Tingginya angka kecelakaan disebabkan oleh adanya kesalahan manusia yang berasal dari pengemudi BRT sendiri dan ada juga yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan orang lain atau pengemudi kendaraan lain sehingga diperlukan kesadaran mental pengemudi yang disebut SA (situation awareness). Tujuan penelitian adalah perbandingan terhadap SA pengemudi BRT pada kondisi padat lalu lintas berdasarkan waktu kerja yaitu pagi hari dan sore hari. SA pengemudi diukur dengan menggunakan metode SART (Situation awareness Rating Technique). Subjek penelitian adalah Supir BRT Pengemudi BRT Rute Bandara Adisucipto – Pakem. Objek penelitian adalah situation awareness tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas pagi hari pada pukul 7.00 – 9.00 WIB dan tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas sore hari pada pukul 16.00 - 18.00 WIB. Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistik non parametrik t test. Hasil Perbandingan SA pengemudi BRT pada kondisi padat lalu lintas berdasarkan waktu kerja yaitu pagi hari dan sore hari diperoleh hasil bahwa rata-rata usia pengemudi shift pagi adalah 34 tahun dan pengemudi shift sore rata-rata berusia 32 tahun dengan lama bekerja rata-rata 3 tahun. Nilai SA tidak berbeda signifikan ditunjukkan dalam t test sebesar 0.213. Secara nilai mean SA pengemudi shift pagi lebih tinggi daripada pengemudi shift sore. \u0000 \u0000In 2021, BRT had 12 accidents and in 2022 there were 34 accidents. The high number of accidents is caused by human error originating from BRT drivers themselves and some are caused by the mistakes of other people or drivers of other vehicles so that driver mental awareness is needed called SA (situation awareness). The purpose of the study was a comparison of SA BRT drivers in heavy traffic conditions based on working time, namely morning and evening. Driver SA is measured using the SART (Situation awareness Rating Technique) method. The subject of the study was a BRT Driver BRT Driver for the Adisucipto – Pakem Airport Route. The object of the study is situation awareness of the level of morning traffic density at 7.00 - 9.00 WIB and the level of afternoon traffic density at 16.00 - 18.00 WIB. The statistical test in this study is a non-parametric statistical test t test. Comparison of SA BRT drivers in heavy traffic conditions based on working time, namely morning and evening, it was found that the average age of morning shift drivers was 34 years and afternoon shift drivers were 32 years old with an average working length of 3 years. The value of SA is not significantly different shown in the t test of 0.213. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Merancang alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi dan Menganalisa dimensi-dimensi tubuh pengguna alat. Metodologi yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menganalisis dimensi tubuh manusia yang berpengaruh. Sebelum alat dirancang, Dilakukan uji statistik yang meliputi uji keseragaman data dan uji kecukupan data. Uji keseragaman data dikatakan seragam bila mana data berada diantara BKA dan BKB dengan menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan tingkat ketelitian 5%. Sedangkan Uji Kecukupan data, gunanya untuk mengetahui data cukup atau tidak dengan syarat N’ < N, dengan 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ukuran dimensi tubuh yang akan digunakan pada desain alat pelubang plastik mulsa otomatic berbasis ergonomi, yaitu Panjang jangkauan tangan (PJT)=76,6cm, bahu ke siku (BS)=36,68cm, siku ke tangan (ST)=54,37cm, pergelangan tangan ke tangan (PTKT)=25,39cm, panjang jari-1(PJ-1)=8,97cm,panjang jari-2(PJ-2)=10,89cm,panjang jari-3(PJ-3)=12,16cm,panjang jari-4(PJ-4)=11,96cm,panjang jari-5(PJ-5)=10,17cm,siku ke siku (SS)=41,2cm,panjang telapak tangan (PTT)=22,78cm, lebar telapak tangan (LTT)=12,96cm,lebar jari-2345 (LJ-2345)=10,04cm,tinggi badan tegak (TBT)=178,48cm. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah realisasi alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi. \u0000 \u0000Plastic Mulch is a material to cover the soil which functions to prevent the evaporation of water so that it can reduce soil temperature, fertilize, and protect the soil surface from direct sunlight and rainwater that can cause soil erosion, and reduce pests and plant diseases. The research objectives are to design an ergonomics-based automatic plastic mulch punching tool and to analyze the body dimensions of the tool user. The methodology used is by analyzing the influential dimensions of the human body. Before the tool is designed, statistical tests are carried out which include data uniformity tests and data adequacy tests. The data uniformity test is said to be uniform if the data is between BKA and BKB using a 95% confidence level and a 5% accuracy level. While the Data Sufficiency Test, the point is to find out whether the data is sufficient or not with the conditions N' < N, with 100 respondents. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan rute terbaik dalam pendistribusian agar mampu menghasilkan penghematan jarak, waktu dan biaya adalah metode saving matrix yang meliputi metode nearest insert dan nearest neighbor. Rute awal perusahaan adalah 12 rute dalam wilayah dengan total jarak tempuh 2772 km setelah dilakukan usulan rute usulan yaitu rute rute A: Gudang -Wajo-Gudang dengan total jarak tempuh 440 km. Rute B: Gudang-Pare Pare-pinrang -Gudang total jarak tempuh 406 km. Rute C: Gudang-Bone -Gudang total jarak tempuh 250 Km. Rute D Gudang -Makassar-Maros-Gudang dengan total jarak tempuh 250 km. Rute E Gudang -Gowa-Takalar-Jenepomto -Baantaeng -Bulukumba – Sinjai -Gudang dengan total jarak tempuh 817 km. total jarak yang dapat di hemat perusahaan sejauh ini adalah 805 km . Alokasi kendaraan yang digunakan adalah colt diesel. kemudian dihitung besarnya biaya distribusi dari rute baru yang terbentuk dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh penghematan biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 3.500.000 setiap 5 hari kerja atau diperoleh presentasi penghematan biaya produksi hemat 70 % sehingga mampu menghasilkan rute terbaik. \u0000 \u0000One way to increase the ability to compete in the market is with transportation management and product distribution. The function of distribution and transportation in general is to deliver products from the factory location to the distribution area for use. The method used to determine the best route in the distribution in order to be able to produce distance, time, and cost savings is the saving matrix method which includes the nearest insert and nearest neighbor methods. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah mengunakan analisis SWOT pada faktor internal dan eksternal pada usaha UMKM jarum tiram. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Faktor Internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan pada Kripik Jamur Tiram Familiy Crispy di Kelurahan Leang-Leang Kecamatan Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros yaitu kekutan modal berasal dari modal sendiri, tenaga kerja mudah dijangkau sedangkan kelemahan yaitu perputaran modal lambat, produksi tidak menentu dan pembukuan dilakukan setiap tahun. Faktor Ekternal Peluang dan ancaman pada Kripik Jamur Tiram Familiy Crispy di Kelurahan Leang-Leang Kecamatan Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros yaitu peluang bahan baku yang tersedia, belum adanya pesaing dari produk yang sama, ikut serta dalam pameran. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of crispy mushroom products for the Oyster Mushroom Processing Industry in Maros City and its industrial development strategy. The analytical method used is a SWOT analysis of internal and external factors in the oyster needle MSME business. The results of the study found that the internal factors that became the strengths and weaknesses of the Crispy Oyster Mushroom Chips in the Leang-Leang Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency, namely capital strength come from own capital, labor is easy to reach while the weaknesses are slow capital turnover, erratic production, and bookkeeping done every year. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di kantor desa, yang berlokasi di Desa Kamiri. Metode pengumpulan data ini di lakukan penyebaran kusioner kepada 95 responden. Analisis data yang di lakukan yaitu tentang suara masyarakat (Voice Of Costumer) terhadap pelayanan kantor desa, SPSS 16, Serta penyusunan House Of Quality. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk melakukan analisis pelayanan, terdapat 5 atribut meliputi Tangible, Assurance, Responsive, Reliability dan Emphaty. Setelah dilakukan penganalisaan data terhadap atribut yang paling berpengaruh, ditemukan bahwa pelayanan yang merupakan atribut dari Reliability memiliki skor paling tinggi dengan nilai 5,183 dabn Atribut kebersihan dan parkiran yang merupakan dimensi mutu Tangible, memperoleh skor terendah dengan nilai 1,328 sehingga bagian ini perlu perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus agar playanan yang di harapkan bisa terwujud serta sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai segera di lengkapi. Kesimpulan pelayanan kantor desa sesuai dengan rumah mutu kualitas (House Of Quality). \u0000 \u0000Basically, humans need service, even, in reality, it can be said that service cannot be separated from human life. The purpose of this study was to determine the community's response to the services provided at the village office, which is located in Kamiri Village. This data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. The data analysis that was carried out was about the voice of the community (Voice of Customer) on village office services, SPSS 16, and the preparation of the House of Quality. The results obtained from this study indicate that to perform service analysis, there are 5 attributes Tangible, Assurance, Responsive, Reliability, and Empathy. After analyzing the data on the most influential attributes, it was found that the service which is an attribute of Reliability has the highest score with a value of 5.183, and the attribute of cleanliness and parking, which is a Tangible quality dimension, gets the lowest score with a value of 1.328 so this section needs special attention. so that the expected service can be realized and the facilities and infrastructure that are not yet adequate are immediately completed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi di dalam kegiatan konstruksi dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di PT. IKI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT.IKI dan untuk mengetahui risiko-risiko saat Proses pengoprasian di PT.IKI. Data yang dipakai yaitu hasil dari kuisioner dan tahap wawancara pada HRD dan karyawan karyawan PT.IKI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pihak K3 dari PT. IKI sendiri telah melakukan pencatatan setiap kecelakaan yang terjadi diperusahaan dan telah melakukan pengendalian kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti APAR yang disediakan belum memadai, fasilitas K3 seperti informasi statistik kecelakaan kerja, dan rambu-rambu K3 yang terdapat diperusahaan masih kurang, selebihnya penerapan K3 di perusahaan sudah tinggi sehiggga mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja. \u0000 \u0000Occupational Health and Safety in shipyards are very important for workers, especially at PT IKI during operation. These results have determined the level of risk that affects the process of employee performance at PT. IKI. This research is divided into two stages, the first is to identify the causes of work accidents that often occur in construction activities and the second is to identify how the occupational safety and health system is implemented at PT. IKI. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety at PT.IKI and to find out the risks during the operation process at PT.IKI. The data used are the results of the questionnaire and the interview stage at HRD and PT.IKI employees. The results of this study indicate that the K3 from PT. IKI itself has recorded every accident that occurred in the company and has controlled work accidents that occur. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dengan angka atau skala numerik pada PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (IKI).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa kategori variabel yaknik, mayoritas responden pada variabel motivasi terbagi menjadi tiga, kategori tinggi memliki jumlah 19 orang presentase 12,4%, sedangkan kategori sedang berjumlah 72 orang presentase 47,1%, kategori rendah berjumlah 62 orang presentase 40,1%. Sedangkan pada variabel disiplin kerja mayoritas responden dalam kategori tinggi berjumlah 19 orang presentase 12,4%, adapun kategori sedang berjumlah 102 orang presentase 66,7% dan kategori rendah berjumlah 32 orang presentase 20,9%.Dapat di simpulkan bahwa menentukan variabel utama yang paling domina terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Industri Kapal Indonesia diketahui bahwa kedisiplinan yang tinggi sangat mendominan 3,50% dengan adanya kesadaran dan kesedian keryawan untuk menaati semua peraturan dan norma-norma sosial yang berlaku di perusahaan. \u0000 \u0000Work motivation is very important in improving work effectiveness because people who have good work motivation will try as much as possible so that their work can run as desired.
