Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk Merancang  alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi dan Menganalisa dimensi-dimensi tubuh pengguna alat. Metodologi yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menganalisis dimensi tubuh manusia yang berpengaruh. Sebelum alat dirancang, Dilakukan uji statistik yang meliputi uji keseragaman data dan uji kecukupan data. Uji keseragaman data dikatakan seragam bila mana data berada diantara BKA dan BKB dengan menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan tingkat ketelitian 5%. Sedangkan Uji Kecukupan data, gunanya untuk mengetahui data cukup atau tidak dengan syarat N’ < N, dengan 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ukuran dimensi tubuh yang akan digunakan pada desain alat pelubang plastik mulsa otomatic berbasis ergonomi, yaitu Panjang jangkauan tangan (PJT)=76,6cm, bahu ke siku (BS)=36,68cm, siku ke tangan (ST)=54,37cm, pergelangan tangan ke tangan (PTKT)=25,39cm, panjang jari-1(PJ-1)=8,97cm,panjang jari-2(PJ-2)=10,89cm,panjang jari-3(PJ-3)=12,16cm,panjang jari-4(PJ-4)=11,96cm,panjang jari-5(PJ-5)=10,17cm,siku ke siku (SS)=41,2cm,panjang telapak tangan (PTT)=22,78cm, lebar telapak tangan (LTT)=12,96cm,lebar jari-2345 (LJ-2345)=10,04cm,tinggi badan tegak (TBT)=178,48cm. Kesimpulan dari  penelitian ini adalah realisasi alat pelubang plastik mulsa automatic berbasis ergonomi. \n  \nPlastic Mulch is a material to cover the soil which functions to prevent the evaporation of water so that it can reduce soil temperature, fertilize, and protect the soil surface from direct sunlight and rainwater that can cause soil erosion, and reduce pests and plant diseases. The research objectives are to design an ergonomics-based automatic plastic mulch punching tool and to analyze the body dimensions of the tool user. The methodology used is by analyzing the influential dimensions of the human body. Before the tool is designed, statistical tests are carried out which include data uniformity tests and data adequacy tests. The data uniformity test is said to be uniform if the data is between BKA and BKB using a 95% confidence level and a 5% accuracy level. While the Data Sufficiency Test, the point is to find out whether the data is sufficient or not with the conditions N' < N, with 100 respondents. Abstract

Plastik Mulsa adalah bahan untuk menutup tanah yang berfungsi untuk mencegah penguapan air sehingga dapat menurunkan suhu tanah, menyuburkan,melindungi permukaan tanah dari terpaan sinar matahari langsung dan air hujan yang dapat menyebabkan tanah erosi, mengurangi serangan hama dan penyakit tanaman.
