The purpose of this research is also to identify the methods that can be used in making decision and to explain the benefits and advantages of making decision from Islamic viewpoint. This study adopted the qualitative research design and involved 12 participants that includes managers, academicians, social activist and organisation heads who are involved in making decisions as well as the PhD students of social sciences. The data collection procedure was a qualitative in-depth face-to-face and online platform interview. According to the response of the participants, the result of this study shows that decision making from Islamic perspective can avoid from making mistakes and it helps the decision makers to make fair and equitable decisions and to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. It also helps them to generate better solutions when they face problems during making decision. This study will play a significant role to maintain good relationships with colleagues and everyone in the team or at the workplace. Humblezing sells online and offline with the first store in Bandung. Based on Humblezing's online sales data shows that DKI Jakarta is in the second position with the highest percentage of online sales after West Java. The purpose of this research is to find out if Humblezing established an offline store branch in South Jakarta is feasible or not to run. The feasibility measurement pay attention to market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects which will be projected for 5 years. The tools that used in this research are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), Sensitivity Analysis and Risk Analysis. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis, shows that the establishing a Humblezing offline store branch is feasible to run with NPV value is IDR 185,343,832, IRR 38%, PBP for 3.81 years with a MARR value is 11,25%. Sensitivity measurements on the increase in product costs sensitive at 9.31%, increase in labor costs at 14.07%, decrease in selling prices at 3.19% and decrease in market demand at 2.33%. The teachings of Gusjigang for the trader's life were able to raise a distinctive characteristic that formed the spiritual value of their daily life. So this research will illustrate the spiritual value of the merchant santri's who are based on the philosophy of local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative with a phenomenology approach and data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. One form of waqf management is establishing the Darul Istiqomah Islamic boarding school in Sinjai Regency, a waqf land area of 50.000 m2. But the form of empowerment is still not optimal due to lack of human resources and unclear direction developing productive waqf sustainability. The purpose of this study is to provide several choices of planning solutions in the form of KAFTEN application (Waqf for Islamic Boarding School), which synergizes related parties in maximizing the potential of waqf. This research is a qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis using data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with the Darul Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School managers and students. Planning a solution offered by researchers to overcome the problems faced by waqf managers is to develop KAFTEN applications online, and offline that can be a means of education and mediation to synergize parties concerned with developing the potential for waqf and welfare of Islamic boarding schools. Khususnya ayam goreng crispy kaki lima dinilai penting karena dapat dipengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah costumer yang membeli ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK. pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari teknik nonprobability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melakukan survey dengan kuesioner online kepada sampel yang berjumlah sebanyak 385. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan partial terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam goreng crispy kaki lima di JABODETABEK.
