La investigación resulta significativa pues da cuenta, entre otras cosas, de ciertas formas de violencia estructural que se concretan en el tipo de relaciones que se establecen entre maestros, directivos y alumnos durante el receso. La escuela primaria que se eligió tiene dos particularidades importantes: por un lado, formó parte de lo que en su momento se llamó Unidad Pedagógica; por otro lado, al momento de iniciar la investigación la escuela mantenía un dispositivo de control, que consiste en dividir el patio en áreas; esto contrasta fuertemente con la forma en que se vivía el espacio cuando la escuela pertenecía a la UP. \u0000\u0000\u0000Palabras clave:\u0000Violencia estructural, relaciones sociales, escuela primaria, investigación etnográfica.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This article reports findings that show the type of social relationships that are established during the school recess in a primary school. The investigation is significant because it accounts, among other things, for certain forms of structural violence that are specified in the type of relationships established between teachers, managers and students during the break. La investigación parte de la inquietud sobre la postura y aporte de la Justicia Restaurativa en la escuela que se practica en una Institución Educativa de la ciudad de Medellín, en el marco de la vigencia de la ley 1620 de 2013 y que abre la posibilidad de aplicar, en el ámbito educativo, mecanismos alternativos para la resolución de conflictos, emergiendo la restauración como uno de ellos. La metodología de la investigación es cualitativa, en tanto busca dar cuenta de la vivencia, significado y percepción de estudiantes, docentes y directivos sobre la Justicia Restaurativa que se aplica en la Institución. Se presenta en este artículo, algunos avances de la misma, así como algunas percepciones de los estudiantes, que han movilizado la reflexión de la autora.\u0000\u0000Palabras clave:\u0000Justicia restaurativa, escuela, convivencia escolar.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This article is part of the research carried out for the title of Doctorate in Educational Sciences, during the years 2017 - 2019. The investigation is based on the concern about the position and contribution of Restorative Justice in the school that is practiced in an Educational Institution of the city of Medellin, within the framework of the validity of law 1620 of 2013 and that opens the possibility of applying , in the educational field, alternative mechanisms for the resolution of conflicts, the restoration emerging as one of them. The methodology of the research is qualitative, as it seeks to account for the experience, meaning and perception of students, teachers and managers on Restorative Justice that is applied in the Institution. El objetivo general es trazar algunas líneas de orientación que nos ayudan a precisar el origen de la literatura dirigida a los niños y, finalizamos refiriendo el aporte pedagógico que desde la interculturalidad promueve el sincretismo de lo histórico, lo folclórico y lo oral. En cuanto a la metodología utilizamos la hermenéutica como camino expedito de interpretación, reflexión y análisis y, como conclusión proponemos que el valor artístico de la literatura, permite visualizar nuestro patrimonio cultural y el de toda la humanidad, ninguna sociedad escapa a la influencia de las diferentes culturas y esa esa es justamente la hibridez que encarna la literatura infantil.\u0000\u0000Palabras clave:\u0000Interculturalidad, Literatura infantil, Pedagogía, Diálogo de saberes.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000In the following article we present an approach to the concept of interculturality in dialogue and reciprocity with children’s literature. The general objective is to draw some lines of orientation that help us pinpoint the origin of literature aimed at children and, finally, referring to the pedagogical contribution that interculturality promotes the syncretism of the historical, folkloric and oral.
