Ichsan","doi":"10.22373/jm.v12i3.15015","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22373/jm.v12i3.15015","url":null,"abstract":"In the current era of Society 5.0, talking about the urgency of morality, especially for teachers, is an interesting matter, where with the current dynamics, many teachers do not understand the urgency of morality, so they do not show noble character, that is, they cannot be an example for students or society. Therefore, the importance of these morals needs to be known and learned and practiced in everyday life so that they can continue to improve themselves and their people in a better direction. Morals are conditions or characteristics that are imprinted and seep into the soul, so that the perpetrator of the deed does something spontaneously and easily without making it up. Morals according to the understanding of Islam is one of the results of faith and worship, because human faith and worship are not perfect unless noble morals emerge from them. Therefore, morality in Islam is rooted in faith and piety and has a direct goal, a close one, namely self-esteem and a distant goal, namely the pleasure of Allah SWT. Among the goals of education is to form good morals in children and this is only possible if the teacher has good morals too. This means that morals are in accordance with Islamic teachings, as exemplified by the main educator, namely the Apostle Allah Muhammad Saw. Even so, the relationship between parents and children still occurs a lot of disputes and neglect of parents when they are old. Through this study the researcher examines the attitudes, behavior and relationships of children and parents in Al Isra verses 23-24 from the perspective of the interpretations of Al-Maraghi and Al-Azhar. This research has a library research style. With the main source of Al-Qur'an letter Al Isra verses 23-24, interpretations of Al-Maraghi and Al-Azhar and some other literature. The results show that: 1) Attitudes and behavior of children towards parents. The two mufassirs agreed that it is obligatory to care for and bear all the needs of parents when they are old, on the other hand the two mufassirs give an illustration of behavior that is not permissible including; a) Annoyed, b) Annoying, c) Speak harshly, d) Be arrogant. 2) The relationship between children and parents based on studies from two mufassir explained that, family ties will not be broken under any circumstances and situations, therefore a household for a child is not to run away from responsibility to parents. Usman argued that teachers have an important role, and are responsible for shaping the character of their students. The teacher is an important factor that has a big influence on the success of character education in schools. Facts in the field, there are still many teachers who do not have good competence. One of the competencies that need to be highlighted is the professional competence possessed by a teacher. This study aims to determine the professional competence of teachers at SMAS Laboratorium School Unsyiah; knowing the role of exemplary teachers in the Unsyiah School Laboratory SMAS; knowing the relationship of teacher professional competence to the role of exemplary at SMAS Laboratory School Unsyiah Banda Aceh City. The method used in this research is qualitative method. with interview data collection techniques, documentation, observation. There are 3 findings in this study; first, the professional competence of teachers at the Unsyiah School Laboratory High School; second, the role of exemplary teachers in the Unsyiah School Laboratory SMAS; the third is the relationship of teacher professional competence to the role of exemplary at SMAS Laboratorium School Unsyiah. This finding can be used to strengthen data on the relation of teacher professional competence to the role of exemplary. The background where students live can also affect their learning motivation and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test hypotheses regarding the differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes of students at Al-Ulum Private High School Medan and Private Nurul Islam Indonesia High School Medan. The hypotheses of this study include: 1) There are differences in the learning motivation of students at the Al-Ulum Private High School Medan and the Private Nurul Islam Indonesia Senior High School Medan in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. 2) There are differences in student learning outcomes of Al-Ulum Private Senior High School Medan with Private Nurul Islam Indonesia High School Medan in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a comparative technique with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of Al-Ulum Private High School Medan and Private High School Nurul Islam Indonesia Medan class XI for the academic year 2021-2022. The sample size is 86 students, with the sampling technique used is quota sampling. The research instrument used is a student learning motivation questionnaire with 45 questions that have been tested for validity and reliability; and documentation of student learning outcomes obtained from students' daily test scores; Data analysis used Independent Sample T-Test. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: 1) The learning motivation of Al-Ulum Medan Private High School students is better than the learning motivation of Indonesian Nurul Islam Private High School students, it is shown by the Al-Ulum Private High School Medan students are more active in learning Religious Education Islam compared to the students of the Indonesian Nurul Islam Private High School. This is evidenced by the average value of the learning motivation of the private high school students of Al-Ulum Medan of 93.12 while the learning motivation of the students of the private high school of Nurul Islam Indonesia is 83.72. 2) The learning outcomes of the private high school students of Al-Ulum Medan have similarities with the learning outcomes of the private high school students of Nurul Islam Indonesia. All data in this qualitative descriptive study were obtained from interviews with 7 teachers from SMKN 1 Kota Banda Aceh, Lhoksemawe, and Langsa. The results showed that there were various types of disruptions made by students with various factors causing them. It was also found that teachers provided varied interventions in preventing and overcoming disruptive behavior in their classes. Some people consider that this sexual disorder is caused by hereditary or genetic factors, but studies have proven that this phenomenon is caused by mis-parenting and environmental factors. In the context of Islamic Education, this sexual perversion is caused by the injury of sexual fitrah. In addition, this disorder is also caused by social factors, culture or bad lifestyle. Islam has taught how to grow the fitrah of sexuality through several stages; starting from the age of 0-2 years, 2-7 years, 7-10 years, 10-14 years to the aqil period of baliqh. The presence of a masculine father figure and a feminine mother who accompanies and educates children according to gender from the time they are born to aqil baligh is the key to the child growing according to the fitrah based on his sexuality. If this phase of caring for sexuality is missed, then the seeds of perversion will grow and strengthen. The efforts to cultivate the fitrah of child sexuality must also be combined with instilling the fitrah of faith since both are the keys, so that the child grows completely according to the will of his God when he is presented to this world. A phenomenon of the covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on the education sector, the government has implemented a learning policy, namely learning from home. This study aims to find out what obstacles are experienced by parents while accompanying children to learn at home during covid 19 pandemic. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach.  The sample is nine parents whose children attended elementary school. The result of this study indicates that in general the obstacles of parents in assisting children in learning from home are: First, the inability to teach and explain the material properly by parents. Second, the difficulty of parents to create children enthusiastic to participate in online learning. Third, Lack of time to accompany children because they have to work and parents are impatient in accompanying children when studying at home. Fourth, parents are not accustomed to using technology such as difficulties in operating gadgets and computers. One of them is the collaboration between the Ministry of Religion of Aceh Province and USAID PRIORITAS in a number of Madrasahs in Aceh. Based on these activities, it turns out that they are still unable to provide accurate answers about Madrasahs in Aceh Province. Where many cannot be studied in depth about professional development for all teachers in the Ministry of Religion of Aceh Province. Every educational institution must have infrastructure. The infrastructure that is directly related to teaching is the classroom. These basic facilities are one of the media to carry out Madrasah functions. The study room is a space for theoretical and practical learning that does not require special equipment. Classroom management is a prerequisite as well as the most important aspect in realizing effective learning. This is done to refer to the creation of an atmosphere or class condition that allows students to carry out the learning process effectively and pleasantly. So that the integration between digital literacy and the need for materials and teaching materials has not been fully able to meet the sources and teaching materials at Madrasah Aliyah, this condition is related to the readiness of expertise for educators in producing digital literacy innovations that can be adapted to teaching materials and materials based on the applicable curriculum. The use of digital literacy has an influence on the analysis of the quality of madrasa education. This research is entitled \"Professionalism of Librarians in Mastering Information Technology at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh.\" This study aims to determine the professionalism of librarian in mastering information technology, obstacles faced by librarian professionalism in mastering information technology, and efforts of librarian professionalism in mastering information technology at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh. This type of research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were the head of the library, librarian and 2 students. Collecting data using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of this research data, using triangulation techniques sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that the professionalism of the librarian in mastering information technology at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh can be seen from the characteristics of the professionalism of the librarian. Barriers to the professionalism of the librarian in mastering information technology at SMAN 12 Banda Aceh, namely when the computer application started to crash and the wifi network had problems.
