Once this personal and emotional relationship is built, it is very easy for any organization to identify the actual needs of customer and help them to serve them in a better way. Business organization would not flourish until and unless their customers are happy; this is the reason, why Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is so important? In the present competitive business environment attracting and retaining customers is a challenging task for business organization. To grow, businesses do any only need to attract new customers but also to hold on to existing customers. CRM facilitates organization not only to gain customers but also to retain them. It focuses on improving sales and productivity by effectively catering to customer demands, queries and complaints. Though the traditional method of maintaining good customer relations is still being used yet the importance of CRM cannot be neglected. The more effectively a business can use information about its customer to meet their needs the more profitable it would be for the organization. Companies can provide excellent customer service if they are aware about their customers’ needs and react to those needs effectively. CRM helps you to understand, anticipate and respond to your customers’ needs and react in a consistent way. The paper analyses how organization use CRM as a technique to gain business distinction.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121217542","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the existing techniques worked on finding sensitive rules based upon the crisp thresh hold value of support and confidence which cause serious side effects to the original database. To avoid these crisp boundaries this paper aims to use WFPPM (Weighted Fuzzy Privacy Preserving Mining) to extract sensitive association rules. WFPPM completely find the sensitive rules by calculating the weights of the rules. At first, we apply FP-Growth to mine association rules from the database. Next, we implement fuzzy to find the sensitive rules among the extracted rules. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme find actual sensitive rules without any modification along with maintaining the quality of the released data as compared to the previous techniques.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115236696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Always ceasing author, writer, artist, architects, programmers, students and other creative people for presenting their views in the form of research paper, article, book and in other forms. Writing a research paper scholarly in challenge for the researchers, who have threat that they may be proved plagiarized. Hence the area has come up as hot cake topic of discussion. In this research paper data is collected for selected Indian universities at Delhi and the result comes out is really shocking which make future of research in question mark? As the tools used to measures the plagiarism is still at infancy stage and the biggest acceptable tool for measuring research is turn tin which itself need repair as per demand of various researchers. Case of Melania Trump and Michella Obama and many other Great mighties since Shakespeare to Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan and including famous film makers, lyricist, higher education dignitaries and Vice Chancellors have been alleged of this crime. Plagiarism is measuring tool for academic corruption and dishonesty with breach of Journalistic ethics it is the \"wrongful appropriation\" and \"stealing and publication\" of another author's \"language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions\" and the demonstration of them as one's possess original work. As per Indian government law it is crime under copy right and intellectual property right including IT Act 2000 (Information Technology Act). Punishment is different in different country as per their legal laws. This Research paper proposes to discuss the various factors involved in plagiarism and researcher should know about it before writing something public. The intention behind this paper is to caution to new researchers and to provide suggestions to great scholars to make themselves safe from being plagiarized. Optimum uses of turn tin application and mistakes made by researchers are discussed in this research paper.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126465792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

People with disabilities suffer from many social and mental pressures due to exclusion from society just for being different from normal human beings. Hence, the usage and purpose of robotic technology trims down this segregation and promote vocational incorporation. Having attempts made for the last five decades, researchers still face many challenges in the field of exoskeletons. Exoskeletons are used not only to provide movement to the user but to enhance the motion of disabled limb also. Therefore both humans and exoskeletons maintain a symbiotic relationship. Challenge for researchers is to offer precise and accurate performing exoskeleton with negligible chances of failure for human operator. In this review article, authors attempt to highlight significant advances in the field of upper-limb exoskeletons, challenges pertaining to them and aims at suggesting concrete solutions to the difficulties encountered so far.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"150 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126078802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The future price of any stock depends on certain factors such as EPS, DPS and PE. The studies explain that dividend and P/E Ratio impact the stock prices but they have not taken the EPS as factor responsible for stock price. So for this paper we have taken three factors EPS, Dividend and Price earnings Ratio as factors which may influence the price of stock with specific reference to Cement, Pharma and IT sector companies. For this research paper, research methodology is exploratory in nature. The statistical tools like correlation and regression were used to analyzed the data. It was observed that EPS, DPS and PE highly correlated to the future price of many companies of different sectors however few are influenced by the PE Ratio.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121544995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Spirituality dimensions also effects marital quality. This paper presents evidences that there exists a positive effect of spirituality dimensions on marital satisfaction. The results are proved through structural equation modeling among the latent variables- direct relationship with God, relationship with God through others and martial satisfaction- in a cross-sectional study of 382 married adults aged 18 to 48 years comprising of 225 males and 157 female respondents. Data was collected in Delhi NCR region through self-administrated questionnaire formulated through marital quality index (Norton, 1983)15 and daily spiritual scale (Underwood, 2002)19. The paper demarcates Generation Z from other branches of generation with a systematized differentiation in the behaviour, principles and choices which are constant over the time. It outlines their social media usage and intra-generational difference springing from environmental factors and personal factors. Personal factors are divided into steady and driving factors. The paper brings forward how the futuristic Generation Z’s use of social media influences them as an individual’s, organization and society. It also attempts to bring forward certain managerial repercussions and to them and a research outline. Earlier researches on access of social media by Generation Y as well as Generation Z give rise to certain queries which are yet to be answered. They laid focus mainly on the US & UK, ignoring other regions and countries (including nation like India which comprises of 28% of youths) with huge and rapidly increasing share of Generation Y’s & Z’s populations; and where the determinants of social-media usability would vary considerably; the customer set under these studies are those whose behaviour are inclined to vary as they move on the different phases of their life cycle; they tried to understand Generation Z’s social media use but misses to look at the controllers as well as aftermaths of social-media usage. The theoretical frame of reference brought forward in this paper harvests a thorough set of investigation questions and designs the pathway for considering the predecessors & outcomes of social networking used by Gen Z. It tries to identify certain ignored queries regarding Gen Z’s and their social media usability, along with also sketches practical insights for various decision makers.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116890363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has reached a level from innovation to diffusion to adoption. Organizations are looking towards cloud adoption as a solution to decrease their IT over budgets and also to concentrate more on their core business activities. The cloud has changed the entire IT usage scenario. It has changed the IT usage from self-owned IT resource utilization to rented pay per use as a utility. Though cloud adoption brings with it lots of opportunities and benefits, there are issues which surface its adoption and the companies which take an informed decision after weighing all the issues surrounding the adoption are able to sustain in a better way than those companies which adopt cloud uninformed. The study attempts to analyze the link between business needs and system measures from three perspectives: Technology, Business Needs and Economic Factors and proposes a theoretical framework based on IT adoption theories.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123075793","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
