The presence of investor has given impacts to the number of studies and works requiring the performance of Procurement Service Units (trans. Unit Layanan Pengadaan – ULP) of goods and services that satisfy customers, namely the Regional Work Unit (trans. Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah – SKPD) and Partners. Method used are descriptive and verifiative by using path analysis. The service quality is measured with the dimensions of tangible, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. The descriptive result showed that service quality and customers’ satisfaction were pretty good and dimension of responsiveness had smallest average score as well. Meanwhile, the verificative result showed that there were positive and significant effects, both simultaneously and partially, on the dimension of empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance towards customers’ satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46683340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We hypothesize that earnings quality mediate the impact of CG and CH on firm value. Banking sector was chosen as the object of research because this sector is quite vulnerable to the global financial crisis. The population consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2013-2017. Data were analyzed by multiple regression models using SPSS software. The results show that CG and CH have a significant effect on earnings quality. But this influence shows the opposite direction of expectations. Banks with good CG have lower earnings quality, and banks with high CH show better earnings quality. Only CG that has a significant effect on firm value with negative direction. This study did not find the mediating effect from both variables.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48207433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research applied Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to measure short-term and long-term effects of independent variable on dependent variable. The research data ini this paper is drawn from two main sources namely Bank Indonesia (BI) and Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2007 to 2017. The findings showed that in the long term, BOPO, LDR, NPLs, economic growth, and exchange rates have positive relationship toward bank profitability while in the short term, inflation and BI rates do not have effect on bank profitability. However, in the short run, all variables mentioned do not have impact toward banking profitability. In addition, based on Impulse Response Function test, it showed that there are only two independent variables are able to provide a response in case of shock, namely inflation and the exchange rate toward bank’s profitability.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48198997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analyze the effects of MMS on marketing performance in the service industry and manufacturing industry with intense and non-intense business environment. Respondents in this study were 100 MSMEs in Banyumas Regency, taken using Random Sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis and regression analysis moderating sub-groups with a Chow-test.
