The research used survey method with correlational approach. Data recording, questionnaire are research technique. This research used the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. Based on the results showed positive effect of training on business development with tcount (3,600) > ttable(1,697), positive effect of creativity on business development with tcount (3,185) > ttable(1,697) and positive effect of training and creativity on business development with Fcount(16,688) > Ftabie(3,316). Influence variations of two independent variables can be determined based on the R with value 0,527. This, 52,7% variation in business development was affected by the training and creativity and remaining were influenced by other factors outside the research model. This research was qualitative research site in SMAIT Al Qudwak Depok. The data source research is the principal, vice principal, school board committees as well as some students. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) The Board committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City consists of various professions and have a minimum education level Bachelor (S1); (2) Implementation of the program of work of the school committee in SMAIT Al Qudwah Kota Depok yet fully effective. It is characterized by not fahamnya school board committee will function and role of the school committee in improving the efficiency of school management in schools; (3) Empowerment committee at Al-Qudwah SMAIT Depok City has not fully maximized. It is characterized by the limited space of empowerment for the management committee of the school as a partner school. The reasearch was conducted on July-Desember 2014. The method of the research was Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles. Discussion and Experiment were used as learning cycle model. A cycle consisted in three times of meetings and in the third meeting was done Post test. The indicators have been achieved by the result of research. As the expectation, in the second cycle, namely the number of students got the highest points was 97,45% of 32 Students and average value was 80,79%. The completeness of students was achieved and students did negative activity was not more than 35 % but only 1,55%. In the second cycle can be said that achievements of students learning have improved by using discussion and experiment learning model. Giving special attention to Less-achievement and Passive Students of work at monitoring group discussion and experiment. Learning Model for this use is Cooperative Learning, Classroom Action Research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle of meetings held three times and at the third meeting done Post Test. Research has achieved the expected indicators in the second cycle, the number of students who scored to complete the boundary or over at 98, 45% and average value reached 80.79%. This study includes qualitative research, where research in SMK who has the Office Administration Program in South Jakarta, which contained 10 SMKN. The resources are empirically Principal and Chairman of the Program Office Administration. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and archive footage, while the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of UN 2015 went well, although there are still obstacles to the program, but this is normal and can be controlled quickly and well. (2) The 2015 UN Program is a pilot program, where this year the UN goal is to assess the achievement of national competency standards on a particular subject. (3) The results of the UN as a basis for mapping the quality of programs and or education units, consideration of selection into the next level of education and training as well as providing assistance to the education unit in its efforts to improve the quality of education, not as a determinant of graduation of students. The results showed that: (1) number of applicants and the capacity program similar studies in the past 3 years has increased (2) Applicants primary education level S2 is teachers (3) Profile graduate courses Economic Education S2 is becoming educators / teacher / lecturer in economics, education personnel are qualified, researchers in the field of education and the economy, education managers, consultants, education and economics. (4) Economic Education at Bachelor (S1) there are 116 universities with 1,434 permanent lecturers and 49 526 active students.
