摘要

本研究旨在通过工作满意度作为干预,确定薪酬和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。这项研究是在PT.XD Sakti Indonesia进行的。人口为二级雇员(非工作人员);样本为200名受访者。初步数据并使用结构方程模型(SEM)进行分析。结果表明,薪酬和工作纪律通过工作满意度作为干预因素,对员工绩效产生了积极而显著的影响。研究结果表明,薪酬和工作纪律对工作满意度有积极而显著的影响,可以进一步提高员工的绩效。员工在履行职责时的独立性未能体现出他们的能力,这是由于员工缺乏信心造成的。
