Saggini","doi":"10.23756/SP.V5I2.371","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23756/SP.V5I2.371","url":null,"abstract":"The \"Quality of Life\" project arises from the need to observe and define the existing interconnection between a \"healthy\" lifestyle and the quality of life perceived by people. Starting from the W.H.O. (World Health Organization) definitions of quality of life and health, and analyzing the studies that describe the benefits of both movement physical and mental, a protocol three months has been set for the pursuit of a diet and personalized training. For this purpose, 20 healthy subjects from the 1st year of the Physiotherapy degree, who had never practiced sports at an agonistic level, have been recruited. All individuals were subject to initial evaluations to define psycho-physical wellbeing, then they have been divided into two groups: the first group, defined as experimental, followed the protocol for the duration of the study, while the second, was only subject to evaluation. At the end of the three months period, the subjects of both groups were evaluated twice, the first immediately after the last training session, the second was evaluated one month from the latter. The final evaluation aimed at verifying a possible conservative effect on modification of experimental group parameters, even when physical activity and nutrition were not supervised by us. The ultimate goal of the project was to specifically analyze, after three months, the changes in cognitive memory capacity and concentration, the stress experienced in work or study, and psycho-physical wellbeing perceived by the concerned subjects. In such a perspective, SIA (Support for Active Inclusion) is a measure of poverty alleviation which provides for economic benefits to families in poor economic situations. To enjoy this benefit, the applicant's family will have to attend a personalized social and employing activation project, through a pact between services and families, aimed to overcoming poverty and gradually regaining autonomy. Sunto I valori che sono alla base del servizio sociale guidano e orientano il lavoro dell’assistente sociale che quotidianamente opera, all’interno di contesti sia istituzionali che non istituzionali, con le persone e per le persone per il superamento delle situazioni di fragilita e poverta, mettendo in atto strategie d’intervento sempre piu innovative e rispondenti ai reali bisogni dell’individuo, del sistema familiare e, in termini piu generali, della comunita locale. In quest’ottica il SIA (sostegno per l’inclusione attiva) e una misura di contrasto alla poverta che prevede l’erogazione di un beneficio economico alle famiglie in condizioni economiche disagiate. Per godere di questo beneficio, il nucleo familiare del richiedente dovra aderire ad un progetto personalizzato di attivazione sociale e lavorativa, tramite un patto tra servizi e famiglie, teso al superamento della condizione di poverta e alla riconquista graduale dell’autonomia. It constitutes the result of twenty-five years of studies and empirical research by the free-professional exercise, especially on the problems of couple, family and parenthood, and summarize the complex of principles, methods, techniques, procedures, ideas and specific vocabulary that are necessary to constitute the professionalism of the pedagogist and allows to exercise using the contributions of pedagogy. Such a contribution is becoming increasingly necessary in the current evolution of social and cultural reality. Keywords : Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, Profession of Pedagogist, Social Professions, Aid’s Relationsfip, Methodology Sunto In questo saggio si delinea la tecnica della cosiddetta “interlocuzione pedagogica”, che e una modalita d'esercizio della pedagogia come professione e una forma paradigmatica di relazione d'aiuto nella quale implementare strumenti concettuali ed operativi specifici della pedagogia. Esso costituisce il risultato di venticinque anni di studi e di ricerche empiriche attraverso l'esercizio libero-professionale, soprattutto su problemi di coppia, famiglia e genitorialita, e compendia il complesso di principi, metodi, tecniche, procedure, idee e lessico specifico che sono necessari a costituire la professionalita del pedagogista e consentono di esercitare avvalendosi dell’apporto della pedagogia. Un tale apporto va facendosi sempre piu evidentemente necessario nell’evolversi attuale della realta sociale e culturale. To achieve this, the themes of the Relation city/field and the concept of community as a field of rational action in the interior of the social Arena (Bourdieu) in which the social individualism is unfolds; Concluding with the historical antecedents – despite the brevity of the Italian scholars, together with the most representative associated institutes from the earliest interests in this field to the most recent studies. Resumen : La intencion de esta obra es la de analizar, en los anos del estudio sociologico (desde el periodo posterior a la Unidad italiana hasta la actualidad), el concepto de ruralidad a traves de los contextos de referencia sobre los temas que han marcado un periodo de \"proyecto\" y emancipacion, y, sobre todo, un indice de crecimiento de marginalidad que hicieron la fortuna de la sociedad occidental a costa de las demas partes de la misma sociedad. Para lograr esto, se tocan los temas de la relacion ciudad/campo y el concepto de comunidad como ambito de accion racional en el interior de la arena social (Bourdieu) en el que se desenvuelve el individualismo social; concluyendo con los antecedentes historicos – pese a la brevedad descriptiva – de los estudiosos italianos, junto a los institutos asociados mas representativos desde los primeros intereses en esta materia hasta los estudios mas recientes.
