Berdasarkan model penilaian terdahulu menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang dapat dimodifikasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah modifikasi alat penilaian kesiapan Industry 4.0 agar dapat sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Implementasi penilaian akan dilakukan di Kota Surakarta yaitu perusahaan textile dan rokok. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Delphi dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian yaitu didapatkan 2 indikator baru untuk menilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 yang sudah tervalidasi yaitu Indikator Sosial Teknologi dan Indikator Penelitian dan Pendanaan yang masuk pada Aspek Organisasi dan Budaya. Penilaian secara keseluruhan pada perusahaan sektor textile memiliki nilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 sebesar 0,94 dan perusahaan sektor rokok sebesar 0,82, dimana kedua sektor perusahaan masuk pada kriteria level 1 yaitu tahap awal penerapan Industri 4.0. Rekomendasi yang dirumuskan untuk langkah preventif kesiapan perusahaan menghadapi Industry 4.0 yaitu inovasi barcode pada kemasan, pembentukan divisi penelitian, inovasi mesin otomasi, dan sosialisasi industry 4.0. Abstract[Modification of Assessment Tools Readiness Industry 4.0 in Manufacturing Companies] Readiness for Industry 4.0 can be done by conducting an assessment. Based on the previous assessment model, it produces a framework that can be modified. The aim of this research is to modify the Industry 4.0 readiness assessment tool so that it is in accordance with the situation and conditions of companies in Indonesia. The implementation of the assessment will be carried out in Surakarta City, namely textile and cigarette companies. The method used is the Delphi method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the study obtained 2 new indicators to assess the readiness of industry 4.0 which have been validated, namely Social Technology Indicators and Research and Funding Indicators which are included in Organizational and Cultural Aspects. The overall assessment of the textile sector companies has an industrial readiness value of 0.94 for industry 4.0 and for cigarette sector companies of 0.82, where both company sectors are included in the level 1 criteria, namely the initial stage of implementing Industry 4.0. Hal ini juga merupakan suatu tantangan bagi Obyek Wisata Alam Mayang Pekanbaru yang saat ini sedang menyusun rencana untuk meningkatkan layanan wisatanya dalam rangka beradaptasi dengan Fase New Normal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun rencana peningkatan layanan wisata yang relevan dengan Fase New Normal dengan didasarkan pada tiga parameter, yaitu perbandingan antara tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari atribut layanan, dampak atribut layanan terhadap pencapaian tujuan bisnis, serta tingkat signifikansi layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Terdapat 21 atribut layanan yang termasuk dalam lima dimensi yang akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Importance Performance Impact Analysis (FIPIA) dan Metode Kano. Ke-21 atribut layanan tersebut dipilih setelah melakukan studi literatur secara terbatas pada sejumlah penelitian terdahulu. Dalam hal ini, Metode FIPIA digunakan untuk memilih sekelompok atribut layanan yang menjadi fokus untuk ditingkatkan, sedangkan Metode Kano digunakan untuk menentukan urutan dari sekelompok atribut layanan yang akan ditingkatkan tersebut. Data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh 404 wisatawan dan hasil wawancara dengan lima orang tenaga ahli yang merupakan perwakilan dari akademisi dan praktisi. Selanjutnya, hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan FIPIA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 buah atribut layanan yang menjadi fokus untuk ditingkatkan dan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Metode Kano menunjukkan bahwa tiga diantaranya termasuk dalam kelompok atribut dasar yang harus ada atau must be, dua diantara termasuk dalam kelompok atribut yang mampu memberikan kepuasan secara linear (one-dimensional), dan dua diantaranya termasuk dalam kelompok atribut yang mampu memberikan kepuasan secara eksponensial (attractive).Abstract[Improving Service Quality at Mayang Alam Tourism with FIPIA an KANO Integration] Implementing the New Normal Phase (marked by changes in behavior to continue carrying out routine activities accompanied by implementing health protocols to prevent transmission of Covid-19) is a new challenge for every business sector, including the tourism sector. Kegiatan proyek sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem penjadwalan dan durasi proyek. Sebagian proyek konstruksi tidak mampu mengatasi tantangan tersebut karena kurangnya kontrol dan evaluasi pada proyek. Salah satu tindakan korektif untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan perubahan kontrak proyek. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Earned Value Method (EVM) untuk evaluasi kinerja waktu pada objek studi kasus yang berfokus pada analisis efektivitas kebijakan perubahan kontrak tersebut. Tiga indikator diimplementasikan dalam metode EVM pada penelitian ini, yaitu indikator dasar dengan parameter earned value dan planned value, indikator evaluasi kinerja waktu proyek masa kini dengan parameter schedule variance dan schedule parameter index, serta estimasi kinerja proyek masa depan menggunakan parameter estimate temporary schedule dan estimate all schedule. Berdasarkan penilaian ketiga indikator tersebut, EVM berhasil mengevaluasi kinerja waktu proyek studi kasus. Indikator dasar dan indikator evaluasi proyek masa kini menyatakan proyek studi kasus ini mengalami overruns, sehingga kebijakan perubahan kontrak waktu dan biaya proyek (addendum) memanglah diperlukan. Indikator estimasi kinerja proyek masa depan di minggu ke-18 evaluasi menyatakan bahwa proyek membutuhkan waktu 145 hari. Kebijakan addendum yang diambil oleh manajer proyek sudah tepat dan sesuai dengan EVM. Abstract[Earned Value Method Based on Effectiveness Evaluation of Addendum Project Decisions for Project Work Time] The biggest challenge in the construction project industry is maintaining quality, cost and time. Project activities are strongly influenced by the scheduling system and project duration. Some construction projects are unable to overcome these challenges due to a lack of project control and evaluation. One of the corrective actions to overcome these challenges is to revise the project contract. This study implements the Earned Value Method (EVM) for evaluating and controlling project contract revision on a case study object, which focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of the contract change policies. Three indicators are implemented in the EVM:basic indicators with earned value and planned value parameters, current project time performance evaluation indicators with schedule variance and schedule parameter index parameters, and estimation of future project performance using estimated temporary schedule and estimated all parameters schedule. Based on the assessment of these three indicators, EVM was successful for evaluating the time performance of the case study project. Zat warna Indigosol merupakan salah satu zat warna sintetis yang menghasilkan warna pastel dan memerlukan penyinaran sinar matahari terik sebagai tahapan pra-oksidasi. Permasalahan muncul manakala cuaca mendung atau hujan. Proses pewarnaan menjadi tidak optimal atau bahkan tidak dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan diskontinuitas produksi kain batik coletan dengan warna Indigosol. Rancang bangun meja colet menggunakan pendekatan Pahl dan Beitz. Berdasarkan pendekatan sistematis, dihasilkan rancangan meja colet dengan menggunakan teknologi ultraviolet sebagai pengganti sinar matahari yang digerakkan otomatis dengan mikrokontroler. Meja colet ini telah di-uji-cobakan secara fungsional dan memberikan hasil pewarnaan yang cerah disesuaikan dengan lamanya penyinaran. Abstract[The Design of Colet or Staining Process Workbench with Ultraviolet for Pre-Oxidation of Indigosol Dyes Using Pahl and Beitz Systematic Approach]  Technological innovation in the batik industry is experiencing developments that can encourage the acceleration of industrialization. The coloring process is an important process in producing batik with high aesthetic and economic value. The coloring process studied in this paper is the Colet staining technique using Indigosol dyes. Indigosol dye is a synthetic dye that produces soft colors and requires bright sunlight as a pre-oxidation stage. Problems arise when the weather is cloudy or rainy. The coloring process becomes not optimal or even impossible to produce. This study aims to provide a solution to the problem of discontinuity in the production of Coletan batik cloth with Indigosol dyes. The design of Colet Workbench using the Pahl and Beitz approach. Based on a systematic approach, a Colet Workbench design was produced using ultraviolet technology as a substitute for the sunlight which is driven automatically by a microcontroller. This paper aims to explore the research topics in fashion PSS studies by examining topics addressed in fashion PSS literature, how PSS may contribute to sustainability in the context of the fashion industry, as well as positive and negative value perceived consumers in adopting PSS fashion. The research is conducted through literature review retrieved from Scopus and analyzed according to the aim of this paper. The results show that topics addressed in fashion PSS are related to potential drivers and barriers to adopt PSS fashion, business model, environmental impact, and life cycle analysis. The role of PSS in the fashion context is product and use-oriented. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to know the level of service based on the dimensions of quality provided to customer satisfaction and to produce suggestions for improvements to improve service quality at Pet World. This study used a Mix Method approach. The Qualitative data was used to test the validity and reliability. The quantitative data was used for processing the Servqual method to measure customer satisfaction, the ZOT method to measure whether the service is still within tolerance limits, and the Kano method to measure priority. The results showed unsatisfactory service attributes or attributes with a negative gap score were two attributes on the tangibles dimension in terms of comfort and security, one on the reliability dimension in terms of product accuracy, and one on the responsiveness dimension in terms of access to information. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. However, there are several issues in the wooden furniture industry, starting on the upstream supply chain, especially in the raw material procurement process. The increasing product cost because of high procurement costs could make this industry hard to compete or grow. Thus, this study proposes an improvement of raw material procurement by developing a collaborative model to minimize the total circular procurement cost in the wooden furniture industry supply chain. Adopting the collaborative model is expected to reduce the raw material procurement costs of all parties involved in the supply chain by shortening the supply chain. In addition, this study built a dynamic system model with an implementation circular supply chain concept, which focuses on regenerating the wood raw material toward zero waste. The finding is that a collaborative model could reduce the total circular procurement cost by 25% to 35% compared to the base model. A recommendation for building the terminal comes from the collaborative model.
