The study looks at how different input factors, including feed, speed, and cut depth, affect the output factors, like the material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (SR). The Taguchi method is used as the optimization technique to identify the optimal combination of input parameters that lead to maximum MRR and minimum SR. The objective of the study is to establish the relationship between input and output parameters and to offer a workable strategy for machining process optimization. The study's findings will advance our understanding of EN31 material machining with VMCs and have real-world implications for the machining sector.","PeriodicalId":314707,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education and Scientific Methods","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126997645","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the attitude of teachers working in secondary schools to use student centered teaching methods and techniques and compare it based on the gender, subject, seniority year, and school type variables. The survey method was used in the study.The data related to the study were obtained by attitude scale for using student centered teaching methods and techniques. Findings indicated there is significant attitudinal difference in the mean scores of Physical science teachers who were exposed towards the Demonstration method.The second finding states that demonstration instructional strategy produces same learning outcome in both male and female teachers in the test. The implication of this is that demonstration teaching method is not gender bias. It is a viable method for both sexes. The last finding states that the demonstration method application attitude was seniority bias i.e., in favour of the >10 years teacher folk.","PeriodicalId":314707,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education and Scientific Methods","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126215349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Deaf and dumb people find it difficult to engage in normal conversations with other people. According to the World Health Organization, across the world 466 million people are affected (more than 5 percent of the world's population) and in that 34 million are kids. Consequently, they are unable to communicate efficiently with others. Sign language is the medium through which deaf people communicate, which involves the usage of gestures to express their feelings and emotions. A sign language gesture is a particular action of the hands, composed of a specific form. The main motive behind this device is to make disabled people feel confident in their communication and also to get rid of their fear or any kind of awkwardness while communicating with others. Five LDR sensors are used in such a way that each LDR sensor is fixed at the tip of glove finger. The gesture of the hand plays a vital role. The micro-controller decodes the gestures. The words which are fed are measured using each particular gesture (i.e., making entirely different finger positions) of LDR sensors. The system analyzes those gestures and synthesizes the display the message for common people to recognize. In this system, hand gloves are used through which the hand gestures are measured directly and accurately.","PeriodicalId":314707,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education and Scientific Methods","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116218170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current scenario is evidence that policymakers in India have made efforts to restrict various forms of informal finance by categorizing them as usurious and replacing them with newer banking concepts and practices. However, it is clear that the formal financial system is not exempt from theoretical and implementation flaws, leading to a significant demand and relevance for informal financial arrangements. This paper provides a concise overview of informal finance, its categorization, the shift of focus from credit supply to collective arrangements, and its enduring prevalence. The paper aims to emphasize the contributions of informal finance in promoting savings, facilitating credit provision, and sharing economic risks in the Indian market. Additionally, it critically examines the strengths, weaknesses, and the role of informal financial arrangements in the Indian economy","PeriodicalId":314707,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education and Scientific Methods","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127161461","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An enormously large diversity of microorganisms lives in soil, yet very little is known about them. Contrarily, a portion of the diversity of soil microorganisms has been discovered via a variety of innovative techniques, the majority of which are based on rRNA and rDNA analysis. These microorganisms' functional andgenetic potential may even be higher than that of higher creatures. Differing from common opinion, investigations of bacterial diversity in particular have been impeded by their reliance on subtle phenotypic identification of bacterial isolates. For the most part, soil microorganisms including bacteria and fungi play crucial roles in fostering plant health and soil fertility. In contrast to popular assumption, they may also be more functional and genetically plausible than higher species. The study of bacterial diversity has been impeded by its reliance on the subtle phenotypic identification of bacterial isolates. Soil microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, typically play crucial roles in soil fertility and the health of agricultural plants. The spread of the overall bacterial population in the area was once significantly greater than the range of the bacterial isolates from the same soil by a factor of roughly 170 times. Limiting factors in the bacterial spectrum include environmental stress and agricultural management. This overview covers the current rise in interest in studying soil microbial communities, with a focus on cutting-edge methods that offer fresh insight into the connection between phylogenetic and intentional diversity. It looks at many techniques for learning microbial diversity in soil, as well as some molecular mechanisms and environmental factors that affect bacterial diversity in sediments and soil.","PeriodicalId":314707,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of All Research Education and Scientific Methods","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121848358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
