The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The instruments used in this study include observation sheets, interview sheets, needs analysis questionnaire sheets, design validation questionnaire sheets, expert validation sheets, response questionnaire sheets, pretest sheets, and posttest sheets. Pretest sheets and posttest sheets are arranged based on indicators of problem-solving ability. The development process went through validity tests by three experts, and field trials by 36 students. The results showed that the developed Student Worksheets had a percentage of 92% with a very decent category. The average pre-test score and post-test score with N-gain analysis results of 0.79 showed an increase with the high category, while the students' responses showed a percentage of 93% with the very good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that student worksheets based on problem-solving on temperature and heat are very feasible to be used to improve students' problem-solving abilities in physics learning.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"10 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140423101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the 5D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate, and Evaluate) which is limited to the devalope stage. The Define stage includes needs analysis and identification of competencies that must be achieved by students. The Design stage includes designing learning module in the form of modules and student worksheets. The Develop stage includes the development and validation of learning modules by experts in the aspects of material, learning, language and limited testing. The results showed that the PjBL-based Physics Subject Specific Pedagogy device integrated with the Merdeka Curriculum on alternative energy material for grade X high school students had high feasibility based on expert review in terms of material, learning, and language aspects. In addition, students also gave positive responses to the developed learning module. Therefore, the learning module is suitable for use in the Physics learning process in high school.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"114 20","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140422589","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of this research is that differentiated learning in chemistry material and the teaching and learning process can run effectively and efficiently. Differentiated learning can eliminate students’ fear of material they don’t like, especially chemistry. This research is qualitative research, to see the effectiveness of differentiated learning, the CIPP research model is used. This CIPP model includes context, input, process and product, so it is said to be more comprehensive than other evaluation models. The research data sources are Chemistry Teachers, curriculum representatives, and students at three high schools in Jakarta. Primary data was collected using observation instruments while secondary data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that what happens in the field is that not all teachers apply differentiated learning during the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Through differentiated learning, students tend to be more active and enthusiastic about learning because classroom learning is carried out according to each student’s interests, readiness, and learning style. So, learning activities with a differentiation system are stated to be quite effective","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"110 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140418436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The positive confirmation rate is directly proportional to the Covid-19 death rate. The vaccination program is carried out to reduce the spread, reduce morbidity, mortality and achieve immunity from the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of positive confirmation rates and vaccination rates on the Covid-19 death rate in Indonesia.The research is an observational study with a cross sectional approach.The population in this study were all patients with confirmed Covid-19. The samples were patients who were confirmed to have Covid-19 from February 2021 to March 2022. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The research results show that the positive confirmation rate (p = 0.000) has a positive effect on the Covid-19 death rate, while the vaccination rate (p =0.278) and the second vaccination rate (p = 0.8619) had no effect on the Covid-19 death rate. Experimental research with this type of quasi-experimental design is a quantitative study with two groups: the experimental and control classes. In the experimental class, there were 23 students in the sample, and in the control class, there were 18 students. Data sources used in this study was 16 multiple-choice questions on scientific literacy in science learning. Data were obtained from scientific literacy tests; then, analyzed using the Winstep application with Rasch modeling to obtain information about changes in scientific literacy skills in science learning. The research results were processed using the Winstep Rasch model using stacking analysis in the experimental and control classes. The experimental class, stacking analysis results, provide information that it has increased and is grouped based on the increase in logit value into the very good category 87%, 9% good, and 4% sufficient. In the control class, the logit value was very good, 61% and 39% sufficient. The purposes of this research are to validating a digital literacy-based project-based learning model assessment and enhancing students' digital literacy and creative thinking in high school biology. Using a development research approach and the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), 137 high school students in Poso Regency were sampled. The assessment tools, including observation sheets and rubrics, along with creative thinking tests, demonstrated validity (sig value < 0.05) and reliability (R > 0.60). Implementation revealed excellent digital literacy (86%), good creative thinking (75%), and a moderate improvement (N-gain = 0.68). The assessment's validity and reliability, confirmed through expert and field trials, support its applicability in high school biology learning.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"38 134","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140432813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
