Termin \"budžet\" ima internacionalno značenje za državni plan prihoda i rashoda i koristi ga većina država u svetu. Simbolički označava torbu ministra finansija koju je isti \"otvarao\" prilikom prezentacije parlamentu plana državnih prihoda i rashoda. Osnovni izvori finansiranja životne sredine u Republici Srbiji su republički budžet i prihodi od naknada. Elementi sistema finansiranja u oblasti životne sredine definisani su propisima u različitim oblastima. Za prikupljanje podataka o finansiranju zaštite životne sredine na nacionalnom nivou osnovni značaj ima Agencija za zaštitu životne sredine. Životna sredina mora imati znatno veći prioritet nego što trenutno ima u Srbiji. Zaštita životne sredine predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih aktivnosti društva, jer zadire u sve pore svakodnevnog života ljudi. The totality of needs and their hierarchy as every human sense them, can be viewed and defined as a set of human needs. A set of human needs contain tourist needs. 'A sense of deficiency' caused by the tourist needs could be satisfied by the tourist goods (products and/or services). Certain types of needs due to their peculiarity may be regarded as a differentness or special set of needs groups. Tourist needs form a special needs group. The first funds began its operations shortly after adoption of the Law on Investment Funds in 2006 which provided legal framework for their establishment and doing business. The initial years of business were marked with negative influences as a result of great crisis within world markets. It changes ones understanding, knowledge, morality, competence, which causes insecurity and fear. Quickly unwinding change reduces the ability to predict future which evokes fear and resistance to the arrival of foreigners and their capital and values, which are seen as intrusive and aggressive, and extreme reactions emerge. The idyllic image of global prosperity becomes the image of a global catastrophe. Individuals give in to this pressure and incidence of mental illnesses such as depression, substance abuse, suicide and murder, is rising. The authors conclude that psychology has its place in the study of the influence of globalization on humans.
