Perbedaan kondisi alam, perubahan so s ial , dan dinamika kebudayaan menyebabkan ada perbedaan tipologi, fungsi , dan pemaknaan sosok ibu dari masa ke masa pada tiap-tiap tempat, baik di T imur maupun di B arat , s ehingga , muncul pemitosan dan stereotipe tertentu pada sosok ibu. Representasi adalah hal yang sengaja dibuat atau diadakan dengan tujuan untuk mewakili sesuatu , sehingga memiliki karakteristik dari apapun yang diwakilinya itu. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji pengelompokan representasi ibu , perubahan pemitosan , dan seterotip sosok ibu dari masa ke masa dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur historis. Ibu selalu digambarkan sebagai sosok yang berhubungan dengan alam, kehidupan , dan kesuburan. Pada awalnya , ibu dianggap sebagai satu-satunya sumber kehidupan yang menyatu dengan alam semesta. Kemudian , penggambaran ibu yang agung berubah menjadi bagian yang harus dikuasai dan dikendalikan pada masa Yunani dan Romawi. Meskipun dipresentasikan sebagai dewi yang subur dan melahirkan dewa/keturunan yang hebat (super), ibu digambarkan bukan menjadi kekuatan yang utama. Penggambaran ibu di Timur masih tetap sebagai ibu yang agung, subur , dan memiliki kekuatan yang multidaya. Sedangkan di Indonesia , sosok ibu tetap digambarkan dengan alam, tanah tempat manusia hidup , yang harus dihormati. ABSTRACT : “The Myths of Mother Representations from Time to Time”. In the past, mother gained the prominent place in human life , because she was regarded as the subject, the leader, the goddess, the source of life with great power, and other high positions. Differences in natural conditions, changes in social , and cultural dynamics have caused differences in typology, function , and meaning of mother from time to time in each place, both in the E ast and in the W est , so that there is a certain stereotype and myths on mother figure. Representation is something that is deliberately created or held with the aim to represent an item , so that has the characteristics of whatever it represents. This study was intended to examine the grouping of maternal representations , the changes of the stereotypes , and myths of mother figure from time to time by using the method of historical literature review. Mothers have always been portrayed as a figure that is in touch with nature, life , and fertility. At first, the mother was considered as the only source of life that blends with the universe. Oleh karena itu , pemerintah , melalui instansi pendidikan , mempunyai program penerapan kewirausahaan sedini mungkin, dengan tujuan agar masyarakat dapat mempunyai mental dan jiwa usaha yang tangguh. Kurikulum wirausaha sangat diperlukan untuk kemajuan dan kemandirian bangsa Indonesia. Penerapan kurikulum kewirausahaan di tingkat S ekolah D asar lebih mengutamakan penguatan dasar-dasar nilai wirausaha . Namun , kendala masih ditemui dalam menerapkan program kewirausahaan tersebut, yaitu D inas P endidikan secara nasional belum mempunyai standar kurikulum baku dan belum terintegrasi dengan konsep multibudaya. Masing-masing sekolah masih mengembangkan konsep kurikulum berbasis wirausaha tanpa berintegrasi dengan sekolah lain. Model kurikulum berbasis wirausaha yang dikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk mengi n tegrasikan penguatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan kontekstual di tingkat S ekolah D asar pada mata pelajaran berbasis hitungan dan mata pelajaran berbasis budi pekerti , yang keduanya bertujuan untuk mengembangkan budaya kejujuran, integritas pribadi, dan kerjasama tim dalam wirausaha. Kurikulum wirausaha yang terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran berbasis sains dan inovasi produk juga harus disesuaian dengan kemampuan peserta didik tingkat S ekolah D asar. ABSTRACT: “ Model of Entrepreneurial-Based Curriculum as Strengthening Efforts towards Multicultural - Based Education in Primary Schools ”. Entrepreneurship has become a growing issue and has already proved capable of reinforcing the economy for the people of Indonesia. Therefore, the government, through the educational institution, ha s an entrepreneurial program implementation as early as possible, in order that people can have mental and soul of the business is tough. Entrepreneurial curriculum is indispensable for progress and independence of the nation of Indonesia. Entrepreneurship curriculum implementation at the elementary level has prioritize d the strengthening of the foundations of entrepreneurial values. Berbagai penelitian juga dilakukan untuk menemukan penyebab rendahnya kemampuan menulis siswa Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kesulitan menulis, yang paling banyak dialami oleh peserta didik SD (Sekolah Dasar) adalah menulis ekspresif. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana merancang PAKEM (Pembelajaran yang Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) melalui teknik “Menjadi Wartawan Junior” mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis? Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan produk berupa model pembelajaran keterampilan menulis di SD. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan desain penelitian eksperimen. Ada dua fokus dalam eksperimen i ni, yaitu fokus penentuan desain dan fokus uji coba . Data penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif, yakni nilai pra-tes dan pasca-tes serta hasil observasi para akademisi dan praktisi sebagai hasil uji coba pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN (Sekolah Dasar Negeri) Padasuka 1 dan 2, yang berada di Jalan Wangunsari, Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis proses belajar-mengajar dapat dilihat beberapa dampak positif bagi para siswa, di antaranya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis laporan antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan teknik “Menjadi Wartawan Junior”. KATA KUNCI : Keterampilan menulis, model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan, menjadi wartawan junior, serta kemampuan menulis laporan. ABSTRACT : “Enhancing Writing Ability by Using PAKEM Model Through a Technique ‘Becoming a Junior Journalist’ in Primary School”. International research stated that more than 50% of Indonesian students were categorized to be low in writing ability. Much researchs have ever been conducted for finding out the causes of Indonesian students low in writing ability. One analysis on the level of difficulty in writing that was most experienced by primary school students was expressive writing. The problem raised from this issue was how to create the PAKEM (active, creative, effective, and fun learning) to improve writing skill through a technique “Becoming Junior Journalist”? This study was expected to be resulted in a product in the form of writing learning model in primary school. In order to attain that goal, this study used experimental design. There were two focuses in the experiment, including decision on the design and piloting. The data of the study were quantitative data, encompassing pre-tests and post-tests scores as well as observation results of the piloting. This research was conducted in SDN (Public Primary School) Padasuka 1 and 2 in Jalan Wangunsari, Lembang, West Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. H i zb u llah was founded because the Muslims young people feel to have an obligation in assist ing the nation-s tate and religio us struggle to be free f rom the colonialism in Indonesia. This article attempts to explain the position and role of H i zb u llah organization, which was established after the proclamation of Indonesian independence by the creativity of local Muslims young people . Increased establishment of semi-military organizations, including the H i zb u llah organization in Bandung , is the reaction of the arrival of the Allied Forces in Indonesia. British Allied Forces , which accompanied by the Dutch NICA (Netherland-Indies Civil Administration) , their arrival was greeted by Indonesian people with a sense of suspicion and awareness of independence. One of the incident s between British Allied Forces and Dutch NICA, after arriving in Bandung , against the people of Indonesia that involves the TKR ( Indonesian People's Security Army) and H i zb u llah, is the Fokkerweg bettle in Bandung city . This battle lasted for 3 days and 3 nights. The battle was fierce, which is characterized by a combination between frontal attacks and diplomacy. This suggests that the position and the role of H i zb u llah, in the context of Indonesia's independence struggle, is very important and has contributed greatly to the formation of TKR, which later became the TNI (Indonesian National Army ). RESUME : “ Peran an Hizbullah pada Masa Revolusi Indonesia di Bandung, 1945-1946 ”. Hizbullah , artinya tentara Allah, didirikan pada saat pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia (1942-1945) dan telah direstrukturisasi setelah proklamasi kemerdekaan bersama dengan semangat revolusi di Indonesia (1945-1950). Hizbullah didirikan karena orang-orang muda Islam merasa memiliki kewajiban untuk membantu perjuangan n egara -bangsa dan agama agar bebas dari penjajahan di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan pendidikan perilaku yang berkarakter adalah p ara peserta didik , baik siswa maupun mahasiswa , harus dibekali dengan pendidikan khusus yang membawa misi pokok dalam pembinaan karakter dan akhlak mulia. Di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi, pendidikan perilaku yang berkarakter untuk mahasiswa belum banyak dilakukan secara formal. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini dibuat sebagai ide awal , untuk ditindaklanjuti , dalam bentuk rancangan kegiatan yang diderivasi dari kurikulum yang interaktif , yang mengarahkan mahasiswa pada perilaku yang berkarakteristik baik. Pendidikan perilaku berkarakter pada dasarnya tetap harus merujuk pada visi dan misi perguruan tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan orientasi dua hal dalam proses perilaku karakter mahasiswa , yaitu: (1) perilaku manusiawi atau humanisti k dari individu mahasiswa tersebut ; dan (2) ciri khas lembaga pendidikan , seperti F akultas K eguruan dan I lmu P endidikan, yang merancang perilaku mahasiswanya untuk menjadi seorang tenaga pendidik yang berkarakter dan siap pakai. Dalam tulisan ini, kedua aspek tersebut coba di gagas dengan mengacu pada beberapa tulisan lain. Hasil akhirnya menunjukkan bahwa lahirnya satu rancangan kurikulum berbasis sosiologis yang paten , sebagai rujukan awal , dapat mempelopori program pengembangan perilaku berkarakter pada level perguruan tinggi di Indonesia . Building a nation's character takes a long time and should be done on an ongoing basis. One of the efforts to realize the behavior of character education is the students, both the student in primary and secondary education and the student in tertiary education , must be provided with special education that brings the core mission of the character building and noble character. In the higher education environment, the behavior of character education for students has not been done formally. Therefore, this paper made the initial idea, to be impelemted , in the form of design activity derived from interactive curriculum, which directs students on good behavior characterized. Oleh karena itu , pada Jul i 1824, Gubernur Jenderal Belanda, yang berkedudukan di Batavia (sekarang Jakarta), datang ke Makassar untuk berm usyawarah dengan raja-raja di Sulawesi Selatan untuk menetapkan struktur politik baru yang sebelumnya telah dir ancang secara sepihak oleh Belanda. Dalam rancangan itu, Belanda diletakkan di atas puncak struktur politik, sedangkan Bone dan kerajaan-kerajaan lokal lainnya berada di bawahnya. Kajian ini menggunakan analisis isi terhadap manuskrip lokal yang disebut “lontaraq” dan analisis terhadap beberapa sumber kedua. Kajian ini men emukan bahwa Sidenreng yang terletak di tengah Sulawesi Selatan , Gowa, dan kerajaan-kerajaan yang terletak di selatan Makassar me nyetujui rancangan struktur politik, yang diputuskan dalam Kontrak Bungaya yang Diperbaharui pada 27 Agustus 1824. Kontrak Bungaya yang Diperbaharui ini memberi kesempatan kepada Sidenreng, Gowa , dan kerajaan-kerajaan kecil di selatan Makassar untuk menarik diri (merdeka) dari pengaruh politik Bone. Sebaliknya, Raja Bone, Raja Tanete , dan Raja Suppa tidak me nyetujui Kontrak Bungaya yang Diperbaharui, k are na kontrak itu berakibat pada berkurangnya pengaruh politik Bone terhadap semua kerajaan lokal di Sulawesi Selatan. ABSTRACT : “The Dutch Diplomacy and M ilitary E xpedition against the Three Local Kingdoms in South Sulawesi, 1824-1860 ”. In mid- 1824, the Dutch was unhappy to see Bone became the sole political hegemony in South Sulawesi. Therefore, in July 1824, the Governor - General of the Netherlands , located in Batavia (now Jakarta) , came to Makassar for consultation with the kings of the South Sulawesi to establish the new political structures that have previously been designed unilaterally by the Dutch. In the draft, the Dutch was placed as top of the political structure, while Bone and other local kingdoms beneath it. This study uses a content analysis of local manuscripts called \"lontaraq\" and analysis of some secondary sources . This study found that Sidenreng located in the center of South Sulawesi, Gowa, and kingdoms located in the southern Makassar approve the draft of political structure that be decided under the Bungaya C ontract which was renewed on August 27, 1824. This revised Bungaya C ontract g a ve an opportunity to Sidenreng, Gowa, and small kingdoms in the south of Makassar to withdraw (free) from the political influence of Bone . Instead, King of Bone , King of Tanete , and King of Suppa did not approve the renewed Bungaya Contract, because the contract resulted in minimising the political influence of Bone to all the local kingdoms in South Sulawesi. This regulation lays down rules for the killing of animals bred for the production of food, wool, fur , or other products as well as the killing of animals for the purpose of depopulation and for related operations. The C ouncil R egulation also emphasizes the meaning of education, competence , and self-monitoring as means to improve the welfare of animals during killing. It encourages the making of guides to good practice in order to help business operator to plan and monitor the killing process accordingly. The C ode of G ood P ractice (CGP) in humane killing of foxes is created for that purpose. The present CGP aims at providing the highest standards of welfare for farmed foxes (Blue fox Vulpes lagopus, Silver fox Vulpes vulpes , and their colour variants and crossings) in killing. The regulation states many acceptable killing methods for foxes. The key aspects and parameters affecting the humanity of killing of those methods are presented in CGP. However, more practical and detailed description of killing is given for the most used killing method – electrocution. As well as describes the key parameters, the CGP also gives examples of how and why these parameters are to be monitored. According to C ouncil R egulation , all business operators are obligated to plan the killing procedures ahead by drawing up a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The CGP gives practical instructions for planning the content of SOP and examples of how the carrying out of SOP should be reported. RESUME : “Pembunuhan Perlahan Manusiawi pada Rubah yang Diternak”. Peraturan Dewan tentang perlindungan hewan selama pembunuhan , No.1099 / 2009 , m ulai berlaku dari 1 Januari 2013 ke depan . Peraturan ini menetapkan aturan pembunuhan hewan yang di ternak untuk produksi makanan, wol, bulu, atau produk lainnya serta pembunuhan hewan untuk tujuan pengurangan jumlah dan operasi hewan berkenaan . Peraturan Dewan juga menekankan arti pentingnya pendidikan , kompetensi, dan pengawasan-diri sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kebaikan bagi hewan saat dibunuh . Hal ini mendorong pembuatan Petunjuk P raktek yang B aik (PPyB) dalam rangka membantu pelaksana lapangan dalam mer ancang dan memantau proses pembunuhan yang sesuai. PPyB dalam pembunuhan perlahan manusiawi pada rubah dibuat untuk tujuan tersebut . Ke beradaan petunjuk itu bertujuan untuk memberikan standar yang tinggi bagi kebaikan rubah yang diternak ( rubah berkulit biru “v ulpes lagopus ” , rubah berkulit p erak “v ulpes fox ” , serta rubah dengan kulit belang dan warna -warni ) saat dibunuh . Sebaliknya , apa yang menjadi keutamaan tanggungjawab kepada individu M uslim iaitu dapat memberi manfaat atau sumbangan untuk memperkasakan agama dan pembangunan insan amnya. Berasaskan kepada penjelasan tersebut, ia memberi satu gambaran umum kepada setiap individu M uslim yang berfungsi sebagai pemegang amanah supaya memikul tanggungjawab tersebut sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh syara ’ untuk memperkasakan pembangunan insan melalui budaya infaq yang berorientasikan kepada perkara kebajikan. P enulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat peranan yang boleh disumbangkan oleh individu M uslim melalui budaya infaq untuk dimanfaatkan , khususnya dalam pembangunan insan. Artikel ini cenderung kepada kajian kepustakaan menurut perspektif Islam dan perbincangan para sarjana berkaitan topik yang dikaji. Secara amnya didapati bahawa elemen infaq seperti yang diutarakan oleh Islam merupakan sebahagian daripada mekanisme terbaik yang boleh menyumbang kepada pembangunan insan yang holistik sifatnya. Amalan infaq yang dihayati tersebut merupakan sebahagian daripada tanggungjawab sosial yang perlu ditunaikan oleh setiap individu M uslim berdasarkan kepada kemampuan, kepakaran , dan ketaqwaan yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu M uslim. ABSTRACT : This paper entitled “ Empowering Human Development t hrough the Practice of Donation ”. Within the context of Islam, material orientation with a sole characteristic is not considered as the peak of an individual’s success. On the contrary, the priority of a M oslem individual’s responsibility is generally his /her ability to contribute and aid towards the empowerment of religion and the development of human. Based upon this explanation, there is a general picture for every Moslem to function as a trustee to bear the responsibility as required by the sharia to empower human development through the culture of donation which is oriented to matters of welfare. T his article intends to pursue the attributable roles of a Moslem individual through the culture of donation , especially for the benefit of human development. This article is inclined towards a literature review according to the Islamic perspective and through the discussions of scholars related to the topic being researched. In general, it has been found that the element of donation as addressed in Islam is part of the best mechanism that is capable to contribute to the development of human who is characterize as holistic. Penelitian ini dilakukan di empat kecamatan di wilayah k ota Banda Aceh , yaitu kecamatan Lueng Bata, Baiturrahman, Meuraxa , dan Kuta Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan komunitas anak “p unk ” di kota Banda Aceh , dalam pandangan masyarakat kota Banda Aceh pada umumnya, adalah negatif. Hal ini terlihat dari tingginya tingkat persentase sikap masyarakat kota Banda Aceh yang menolak perkembangan dan keberadaan komunitas tersebut di kota Banda Aceh , yaitu sebesar 88.63%, serta tingginya persentase masyarakat kota Banda Aceh yang mendukung tindakan pemerintah kota Banda Aceh dalam memberantas perkembangan serta keberadaan komunitas anak “p unk ” di kota Banda Aceh , yaitu sebesar 90.60%. Sedangkan persentase masyarakat kota Banda Aceh yang menerima keberadaan dan perkembangan komunitas anak “p unk ” di kota Banda Aceh hanya sebesar 11.37%, serta tingkat persentase masyarakat kota Banda Aceh yang tidak setuju dengan tindakan tegas pemerintah kota Banda Aceh dalam memberantas komunitas anak “ punk ” di kota Banda Aceh hanya sebesar 3.40%. ABSTRACT : This paper entitled “The D evelopment of ‘ Punk ’ Adolescent Community in Banda Aceh: Views of the Acehnese Society and Policy of City Government ”. This study examines the views of Banda Aceh ’s society on the development of “p unk ” adolescent c ommunity in the city of Banda Aceh. The research was conducted in four sub- districts in the city of Banda Aceh, i.e. Lueng Bata, Baiturrahman, Meuraxa, and Kuta Alam. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data was collected through field observation, in-depth interviews, and literature. Meanw hile , the determination of the informant is purposiv sampling . The results showed that the development of “p unk ” adolescent c ommunity in the city of Banda Aceh, in the view of Banda Aceh society in general, is negative. It is evident from the high level of public attitudes percentage of Banda Aceh society who rejected the development and existence of the “p unk ” adolescent c ommunity in the city of Banda Aceh, in the amount of 88.63%, and the high percentage of people who support the policy and action of Banda Aceh government to eradiate the development and presence of “p unk ” adolescent c ommunity in the city of Banda Aceh, amounting to 90.60%. K osakata yang berasal dari Bahasa Arab juga kian banyak masuk ke dalam perbendaharaan kosakata B ahasa Sunda , yang selanjutnya tidak dirasakan lagi sebagai kosakata serapan . Penelitian ini berangkat dari suatu hipotesa yang mengungkapkan bahwa sejumlah kosakata dalam B ahasa Sunda yang diserap dari B ahasa Arab diwarnai oleh perubahan fonologis yang ada kaitannya dengan asal-usul bahasa tersebut. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dengan semakin bertambahnya pendalaman materi , khususnya bidang fonologi, maka akan semakin terungkap betapa berpengaruhnya fonologi dalam kegiatan berbahasa . Akhirnya, o pini umum yang mengatakan bahwa lidah orang Sunda itu sulit , bahkan tidak bisa melafalkan berdasarkan fonetik B ahasa Arab , adalah sama sekali tidak benar dan tidak beralasan . S ebab , dalam kenyataannya , ketika orang Sunda “mengaji” kitab s uci Al-Qur’an adalah sesuai dengan kaidah ilmu tajwid, bahkan begitu banyak para qori dan qori`ah yang berasal dari orang Sunda menjadi juara terbaik dalam MTQ (M usabaqah T ilawatil Q ur`an) , baik pada tingkat regional maupun nasional, bahkan pada tingkat internasional .
