The research methodology consisted of the method of analysis, synthesis, comparison, review and analysis, generalization, and benchmarking. The scientific novelty consists in identifying the leading libraries of Ukrainian universities that provide the widest range of remote services during quarantine restrictions and martial law. Conclusions. The article conducts a comparative analysis of library websites that were identified as leaders in providing remote services during quarantine restrictions and martial law. A number of remote library services were identified. As a result, the study showed that, on a parity basis, the leaders in the provision of remote services are the scientific and technical library named after G.I. Denysenko KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi and the library of Sumy State University. The library of Sumy State University carries out online user registration, provides the service of thematic selection of literature for educational and scientific works, online services for the assignment of classification indexes, electronic delivery of documents. Library employees conduct remote consultations and trainings on a wide range of issues. The library provides remote access to Scopus, Web of Science, SciVal, Springer Nature, MedOne Education databases. Users can ask questions or get advice in real time using the online consultant. Scientific and technical library named after G.I. Denysenko KPI named after Igor Sikorsky provides an opportunity to use the service of electronic delivery of documents, online determination of the UDC index, virtual help service, remote access to materials available only on the university's local network. Online events are offered, individual online consultations are actively provided, library specialists perform a selection of information sources by topic. Users can communicate with librarians of the scientific and technical library named after G.I. The scientific problem is highlighted with the aim of systematizing and summarizing the known and new knowledge about electronic communications in information and analytical activities from the point of view of the present and the prospects of their use. The research methodology consists in the application of methods of description, information diagnostics, review and analysis, generalization and system approach. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the generalization and systematization of known and new knowledge about electronic communications in analytics from the point of view of the present and the prospects of their use within one study. Conclusions. The article highlights the current opinions of researchers and the author's position on the use of electronic communications in information and analytical activities, and in this connection reveals new opportunities and advantages of modern online (operational) analytics, while pointing out the existing threats and dangers associated with with digitization and automation of information processes. The works of domestic researchers were analyzed: O. Adler, I. Vinnikova, V. Glowatskyi, O. Kalita, O. Oksentiuk, P. Pucenteilo, I. Khvalchyk., L. Voloshchuk, K. Shaposhnikova and others. Their modern views on the use of electronic communications in information and analytical activities formed the basis of the presentation of the main material. It is emphasized that we have an objective process of development of electronic information technologies and it depends on our choice whether we will have competitive advantages, using them with maximum benefit. Separate information technologies, their advantages and possibilities of application in information and analytical activities are described. Based on the studied material, the logic of the information-analytical process, the author suggests the use of certain electronic communications depending on the subject of analysis and other factors. The methodology is based on the systematic use of electronic technologies in the information and analytical process. Methods of content analysis, comparative and analytical monitoring of Internet resources of Ukrainian libraries have also been used. The scientific novelty consists in the expansion of ideas about the realities of the transformation of the activities of libraries and their entry into the socio-cultural space and the functioning of libraries in the conditions of the digital society. Conclusions. In the 21st century, in the conditions of the digital society, the activities of libraries are being transformed and they are becoming centres of not only scientific, but also socially significant information. Forms and types of work with users are changing. Among the new forms of user service, virtual exhibitions, online tours, presentations, video lectures, open access to digital collections have already become popular. Such innovative forms of work as book crossing, book trailer, bibliofresh, quest, library flash mob, information briefing, coworking, coaching are gaining momentum. Electronic libraries that can provide ubiquitous and round-the-clock access to documents of various formats (text, diagram, audio, video data) are becoming popular. World experience shows that an important step in the development of libraries and their provision of information needs of users is the mandatory creation of information-library networks, the search for and implementation of new forms of work. The research methodology involved the use of general scientific and special methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, system-structural analysis. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time information on the main tools of non-verbal communication used in electronic messages has been summarized, in particular, the role of font, color, text background, means of spelling, punctuation, and iconic printed symbols in the transmission of emotions in Internet communication has been investigated. Conclusions. The unit of communication in Internet communication is an electronic message, the meaning of which the interlocutors can convey by both verbal (speech) and non-verbal means. In conditions of a shortage of non-verbal means of communication, additional network tools that ensure the transfer of an emotional component in Internet communication are means of creolization (color, font, colored or illustrated background of the text, means of punctuation, spelling and word formation, smileys, emojis, emoticons, memes, etc., graphic design of verbal text, etc.). A special role in non-verbal Internet communication is played by iconic printed symbols, among which smileys, emojis, and emoticons have gained great popularity, which are additional linguistic tools for strengthening messages in Internet communication and by themselves are unlikely to become a meaningful means of communication between two parties. This in no way diminishes the value of what they can offer, first of all, the opportunity for every average Internet user to include feelings and emotions in the text in a new, specific way. The scientific novelty of the paper is the determination of the main trends in public libraries based on modern technological approaches to information and communication support. Conclusions. The capabilities of information and communication technologies have enabled realising a digital breakthrough in librarianship, expanding its boundaries and technical capabilities to provide services to a large number of users. Society needs further expansion of library opportunities, as remote access, augmented reality, and a significant number of social networks emerge, which requires a complex system of resource management, filling the electronic library collection, indexing sources, and informing users on the web. Research methodology. Logical, system-structural, and comparative methods were applied to summarise the theoretical and methodological principles and identify the content of the regional information-analytical centre's activities, as well as consider it as a system, i.e. integrity, consisting of subsystems and elements of different levels that are functionally interdependent. Methods of system analysis and synthesis has been used to clarify the role and place of information and analytical centres in the system of state, private, and public structures. Scientific novelty. The structure, functions, tasks and direction of work of regional information and analytical centres were studied; the concept of organising the activity of the regional information and analytical centre, which includes a system of principles, implementation strategy, directions of information and analytical work and criteria for evaluating its effectiveness, is considered. Conclusions. The basis for the activity of modern regional information and analytical centres is the processing of actual data with elements of forecasting. It is positioned as an effective tool for transforming intuitive concepts into a logical category, developing optimal management solutions, summarising disparate data, researching non-obvious processes in socio-economic and political life, research activities, with the aim of obtaining qualitatively new information as a result of the generalisation of materials that were not systematised and accepted for processing. The prospects for the development of information and analytical centres at the regional level directly depend on the described below tasks. The creation of a single information space for each region of the country aims to provide official and additional information at the regional and municipal level to ensure monitoring of socio-economic processes, forecasting the situation, adoption and implementation of management decisions by state authorities and local self-government. Formation, updating and systematisation of databases of integrated information funds about situations in the region in relation to the creation of the Central repository of the regional information system is aimed to monitor and find the situation in the region. The article is devoted to the definition of the features and essence of documentation support of the legal sphere. Methodology consists in the application of methods of analysis, synthesis, comparative method, with the help of which scientific works related to the subject of scientific research are studied. Scientific novelty. Lexicographic sources, scientific works, and normative-legal acts in which questions within the limits of the chosen subject of research were considered are analysed. The absence of the results of a comprehensive study on the issue of documentation support of the legal sphere has been established. It is stated that this does not allow the allocation of communicative areas for its improvement and their implementation. For the first time, the characteristic features are determined and the concept of the communication system of the legal sphere is formulated. Conclusions. The following features of documentation support of the legal sphere are defined: its implementation by creating conditions for legal activity in accordance with specific needs and requirements; their localisation in the context of documenting legal information and organisation of work with legal documents; connection of documentation support of the legal sphere with document science, which has a clear communicative aspect and has an impact on the formation of legal relations; nomination of a legal document as a carrier and source of information of a legal nature and a phenomenon of the information and communication sphere, which has a general communicative and special legal functions. The definition of documentation support of the legal sphere is formulated.
