In this study, we\u0000designed a loop-mediated isothermal amplification\u0000assay (LAMP) primer set based on calmodulin\u0000gene coding region sequences from taxonomically\u0000authorized isolates of species from this complex to\u0000rapidly detect the presence of fungi associated with\u0000Anthracnose diseases. This test can be employed at\u0000any point between cultivation and sale. Moreover, we\u0000examined the specificity and detectable range of this\u0000primer set using isolates selected from species of the\u0000genus Colletotrichum.
