This study was conducted to examine the effect of market ratios on stock returns on Manufacturing stocks that have positive dividends during the period 2017 to 2021. The number of samples studied was fifty-four (54) companies selected through the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used in this research is the Documentation method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The object in this research is Kendari City Social Service Employees. The population in this study is Kendari City Social Service Employees, totaling 45 employees, the sampling method is saturated sample technique. The data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Research data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 22 Software. The results of the study show that (1) competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that by increasing the two variables, namely competence and work motivation, employee performance will increase. (2) Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. this shows that with increasing competence, employee performance will increase. (3) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu kurangnya minat berwirausaha pada anak muda. Munculnya minat berwirausaha dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu media sosial. Salah satu variabel yang ditemukan berhubungan dengan minat berwirausaha adalah kreativitas. Selain itu, berkembangnya media sosial juga dapat memunculkan suatu kreativitas dari anak muda. Total sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer kuesioner dengan teknis analisis menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika media sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selanjutnya pengujian media sosial terhadap kreativitas menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap kreativitas. Pengujian ketiga yaitu kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha menunjukkan hasil bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Terakhir yaitu hasil uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai variabel mediator antara media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha.\u0000 \u0000The focus of this research is to analyze the growing social media whether it will affect young people’s interest in entrepreneuship and creativity possessed by young peopleas a mediator variable whether it will affect social media on entrepreneurial interest indirectly or vice versa. The total sample is 100 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study uses a primary data source qoestionnaire with technical analysis using path analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. The result show H1 that social media has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. H2, namely social media on creativity showed significant positive results on creativity. H3 which is creativity has a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneuship. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis adalah keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumer PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Probolinggo selama April 2022. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh total 100 responden. Multiple Linear Analysis digunakan dengan software aplikasi SPSS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik parsial maupun simultan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa keragaman produk dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian.\u0000This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions. The factors analyzed were Product Diversification and Service Quality in relation to Purchasing Decisions. The research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch, East Java. The method used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch during April 2022. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method and a total of 100 respondents were obtained. Multiple Linear Analysis is used with the SPSS application tool to examine the relationship between variables. The results of the study found that Product Diversity and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi Pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Minahasa, Sulewesi Utara dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah ditentukan. Dalam menjalankan budaya organisasi, terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat yang dihadapi, yaitu terjadinya berapa banyak karyawan yang tidak memahami tentang inovasi terbaru dan beberapa karyawan tidak merespon perubahan yang mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam budaya organisasi. This study used qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection is done by interviews, documentation, and observation. Furthermore, the data is analyzed by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the organizational culture of employees at the Minahasa Regency, Sulewesi Utara Manpower Office can be said to run well in accordance with the predetermined vision and mission. In running organizational culture, there are inhibiting factors faced, namely the occurrence of how many employees do not understand about the latest innovations and some employees do not respond to changes that result in failure in organizational culture. This current study used a descriptive quantitative approach and netted 75 respondents with a purposive sampling method where the criteria for respondents were users of halal cosmetic products. The results showed that product knowledge and consumer attitudes influenced consumer purchase intentions and the mediating role shown by consumer attitudes. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of product quality and price on the consumer's purchasing decision of Dynamix cement at the Success Warehouse store in Madiun. Respondents in this study were consumers at the Success Warehouse Madiun store, which totaled 99 respondents. The sampling technique was non probability sampling using purposive sampling. The technique of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The paper opted for a quantitative method involving 150 MOOC (Skill Academy and My Skill) users collected by spreading an online questionnaire through social media. The data analysis method used is PLS-SEM. The results show that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, price values, and habitss have a positive influence on behavioral intention. However, hedonic motivation does not appear to have a significant effect on behavioral intention.
