This study aimed to develop and validate a meaningful learning–based e-module relevant to the context of mangrove diversity in Banggai Regency. Mangrove diversity was utilized as teaching material in the developed e-learning module to provide students with early knowledge about mangroves, enabling them to protect and conserve mangrove ecosystems in their environment. The method employed was a three-stage Research and Development (R&D) approach: field exploration, e-module development based on field data and meaningful learning principles, and product validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and practitioners through observations and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that this interactive e-module, through a limited trial involving 30 students, achieved an average feasibility score of 89.7%. The discussion confirmed that the application of meaningful learning principles integrated with local contexts proved highly valid and effective in improving students' understanding of mangrove diversity. In conclusion, this e-module is feasible and can be implemented to support conservation efforts and enhance students’ understanding. (The total word count is approximately 145, which is concise and covers all essential elements).","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"11 11","pages":"823-830"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2025-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://jppipa.unram.ac.id/index.php/jppipa/article/download/13084/8853","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"147908246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The prevalence of meningioma in the world is estimated to be about 24-30% of intracranial primary brain tumors. This tumor is classified into three groups based on grade, grade I (benign), grade II (atypical), and grade III (anaplastic). The S100 protein is not specific to meningiomas but some studies have shown that the expression of S100 protein is stronger in grade I meningiomas than in grade II and III meningiomas. Based on these findings, the authors are interested in analyzing whether there is a relationship between S100 expression and meningioma grading. The determination of S100 protein expression is very necessary as a reference in determining the prognosis and selection of the best therapy for patients. Health capital is shaped by various aspects, including health education and knowledge, access to healthcare services, environmental conditions, genetic and hereditary factors, lifestyle, as well as physical and mental health. The findings indicate that higher education levels enhance individuals' understanding of health, while easier access to healthcare services contributes to improved community health conditions. Additionally, environmental factors and lifestyle play a crucial role in determining an individual's overall health quality. The objective of this study is to identify the key determinants of individual health capital and analyze their implications for public health. These findings highlight the need for policy interventions focused on improving health education and knowledge, as well as expanding equitable access to healthcare services. Continuous education programs and better healthcare facilities, especially for low-income communities, are recommended. However, this study has limitations, including cross-sectional data and potential self-report biases. Therefore, future research should employ longitudinal data and consider additional variables to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of health capital and its impact on public health outcomes.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"11 2","pages":"719-728"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2025-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"147904931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These studies provide critical information that helps stakeholders make informed decisions by analyzing various factors such as costs, benefits, risks, and potential returns. One specific type of project that often undergoes feasibility evaluation is housing development. In many cases, the feasibility assessment of housing projects is typically conducted by estimating the number of units sold without necessarily examining actual sales data. This approach can lead to inaccuracies and misguided conclusions. To address this gap, our research aims to re-evaluate the investment feasibility of ongoing housing projects by incorporating actual sales data and predicting future sales figures. By doing so, we can provide a more accurate and reliable assessment of the project's viability. The findings from this re-evaluation indicate that the investment in housing development remains highly feasible. Key financial metrics support this conclusion: the project has a Payback Period (PP) of just 0.55 years, meaning the initial investment is recovered in a little over half a year. Additionally, the Net Present Value (NPV) stands at Rp 103,917,111,414, reflecting the project's substantial profitability. Furthermore, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is an impressive 81.73%, far exceeding typical investment benchmarks. Lastly, the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.53 demonstrates that the benefits of the project significantly outweigh the costs, confirming its overall financial soundness. These results underscore the importance of using comprehensive data analysis in feasibility studies to ensure accurate and effective investment decisions.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"10 12","pages":"11281-11286"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2025-01-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://jppipa.unram.ac.id/index.php/jppipa/article/download/8389/6622","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"147898248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
