The intervention given to the experimental group was built with social learning theory and adapted to the environment and socio-culture of Jakarta, Indonesia. Due to Indonesia’s status as one of Asia's largest marine debris disposal countries and Indonesia's open dumping garbage disposal scheme, there is a heightened urgency to reduce the national waste volume. Considering that the growing population is of productive age and educated demographic, education can now be seen as a practical solution, not just idealistic. This study employed a qualitative research design by interviewing five ESP Mathematics lecturers teaching at STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo in the 2022-2023 academic year. 15 items of interview guidelines were prepared to gain a deeper understanding of what respondents have done in implementing the techniques of teaching ESP for Mathematics. The data were then examined using an interactive analysis process. The survey found that several of the lecturers had issues with vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and speaking fluency. The instructors overcame the obstacles by working together with other instructors and studying from printed and digital resources to better their command of the English language. Additionally, they utilized a web-based learning management system to aid in their education and facilitate the creation of instructional materials. It meant that the development of ESP for math educators had to concentrate on four areas: vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and fluency. The approach in this study uses the theory of resource conservation (COR) to explain individual behavior based on future needs in obtaining and maintaining resources derived from self and social in achieving goals that are valued personally. The research method used is quantitative. Respondents in this study with a total of 295 people. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, namely the Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI) for subjective career success variables. One of the dimensions of the measuring instrument multidimensional Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) for the optimism variable and The Job Crafting Questionnaire for the job crafting variable. The analysis used is Hayes to see the mediating relationship between job crafting and optimism on subjective career success. The results in this study indicate that the influence of job crafting partially mediates the relationship between optimism and subjective career success. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsi-kan kondisi meaning of life siswa dari keluarga broken home berdasarkan gender, urutan kelahiran, kondisi keluarga dan akses internet. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 siswa dari keluarga broken home (laki-laki 41.9%; perempuan 58.1%) yang tersebar di dua provinsi yaitu Sumatera Barat dan DKI Jakarta. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen Meaning of life 17 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan pada penelitian menunjukkan meaning of life siswa dari keluarga broken home berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai 45.2%. Selain itu, kondisi meaning of life menunjukkan siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi skor meaning of life dibandingkan dengan siswa perempuan. Selain itu, anak sulung cenderung memiliki pemahaman yang lebih tinggi tentang makna hidup daripada anak tengah dan anak bungsu. Temuan lainnya adalah siswa yang hidup bersama ayah single parent lebih memahami makna hidup dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tinggal bersama ibu single parent. People who are highly motivated to achieve have a close relationship with intense dedication, reasonable control, and positive challenges. They are even willing to accept failure as part of the goal-setting process This study was conducted to explain the psychological characteristics of hardness and fear of failure that are predicted to determine the achievement motivation of adolescents whose mothers are employed. Participants were recruited anonymously and willingly from universities in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, Riau. After collecting and analyzing 280 questionnaires for outlier analysis, 188 were found valid for further study. Two stages of measurement were carried out; measuring was examined, and the structural model was deemed statistically significant. This study applied a quantitative methodology to the analysis of the path analysis mediation model. This study employs three measurement instruments and demographic data to address research issues. Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15), an action strategy to measure achievement motivation behavior personality, and the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI), a multidimensional assessment of cognitive-motivational-relational fear of failure, were used in this study to collect data. Path analysis from SmartPLS 3.2 was used to analyze the research data and determine the moderating and correlation values for the studied variables. This assessment indicates that fear of failure does not contribute to SMK students in Pekanbaru's toughness with success motivation.
