This article uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to review eleven articles published from 2018 to 2023. Articles were systematically obtained from the online article databases ERIC, Scopus, and Google Schloar. The purpose of the review is to provide information to teachers and researchers in the field of chemistry education about the definition of guided inquiry models, the effect of guided inquiry models on chemistry learning outcomes, and how to apply guided inquiry models/strategies in chemistry learning. The review results show that the definition of various guided inquiry models involves students into a problem and confronts students with an investigation, and directs students to solve the problem of the problem. The effects of guided inquiry models on chemistry learning outcomes include improving metacognition, concept understanding, critical thinking skills, science process skills, learning outcomes, and creative thinking skills. This study addressed the analysis of the current trends of alternative energy education in the school setting in terms of educational level scope, content area, and educational strategy. The data was gained from the Scopus database and the PRISMA method which includes the identification, screening, and inclusion phase was used. 15 articles were brought to the inclusion phase to be read and analyzed. The result highlighted that the educational level covered in alternative energy education mainly focused on secondary and university levels. It is found that at elementary and high school levels, there are insufficient amounts of alternative energy education happened. Most of the papers covered general alternative energy as the topic and the rest of the articles mainly focus on one type of alternative energy topic. Project-based learning was the most common educational strategy in teaching alternative energy and STEM learning comes as the second common. Validation results confirmed that the developed book is valid and suitable for use in terms of content, language, and presentation. A paired sample T-test was conducted on the pretest and posttest results of critical and creative thinking skills for 84 student respondents. The t-test results indicated a significance value of 0.00<0.05 for both pretest and posttest scores of critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills. This suggests a significant difference in the average scores between the pretest and posttest, indicating the influence of the developed book on critical and creative thinking skills. The NGain test results for pretest and posttest scores of critical thinking skills were 70.9252, and for creative thinking skills, it was 70.9284. This research is development research. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 25 grade 5 students at SDN 14 Cakranegara. The instruments used were validation sheets, teacher assessment sheets, student assessment sheets, and test questions for students' mastery of science concepts. The data analysis technique used is a validity test with the minimum criteria being in the valid category, then a practicality test based on the results of teacher assessment and student assessment with the minimum standards being in the practical type, and an effectiveness test with the criterion that the proportion of students who achieve the classical minimum completeness criteria is at least at 75%. This research shows that PAPEDA learning media meets valid criteria with an average expert assessment score of 84% with perfect measures. The results of field trials show that PAPEDA learning media meets practical and influential standards. The functional aspect assessment was obtained from teacher and student assessments, with average scores of 96% (efficient) and 81% (efficient). The effectiveness aspect is evaluated from the results of students' mastery of science concepts tests. The proportion of students who reach the minimum completeness criteria in the science concept mastery test is 80%, within the effective criteria. The city’s central area is the governmental center of East Java Province. This area is traversed by the Surabaya section of the Kendeng Fault which could potentially generate a maximum M6.5 earthquake. The East Java megathrust zone also threatens this area with a potential maximum magnitude of M8.9 earthquake. The rock geology of this region is dominated by soft alluvial soil which could amplify earthquake shaking. This study aims to identify the distribution of seismic vulnerability index in Surabaya’s central area. Therefore, microtremor measurements were carried out at 61 points in this area. The results were then analyzed using the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method to determine the amplification factor values and seismic vulnerability index. The results of the HVSR analysis show that the amplification factor value and seismic vulnerability index are in the low to medium category ranging from 0.8370 - 3.8298 and 0.6041 - 14.6268, respectively. The distribution of the results shows that the northern area is more vulnerable than the southern part. This is verified by the geological conditions of the northern part which is dominated by alluvial soil.","PeriodicalId":31522,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA","volume":"114 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140381311","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A total of 46 high school teachers who taught science classes (biology, chemistry, and physics) throughout Bali participated in this study. The research results showed that high school teachers have attempted to implement various innovative learning models. Five innovative learning models and their implementation problems were also found and discussed in this study. Teachers fervently hope that DCBLM will exist to enhance and maximize CBLM's assets.
