Wifi is not always available outdoors and requires more portable data communication. This study aims to design a prototype Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based on nRF24L01 and solar-powered SIM800l for outdoor IoT implementation. The study used a total of five IoT devices with four nodes with nRF24L01 and one node with nRF24L01 and SIM800l. Each device uses an Arduino nano, TP4056, 6WP solar panel, and a 900mAh 18650 battery. The evaluation of the system includes a comparative QoS analysis, namely packet delivery ratio (PDR), throughput, and delay in star and bus topology through data collection of observation methods by sensors. The evaluation results show that for unidirectional data communication the star topology has better results with PDR 99,099%, throughput 99.393%, and delay 0.0095s. While the bus topology produces a slight difference in PDR 98.766%, throughput 98.461%, and delay 0.017s. Evaluation of energy availability shows that during the day with an average voltage of 3.703v and at night 2.976v, there is no significant difference. There are truth-clarification platforms for hoax news about Covid-19 such as Jala Hoax and Saber Hoax which categorize into misinformation and disinformation. Classification of supervised learning methods is applied to carry out learning from fact labels. Dataset is taken from Jala Hoax and Saber Hoax as many as 559 data which are made into Class 1 (Misleading Content, Satire/Parody, False Connection), Class 2 (False Context, Imposter Content), Class 3 (Fabricated and Manipulated Content). K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is used to classify categories of misinformation and disinformation. Dissimilarity measure Jaccard Distance is compared with Euclidean, Manhattan, and Minkowski and uses k-value variance in the K-NN to determine the performance comparison results for each test. Results of Jaccard Distance at the value of k = 4 get a higher value than other model with an accuracy 0.696, precision 0.710, recall 0.572, and F1-Score. Reservoir is a place to store clean water production from PDAM, the weakness of using sticks or poles is when the operator does not monitor continuously causing air loss when production becomes large. The goal of the study was to design a water-level prototype to control excess water in the reservoir. The method used is a prototype with the stage of gathering information through interviewing PDAM staff, creating and repairing prototypes and testing prototypes. The test used hardware consisting of Arduino uno r3, ultrasonic sensor hc-sr04, flowmeter sensor yf-s201, 16 x 2 lcd, relay module, buzzer, solenoid valve 12 V_dc, pump 12 V_dc and display measurement results in the visual studio application 2019. Our findings are that the length of reservoir charging with an average input discharge of 3.6 liters / minute is 2.93 minutes. As for the length of emptying the reservoir with an average output discharge of 1.06 liters / minute is 12.10 minutes. Meanwhile, to develop software (system) with waterfall method, while testing uses blackbox-testing. Our findings are in the form of a desktop-based information system at Kotaratu health center. Currently, the evaluation process is still using the manual method. Based on this, an application was developed as an android-based cognitive evaluation tool at the Information and Computer Technology Education Study Program (PTIK) IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of developing an android-based cognitive evaluation tool and also student responses after using an android-based cognitive evaluation tool in the ICT Education Study Program of IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The development method used is Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE model. The research subjects in the study consisted of development subjects involving three media experts and product trial subjects involving 10 students as small-scale test subjects and 42 students as large-scale trial subjects. Data collection using closed questionnaires, and Data analysis apply descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the media expert test obtained a score of 90.3%, including the Very Eligible category. Small-scale trials obtained a score of 76% in the Eligible category. Large-scale trials obtained a score of 81% in the Very Eligible category. The method used in building this application is the waterfall method, which starts with making observations to testing the system. The tests used are black box testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS). The results of the black box testing test are that the menu has been able to run according to their respective functions, while for MOS, it produces about 98% results stating that the application is running well. Furthermore, this system evalusion is tested using blackbox testing that serves to find out how far the component components or modules on the system are working. The results of this research are in the form of applications or information systems to facilitate the transaction process at Kafe Green Market Padang. The system consists of the main page, login page, data entry menu, transaction menu, and payment confirmation menu. The evaluation results show that the system is already running well, because every component of the system when used there is no error. The research method used is the Extreme Programming (XP) development method and a technique for evaluating user experience using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). This study will use the fp-growth algorithm to form an association model with the aim of helping companies increase their sales by creating underwear promotional packages. The data set that will be used to support this research is the sales transaction data set for the period April 2020 to December 2020. The results show that known rules have been obtained using the fp-growth algorithm, where the rules of this association can create strategies to increase clothing sales. There are patient medical record data, which is the result of interactions between doctors and sufferer. Medical records are sensitive data so that the security of the hospital management information system needs to be improved to convince users or patients that the data stored on SIMRS is safe at attackers. There are several ways to improve system security, one of which is by threat modeling. Threat modeling aims to identify vulnerabilities and threats that exist in SIMRS. In this paper, threat modeling will use the STRIDE-model. The recognition with the STRIDE-model will then be analyzed and sorted according to the modeling with the STRIDE method. After the analysis is complete, it will be calculated and given a rating based on the DREAD method's assessment. The STRIDE method's results show that there are several threats identified, such as there is one threat on the user side, the webserver is five threats, and the database is three threats. The level of the threat varies from the lowest-level (LowL) to the highest-level (HiL).
