Han sido prácticas de conocimiento que existen simultáneamente y que pueden coincidir y combinarse, en una especie de amalgama enriquecida. En este trabajo expondré las prácticas y sus rasgos característicos que percibo como fuertes o de mayor alcance y las que considero más débiles o limitadas. Fenómeno que ha posibilitado que la interculturalidad misma sea abordada de modo frecuente, teniendo como referente y fundamento una perspectiva funcional y relacional que perpetúa el orden social establecido. No obstante, comunidades \u0000diversas y organizadas de Latinoamérica se han propuesto, tejer puentes entre la educación y la interculturalidad, comprendida desde un enfoque crítico, para conservar y cuidar de unas tradiciones y cosmologías propias, para recordar unas raíces y configurar así, una educación desde adentro y desde abajo que fracture el sistema colonial, patriarcal y capitalista impuesto. However, diverse organized communities in Latin America have decided to approach interculturality as a way that allow then to build a bridge between, education and interculturality, from a critical point of view, that leads to regaining the cultural heritage lost in the process of colonization that they lived; frighting off patriarchal and capitalistic systems that were imposed on their cultures. La presente investigación pretende abordar el embarazo en la adolescencia a partir de un cuestionario para acércanos a la realidad que viven las adolescentes embarazadas de los Municipios de Atenco, Ecatepec y Texcoco, del Estado de México. Pensar al otro como depositario de saberes y, reproductor de estos últimos en el aula, ha sido el centro de discusión en las escuelas normales, las cuales se han desarrollado bajo la tutela del Estado Mexicano. Desde este marco, ¿qué implica el ser docente? ¿Poseer una serie conocimientos para crear y transformar al otro (estudiante)? ¿Para colonizarlo? ¿Configurar un tipo de ciudadanía se traduce en disciplinarlo para incorporarlo a una cultura ya existente? Pensar y mirar así al sujeto implica vivirlo desde un orden segmentado, marginado y desprovisto de voz; pareciera que la preocupación prioritaria se reduce a dar respuesta a las emergencias del mercado más que en construir alternativas de encuentro con las infancias. \u0000\u0000Palabras clave:\u0000Subalternidad, decolonialidad, formación docente.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This work reflects the place of subalternity in teacher formation from the framework of decolonial thinking, as a platform to discuss alternatives for reflection and meeting between normal students and their teachers. Thinking of the other as a repository of knowledge, and a player of the latter in the classroom, has been the center of discussion in the normal schools, which have been developed under the tutelage of the Mexican State. From this framework, what does it mean to be a teacher? Have a knowledge series to create and transform the other (student)? To colonize it? Does setting up a type of citizenship translate into disciplining it to incorporate it into an existing culture? Asimismo, se examinan posibles metodologías de paz que se pueden desarrollar en el país para impulsar modelos de investigación para la paz trascendentales en etapa de posacuerdo. In this direction, two major sections are developed: the first, entitled false myths-peace paradigms in the post-agreement phase in Colombia, where four fundamental theses are analyzed around the peace agreement that is being negotiated with the Revolutionary Armed Forces group. Se presentan hallazgos construidos desde la interculturalidad crítica para la paz mediante la triangulación de entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas con actores educativos de educación básica, docentes en formación de una escuela normal del Estado de México, registros de observación realizados en esta última y en cuatro escuelas de práctica asignadas a los docentes en formación. Lo documentado presenta la importancia de una formación docente que supere el carácter subalterno y comprenda la interculturalidad como proyecto y acción creadora.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000This article is the product of an ongoing investigation that recovers the perspective of the actors. What place does interculturality occupy in formal education? What kind of interculturality is presented in his discourses? What meanings cross (dis)encounters with others? En medio de este panorama complejo y altamente volátil, los entornos empresariales de todo el mundo no dejan de reconocer que el recurso humano es y será el principal activo de cualquier propuesta corporativa.
