In that it shall seek to trace out the disturbing levels of work-related stress that affects most individuals. The study shall also seek to highlight the organizational changes and reforms that can be made be brought in by the management and Human Resource department so that employees experience minimum levels of stress at work and all kinds of conflicts at workplaces can be completely avoided. The main emphasis of this paper is primarily on the corporate world of contemporary India wherein occupational stress has been noticeably high. The main reasons for this are insufficient rest from work, excessive and immoderate work pressure, unsystematic delegation of work, monotonous work environment, lack of challenges at work, non-recognition of hard work, lack of rewards/incentives, unachievable deadlines, impractical work targets, inadequate utilisation of talent and skills, poor influence on worker’s mental well-being etc. This paper has gathered infuriation and other relevant data through a detailed survey of individuals employed at various companies, through a well prepared and exhaustive questionnaire that probes into the issues related to work-related stress. The sample body was substantial and allowed for a detailed study of the issue at hand, and all data sources were methodically used to analyse the present statistics. It must be said that the results are alarming. More than 85% of the individuals surveyed reported to be stressed due to their work, and about 80% claimed that better work hours and a more negotiable workspace relieved tension to a great extent. The study has deep implications for policy makers to manage the stress at corporate level.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125566053","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One amongst many is advertising budget allocation. Several models have been proposed and devised which help simplify this mystery under various contexts of industry, company size etc. But owing to the large number of factors involved advertising budget allocation is still not completely demystified into an equation or formula. To further enrich the situation the various techniques of advertising are increasing by the day. With new media and its high potential marketing applications like social media marketing, search engine marketing, advergaming and many more, the number of buckets into which the advertising budget needs to be split is only increasing. This decision can be delegated to an MKDSS (Marketing Decision Support System). This paper tries to enlist the various potential uses of an MKDSS in the field of advertising viz a viz the presence of new media in the advertising landscape.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125881347","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It emphasizes on an economic model for the entire Indian society. It also evaluates the good points of capitalism as well as socialism and tries to adopt the middle path. Pt. Upadhyay is not in view of accepting any social systems which believes on individualism. He also rejected the concept of communism which crushes individualism. According to him society is a natural living organism having ‘national soul’ or ‘ethos’. It is not a social contract between individuals. So, both the concept of capitalism and communism is not accepted as it is. Integral Humanism also stands out for its emphasis on decentralization and attaches immense importance to the economic progress of every human being. The doctrines of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay are the guiding principles of government policies. In this paper the researcher is trying to evaluate the economic development of India in the light of the above concept.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"446 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125772542","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ‘Selfie Generation ‘as they call it, differs from the previous generations in terms of their workplace attitudes, aspirations and technological adaptations. They exhibit great affinity to digital world. These characteristics of millenials are going to have a strong impact on the future workplaces. Growing popularity of digital gadgets and social media among the millennial workforce has become a cause of concern among corporate. Digital craze among employees may make them sometimes blind to the dangers of sharing sensitive information about their employers/ organizations which may result into troubles for the firms in question. Modern day employers have started monitoring their employees conduct (including monitoring the employee’s social media accounts, mobile communications, laptops etc) at and beyond official work frontiers , to their defense. But as there are always two sides to a story, this form of monitoring has put employee privacy at risk, thereby blurring their personal-professional (life) boundaries. This paper seeks to study the contemporary trends in employee monitoring and resulting issues concerning employee social networking privacy. The paper also seeks to address the ethical and legal dimensions connected with employee social networking privacy.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115877538","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development in this field, dissimilar to most settled fields, has been both in expansiveness and profundity of ideas and procedures. Object recognition is widely used in the manufacturing industry for the purpose of inspection. Mechanically manufactured parts have recognition difficulties due to manufacturing process including machine malfunctioning, tool wear, and variations in raw material. This paper considers the problem of recognizing and classifying the objects of such parts. RGB images of different objects are used as an input. The Fourier descriptor technique is used for recognition of objects. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is used for classification of different objects. These objects are kept in different orientations for invariant rotation, translation and scaling. Invariant example acknowledgment utilizing neural systems is an especially appealing methodology on account of its closeness with natural frameworks. This paper shows the effect of different network architecture and numbers of hidden nodes on the classification accuracy of objects.","PeriodicalId":318809,"journal":{"name":"Global Journal of Enterprise Information System","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124438302","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
