Agriculture as an economic activity occupies a significant place in the overall development process of a country. The dependence of agriculture on natural conditions such as climate, geographical location, quality and other characteristics of the land, has the consequence that the contribution of agriculture to the overall economic development will not be the same depending on the above factors. The place and importance of agriculture in the overall economic development varies depending on the observation period because there are differences related to key development factors, as well as the place and importance of agriculture in the overall economic development. The participation of agriculture in the overall economic structure is especially important, although this certainly does not mean that countries with a higher share of agriculture in the economic structure reach higher levels of development. Countries with a large share of agriculture in the economic structure are usually underdeveloped or less developed, while in developed countries the share of agriculture in the economic structure is at a very low level. In a large number of countries, agriculture is still the main economic activity with which the largest number of inhabitants is engaged in proportion. Guerrilla marketing is a creative, imaginative, unexpected, unusual, aggressive, interactive, fun, cheap, inspiring, convincing, mobile and flexible way of achieving marketing goals. We can define ambush marketing as a tactic, which is contrary to the ethical principles of business, especially towards the competition in the form of other sponsors at a certain event. The size of the company is often mentioned as a determinant of the financial result. However, the results of researchs by authors around the world are not uniform, so we have claims that the size of the company positively affects the financial result, the size of the company negatively affects the financial result and researchs that emphasizes the lack of influence of company size on the financial result. In accordance with that, the main goal of the article is to use scientific methods to examine through empirical research whether the size of a company is a determinant of the financial result of a company in Serbia. New communication technologies have enabled creation of competent markets. Development of modern technology affected the production of the so-called personal products which have been created based on knowledge of consumer demands and needs. Pursuant to that, the communication is based on two-sidedness, and the central point of interactive public relations is taken by communication model \"one on one\" and \"many to many\", instead of the communication model which is directed toward masses, where the dominant direction is \"one to many\". There is a high degree of consent on the role and significance of social networks at all levels, starting from the global corporate success to resolution of daily problems of individuals. One of the most important problems is the safety of companies' appearance in the cyber space. Poverty as a multidimensional phenomenon, on the one hand, implies insufficient income to meet basic living needs, while on the other hand, it also covers various aspects of human rights, such as' inability to employ, inadequate housing and inadequate access to social protection for health, education and communal services. Due to a significant decrease in economic activities, but also due to the effect of numerous noneconomic factors, in the Republic of Serbia and the surrounding countries the last three decades there has been a decrease in the standard of living of the population and a concomitant increase in poverty. The basic aim of this research is the analysis of the impact of innovation policy of the Serbian industry business entities as a factor of sustainable development in transitional environment. The starting hypothesis is that the largest number of Serbian business entities does not base their competitiveness on innovation development, as is common in developed countries. The paper summarises what industry business entities in Serbia need to do in order to be more numerous and more efficient. The body of work is permeated with attitudes in regards to the coronavirus crisis from 2020 and previous financial crisis from 2007 to 2009 by the world renowned economists and Nobel Prize winners Joseph Stiglitz and Pol Krugman and former presidents of the Federal Reserve Bank Ben Bernanke, Alen Greenspan and others. The US Federal Reserve Bank opted with a relaxed approach to the monetary politics during the coronavirus crisis - a new-old approach that they picked many times before. Current coronavirus crisis measures to the monetary politics in USA on one side will contribute to deflation while on the other side it will grow consumption and production with delay until 2021. Member States are responsible for its implementation, which requires adequate administrative capacity and sound financial management. When Serbia becomes a member of the EU, it will have at its disposal many times more funds from the EU structural funds than the ones it currently receives, and for the use of which it must prepare before joining the Union. Member States must respect EU law when selecting and implementing projects, in areas related to regional policy and Structural Instruments. Member States must also establish the institutional framework, organizational arrangements and necessary organizational arrangements to prepare supporting documents. This implies the establishment of all structures at the national and regional level required by EU regulations and standards. This Chapter 22 has a double meaning: it is important in itself, because through the negotiations on this Chapter it must be proven that we are in the mood to establish good and sufficient capacities for the use of EU Cohesion Policy. {"title":"Obtaining funds on the basis of leasing in the Republic of Srpska","authors":"Slavko Lošić, Miroslav Malinović, Milica Jovanović","doi":"10.5937/EKONSIG2002071L","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/EKONSIG2002071L","url":null,"abstract":"This paper is dedicated to leasing operations in the Republic of Srpska, which are regulated by law.1 Leasing is a legal transaction where the lessor transfers the right to hold and use the leased object to the lessee for a certain period, with his obligation to pay the agreed leasing fee and with the right to return the leased object to the lessor, buy it or extend the lease agreement. This way of financing is mostly used by newly established, small and medium enterprises, which do not already have the amount of funds needed to obtain investment goods. By concluding a leasing contract, the lessee does not acquire the right of ownership over the object of leasing, but acquires economic benefits from the use of the object of leasing. The lease agreement usually coincides in time with the useful life of the assets, i.e. the period of depreciation calculation.
