Caw Thorne–Cooksey exercise is a vestibular rehabilitation program that tries to achieve vestibular compensation by adaptation, habituation and substitution based on the mechanisms of neuroplasticity. It builds up to a tolerance mechanism and the more diligently and regularly they are carried out, the symptoms will disappear. Aim: The aim of the study is to find effect of Caw Thorne Cooksey exercise in improving balance, gait and mobility in patient with multiple sclerosis. Methodology: Articles are in English, Free open access, full text, last 5-years studies from search engines like PubMed, research gate and google scholar which shows effect of caw Thorne Cooksey exercise in patient with multiple sclerosis. Result: Articles reviewed showed positive effect of caw Thorne Cooksey exercise. Hence it plays an important role in rehabilitation of multiple sclerosis patient because of this exercise is build up tolerance mechanism. 简介:多发性硬化症是一种进行性自身免疫性疾病,它影响大脑的许多区域,如小脑或前庭中枢通路,可产生前庭功能障碍。Caw Thorne-Cooksey运动是一种基于神经可塑性机制,试图通过适应、习惯化和替代来实现前庭代偿的前庭康复项目。它建立了一种耐受机制,越努力、越有规律地进行这些治疗,症状就会消失。目的:本研究的目的是发现考索恩库克西运动对改善多发性硬化症患者的平衡、步态和活动能力的影响。方法:文章均为英文,免费开放获取,全文,近5年的研究,来自PubMed, research gate和google scholar等搜索引擎,显示了索恩库克西运动对多发性硬化症患者的影响。结果:文献回顾表明,索恩运动具有积极的效果。因此,它对多发性硬化症患者的康复起着重要的作用,因为它建立了耐受性机制。结论:Caw Thorne Cooksey运动对多发性硬化症患者的康复有重要作用,但近期证据很少,有待进一步研究。
