted to eight people, consisting of two people from the government, two people from the education world, one person from the business world, two people from the community, and one person from the media. The results showed that the synergy and collaboration of the pentahelix elements (government, academic, business, community, and media) following with their respective fields contributed to maintaining the existence and preservation of Indonesia's national culture. Masalah difokuskan pada bentuk refleksi nilai kemanusiaan di bidang pendidikan dan sosial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dipilih melalui teknik purposive, yakni Pengurus Besar Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, NTB. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor, NTB. Data penelitian dikumpulkan berdasarkan hasil dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Keabsahan data diperiksa melalui teknik triangulasi, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan sila ke-2 Pancasila di Organisasi Nahdlatul Wathan (NW) Pancor NTB dalam bidang pendidikan, yakni melalui pendirian sekolah/madrasah dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi, serta memberikan program bantuan beasiswa. Sedangkan dalam aspek sosial meliputi pendirian panti asuhan, Pusat Kesehatan Pesantren (Poskestren) dan Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren). This study tries to explain how the activities of the Defense University help students at SMAN 67 Jakarta adopt a State Defense mentality. To provide descriptive data, the research methodology combines a literature study approach with a qualitative methodology.
