This research is explanatory in nature and employs a quantitative descriptive method. The data utilized was gathered from the annual financial reports of commercial banks in Indonesia from 2012 to 2018, with a sample size of 23 bank. The collected data was then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) and the PLS3 Program. According to the findings of this study, Financial Distress has no influence on firm value or Earningsper share (EPS). The dividend policy and the RGEC have a major impact on EPS. Firm Value is significantly influenced by RGEC and EPS. The connection between Dividend Policy and RGECon Firm Value can be mediated through EPS. Meanwhile, the EPS variable cannot mediate the influence of Financial Distress on Firm Value.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43516284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method was conducted through a survey of 110 employees from several cities in Indonesia. The Data obtained through the questionnaire was analyzed with the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The analysis tool used in this research is Lisrel. The research results found that work-from-home has an effect on work-life balance, and work-life balance can decrease work-family conflict. Furthermore, work-from-home is not able to directly decrease work-family conflict. The research found that work-family conflict can be indirectly controlled by work-fromhome through the mediation of work-life balance. The importance of work-life balance in mediating work-from-home and work-family conflict raises a mediation model that is a mediation model of work-life balance to decrease work-family conflict. This information is useful for companies in evaluating work-family conflict through the implementation of work-from-home.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41785816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to find the effect of bank ownership and mode of entry on credit allocation to MSMEs. We use 110 samples of conventional commercial banks and 41 samples of foreign-owned banks in Indonesia during 2010-2017, with 686 and 266 observations. The results of multiple regression show that banks with government ownership have higher credit allocation to MSMEs than non-government ownership and banks with foreign ownership have lower credit allocation to MSMEs than domestic ownership. Based on their mode of entry, banks with foreign ownership via greenfield have lower credit allocation to MSMEs than via takeover.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47734981","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using multiple linear regression as data analysis method, the results show that the proportion of independent board of commissioner of their existence can be a counterweight to various parties so as to encourage companies to disclose CSR, while the higher leverage level, the more likely the company will violate the credit agreement so that the company will seek to report higher earnings now. Therefore, in order for reported earnings to be high, the manager reduces costs, including the costs of disclosure of social responsibility. While profitability, and public share ownership have no effect on CSR Disclosure.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49634083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One measure of poverty is the ability to fulfill basic needs, particularly food needs. On the other hand, food needs are very sensitive to changes in inflation. The more fluctuating inflation will change the prices of necessities, which then exacerbate poverty conditions. Using time-series data for the period 2005-2016 and using the Ordinary Least Square method, this study examines the impact of changes in the prices of necessities on poverty levels in North Sumatra. The results showed that the increase in rice prices, sugar, cooking oil, beef, and salt had an impact on the poverty level in North Sumatra, while the increase in the price of eggs and kerosene was the opposite. The increase in rice prices significantly impacted all of the commodities studied than for other commodities, followed by salt, sugar, beef, and cooking oil. Changes in the ability to consume basic needs indicate a decrease in people's purchasing power. Further, this indicates that the change in consumption of these various commodities also means that the poverty rate tends to increase.","PeriodicalId":31920,"journal":{"name":"Trikonomika","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46516335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
