The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. The research population was all students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aman Medan, which consisted of 4 classes. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is an influence of learning strategies on the learning outcomes of the Qur'an Hadith students of MTs Darul Aman Medan. by obtaining the value of Fcount (34.20) > Ftable (3.97) with dk (1.72) and the level of significance = 0.05. (2) There is an influence of interest in learning on the learning outcomes of the Qur'an Hadith students of MTs Darul Aman Medan, by obtaining a value of Fcount (4.16) > Ftable (3.97) with dk (1.72) and the real level = 0.05. (3) There is an interaction between learning strategies and interest in learning. So that teachers are able to use the tools that have been provided by the school in the form of modern or traditional technology, and choose what media to use, and it is possible that these tools are in accordance with the developments and demands of the times. In MAN 1 Bireuen, innovative learning media based on information and communication technology are very helpful for teachers in the learning process, but there are still teachers who have not been able to use them, teachers also have difficulty using IT media and teachers also have difficulty in determining learning media that are in accordance with the material. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's ability to use learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen, and to determine the teacher's constraints in using learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen. The research used is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the principal and two teachers. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ability of teachers to use learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen is still not good, because there are teachers who cannot enter the power point system into the media. To use learning media, not all can master learning media, except for young teachers who are easy to use media and teachers who have not been able to use media for a long time. Constraints of the head of MAN 1 Bireuen in the use of learning media. First, very limited learning media, such as in completing learning media tools. This fact gets worse when the available reference books are not proportional to the number of students. So that the learning process is dominated by note-taking activities. In the end, the teacher failed to create a dialogical atmosphere in classroom learning. Therefore, innovation of learning methods in education is very necessary. Innovation is a manifestation of a change that is not just changing for the better, innovation in learning methods is a systematic and structured update step from various aspects. With innovation, everything will be renewed for a better purpose. Teachers who innovate in learning methods are able to open up the horizons of innovative students, so that student enthusiasm emerges which then instills facts or concepts into students' deepest memories. Through innovative learning methods, the classroom atmosphere is not confined to a rigid and monotonous atmosphere. Students need to be invited more to discuss, interact, and have dialogue so that they are able to construct scientific concepts and principles themselves, not by being fed or lectured. Students also need to be accustomed to differing opinions so that they become intelligent and critical figures. The object of his research is Dayah Ar Raudhah Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lhokseumawe. Where there is a uniqueness in Dayah Ar Raudhah, namely in the learning model that is carried out which has been proven to have been able to print Al-Qur’an memorization cadres in a shorter time compared to tahfizh Al-Qur’an educational institutions in general. This study aims to analyze the Tahfizh Al-Qur’an learning model at Dayah Ar Raudhah Tahfiz Al-Qur’an Lhokseumawe, Blang mangat District. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through: Observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, first, the learning model of Dayah Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Ar Raudhah Lhokseumawe used the Ottoman Turkish tahfizh model or known as the backward sequence model with a standard time of memorizing 30 juz for 20. Second, the implementation of the Dayah Tahfizh Al-Qur' learning model. An Ar Raudhah Lhokseumawe was carried out in several stages. The first stage, known as the pre-tahfizh program for 6 months. The second stage, memorizing with the Ottoman model that has been set, is carried out in several steps, (1) Talib reads repeatedly the page to be memorized. (2) Memorizing verse by verse by dividing 1 page into 3 parts, 1 part consisting of 5 lines of verses from the Qur'an, then memorizing 5 lines of verses from the Qur'an from the bottom to the top 5 lines of the beginning of the verse. (3) the memorization of the first round starts from the last page of juz 1 then juz the last page of juz 2, until the last page of juz 30, after that it is continued with the second round starting from the second last page of juz second to the penultimate page of juz the second last page of juz 30 so so on until it's finished. The third stage, the evaluation stage is carried out through 2 stages. The first stage, each talib depositing memorization to his ustadz. The assessment is based on fluency, makaharijul letters and tajwid. Third, constraints in the application of the tahfizh learning model to Dayah Ar Raudhah Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lhokseumawe. first, feeling difficult when starting to memorize the Qur'an, because memorizing the Qur'an from the last page of each juz. And have to start from the beginning for the talib who had previously memorized the Qur'an. This theory serves to analyze how women's perceptions regarding the draft qanun on family law in Aceh regarding polygamy were initiated by the Aceh provincial government through the Islamic Shari'a Service and discussed at the legislative level in August 2019. The number of informants in this study was 100 women who were taken as samples. in 6 sub-districts out of 17 sub-districts in Bireuen Regency. Informants were classified into three social classes consisting of religious, bureaucrats, and business people. The results show that negative perceptions of polygamy regulation are influenced by empirical stimuli and negative stigma in society, where polygamy is attributed as a betrayal and male domination in the household. However, after knowing the substance of the qanun, their perception drastically changed. 60% of informants agree because they perceive that the draft qanun is a regional regulation that can strengthen the existing law on polygamy. Qiraah also contains the meaning of conveying, studying, reading, researching, studying, exploring, knowing the characteristics, or reflecting on readings that do not have to be written texts. Write means to make letters (numbers) with a pen (pencil) or chalk. Understanding the Qur'an cannot be separated from the habit of reciting it (reading) and writing it down (writing).
