The\u0000dynamics of the species composition over the past\u000070 years is considered. We were unable to find 206\u0000species in the habitats previously recorded by Karyagin\u0000in 1952. We included 678 species in the list of flora\u0000of the Absheron Peninsula, of which 599 species\u0000were classified as native flora. In accordance with\u0000the direction of the dynamics of their habitats, we\u0000distinguish five groups of native flora species: Extinct\u0000(not found on the territory of Absheron for more than\u000050 years) – seven species, endangered (disappeared\u0000in several previously known localities) - 130 species,\u0000stable (found in previously known localities) – 209\u0000species, dynamic (disappeared in previously known\u0000localities, but found in new localities) - 191 species,\u0000progressive (found in previously known localities and\u0000found in new localities) - 47 species. It is well known\u0000that for any region the adventive element of the flora is\u0000more dynamic than the native one. In total, we recorded\u000097 adventive species for the Absheron peninsula, of\u0000which 23 were new species for the flora of the region.\u0000We draw attention to the fact that since the beginning\u0000of the XIX century, the relative role of various sources\u0000of replenishment of the adventitious flora has changed.\u0000However, with the beginning of the new millennium, the\u0000contribution of railways to the formation of the advent\u0000component is noticeably decreasing. The number of new\u0000species entering the territory of the Absheron Peninsula\u0000by rail is radically decreasing. During the period\u0000covering 9 years (from 2012 to 2020), we were not able\u0000to find a single new adventive species that was intrude\u0000by rail. On the other hands, the activity of cultivated\u0000ornamental trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants became\u0000more clearly visible. There is a significant increase in\u0000the role landfills and wastelands in the formation of the\u0000adventive flora of the region
