Through the virtual prototyping using CLO3D, it was found that the result had relatively the same as the manual measurement. The virtual one has reduced measurement and lead time significantly. In other words, the virtual measurement is deemed to be a time-saving process, promoting “fitting the product to the user” principle. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan forecasting mata uang, salah satunya adalah Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu, ANN terbukti superior dibandingkan metode forecasting lainnya dalam memprediksi kurs tukar mata uang. Salah satu kelemahan ANN adalah tidak adanya setting parameter yang baku untuk digunakan, sehingga setting parameter yang berbeda dapat memberikan hasil akurasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan dua nilai parameter yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan, yaitu jumlah input node dan jumlah hidden node melalui metode design of experiment dalam memprediksi kurs tukar mata uang IDR/USD. Bobot awal dan bias pada replikasi yang memberikan performansi lebih baik dari replikasi sebelumnya disimpan untuk selanjutnya digunakan dalam membangkitkan forecast pada periode selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan input nodes dan empat hidden nodes memberikan akurasi terbaik yang ditandai dengan nilai MSE test terendah. Selain itu, berdasarkan grafik perilaku MSE test dari setiap arsitektur jaringan yang terbentuk, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam memprediksi kurs tukar mata uang IDR/USD, jumlah hidden nodes bersifat lebih sensitif dibanding jumlah input nodes. AbstractDesign of Experiment in Artificial Neural Network to Forecast Foreign Exchange Rate IDR/USD]. Forecasting foreign exchange rate plays a significant role in business, for example in international purchasing. There are several methods used in forecasting foreign exchange rates, one of them is the Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Based on several earlier literatures, ANN has been proven as a superior method in forecasting foreign exchange rate compared to other methods. However, ANN has several weaknesses, for example, there is no standard parameters setting used in ANN, thus different parameters setting could lead to different accuracy. This research aims to determine two crucial parameters that give significant impact to the ANN model built; the number of input nodes and the number of hidden nodes, through the design of an experiment to forecast the IDR/USD exchange rate. Initial weights and bias in replication that give better performance than earlier replication are stored and used to forecast the data for next periods as needed. The result of this research shows that eight input nodes and four hidden nodes give the best accuracy to forecast IDR/USD exchange rate which is proven by the lowest MSE test score. Pengrajin batik tulis terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu pekerja tetap dan pekerja borong lepas. Kedua kelompok tersebut mempunyai kondisi kerja yang berbeda. Perbedaan kondisi kerja diindikasi dapat mengakibatkan perbedaan lingkungan kerja. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dapat meningkatkan kinerja pekerja. Sebagai upaya untuk menentukan lingkungan kerja yang lebih nyaman, dibutuhkan analisis perbandingan. Mann Whitney U Test digunakan untuk membandingkan nilai rata-rata dua kelompok independen sampel. Uji ini juga digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah usia dan lama bekerja berpengaruh terhadap respon responden. Penilaian lingkungan kerja terdiri dari tujuh dimensi yaitu temperatur, pencahayaan, kebisingan, tata ruang, pengawasan, suasana kerja, dan struktur tugas. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 71,43% lingkungan kerja antara kedua kelompok pengrajin batik tulis signifikan berbeda. Pekerja tetap mempunyai tiga dimensi yang lebih baik, sedangkan pekerja borong lepas mempunyai dua dimensi yang lebih baik. Dari hasil analisis, pekerja tetap sebaiknya mengevaluasi dimensi kebisingan dan suasana kerja, sedangkan pekerja borong lepas sebaiknya mengevaluasi dimensi pencahayaan, pengawasan, dan struktur tugas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerja tetap mempunyai lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik. AbstractJarum Tourism Village is a batik industrial area open to tourist destinations. Batik Tulis's craftswomen are divided into two groups: permanent workers and freelance workers. Both groups have different working conditions. Differences in work conditions are indicated that can affect differences in the work environment. Moreover, a comfortable work environment can increase worker performance. Therefore, a comparative study was needed to determine a comfortable work environment. Mann-Whitney U test compared the mean values between two independent sample groups. The test was also applied to determine whether the age and length of work affected the participant's response. The work environment assessment consisted of seven dimensions, i.e., temperature, lighting, noise, layout, supervision, work atmosphere, and task structure. This study found that 71.43% of the work environment between two groups of batik craftswomen differed significantly. Permanent workers encountered three better dimensions, while freelance workers had two better dimensions. From the analysis, permanent workers should improve the noise and work atmosphere conditions, while freelance workers should enhance the lighting condition, supervision, and task structure dimensions. Biaya kegagalan muncul karena terjadinya kegagalan, baik terjadi di internal (kegagalan internal) maupun terjadi di eksternal (kegagalan eksternal). Kegagalan internal yang tidak terdeteksi dan berlanjut sampai ke pelanggan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kegagalan eksternal dalam bentuk keluhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menghilangkan keluhan pelanggan dengan menggunakan teknik Poka-Yoke. Diagram Pareto menunjukkan bahwa keluhan pelanggan atas kurang jumlah kirim barang menjadi prioritas pertama untuk dihilangkan. Aktivitas Gemba menemukan bahwa akar permasalahan berasal dari area proses packing. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) menunjukkan bahwa potensi penyebab keluhan pelanggan adalah operator lalai dalam menghitung dan solusi yang disarankan adalah menggunakan teknik Poka-Yoke berupa alat bantu hitung, namun harus dirancang dalam bentuk sederhana dan berbiaya murah. Dengan membandingkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) pada FMEA sebelum dengan FMEA setelah implementasi, di mana terjadi penurunan nilai RPN, membuktikan bahwa alat bantu hitung berfungsi efektif untuk menghilangkan keluhan pelanggan. Abstract[Eliminating Customer Complaints by Using Simple and Low-Cost Poka-Yoke Technique] The company's performance in the context of quality is inseparable from the total cost of quality, consisting of quality control costs and failure costs. Failure costs arise due to the occurrence of failures, whether internal failure or external failure. The undetectable internal failure, and continue to the customer, can lead to external failures in the form of customer complaints. This study aims to eliminate customer complaints by using the Poka-Yoke technique. The Pareto diagram shows that customer complaints about the lack of goods delivered are the priority to be eliminated. Gemba's activities found that the root cause of customer complaints comes from the packing process area. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) shows that the potential cause of failure is operator carelessness in calculating, and the recommended solution is to use the Poka-Yoke technique as a counting device, but it must be designed in a simple and low-cost form. Sistem manufaktur yang berkelanjutan dan ekonomi melingkar sangat dibutuhkan dalam upaya menjawab tantangan global menjaga dan melindungi sumber daya. Studi komprehensif dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui dan memahami konsep sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis literatur yang sudah ada sebelumnya pada topik sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy, dan melakukan pemetaan distribusi artikel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur dan protokol yang memungkinkan proses literature review menghindari bias dan subjektivitas, dilanjutkan dengan meta-analysis untuk melihat distribusi dan keterkaitan statistik pada artikel yang telah dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh software VOS viewer dan mesin pencari Emerald Insight dan ScienceDirect untuk pengelompokan data. Dari hasil pencarian, total didapatkan 1651 artikel yang berkaitan pada tahun 2015-2020 dan dilakukan sortir untuk mencari artikel yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa studi mengenai sustainable manufacturing dan circular economy terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya.  India menjadi negara dengan asal penulis dan tempat studi kasus terbanyak dan Journal Cleaner of Production merupakan jurnal yang mendominasi. Abstract[Title: Sustainable Manufacturing and Circular Economy : A Systematic Literature Review] The manufacturing industry needs to consider the balance of sustainability aspects which include environmental, economic, and social aspects. A sustainable manufacturing system and a circular economy are urgently needed to respond to the global challenge of conserving and protecting resources. A comprehensive study is needed to know and understand the concepts of sustainable manufacturing and circular economy, so this study aims to analyze the existing literature on the topic of sustainable manufacturing and circular economy and to map the distribution of articles. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is carried out by following procedures and protocols that allow the literature review process to avoid bias and subjectivity, followed by a meta-analysis to see the distribution and statistical relevance of published articles. This research was assisted by VOS viewer software and search engine Emerald Insight and ScienceDirecte for data grouping. From the search results, a total of 1651 related articles were obtained in 2015 – 2020 and sorted to find relevant articles. The results of the analysis show that studies on sustainable manufacturing and circular economy continue to increase every year. Pada tahun 2020, total sampah makanan di Indonesia mencapai 40,23%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah pengelolaan bahan makanan yang kurang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan menggunakan metode wawancara dan didapatkan 9 kelompok kebutuhan utama pengguna. Perancangan aplikasi menerapkan pendekatan perancangan persuasif dengan kriteria computers as tool, yaitu membuat kegiatan menjadi mudah dan efisien untuk dilakukan. Pada kegiatan design workshop dihasilkan tiga alternatif konsep. Masing-masing alternatif tersebut dinilai dan konsep terpilih dilakukan penyempurnaan dengan metode gabungan dari tahapan Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate dan Reverse (SCAMPER). Hasil penyempurnaan tersebut dibuat menjadi high fidelity prototype. Prototype tersebut dilakukan evaluasi dengan usability testing dan uji persuasif. Rata-rata nilai usability testing kriteria efektivitas sebesar 91,25% dan kriteria efisiensi sebesar 78,75%, sedangkan kriteria usability keseluruhan diukur menggunakan skor System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,69. Nilai tersebut sudah mencapai nilai batas penerimaan yaitu 68. Uji persuasif diukur menggunakan Perceived Persuasiveness Questionnaire (PPQ). Rata-rata nilai PPQ kriteria effectiveness sebesar 5,833, kriteria quality sebesar 5,542, dan kriteria capability sebesar 5,917. Nilai tersebut sudah mencapai nilai batas penerimaan, yaitu sebesar 4,9. Hasil evaluasi tersebut kemudian dijadikan pertimbangan dalam merancang usulan perbaikan, salah satunya adalah memindahkan fitur edit bersama ke halaman utama aplikasi. Abstract[Designing Persuasive Application for Food Material Management to Reduce Food Waste in Household Sector] Food waste is one of the largest contributors waste in Indonesia. In 2020, total food waste in Indonesia reached 40.23%. One of the reasons is poor food ingredients management. In this study, identification of needs was carried out using interviews and obtained 9 groups of primary needs. The application design applies persuasive technology with computers as a tool approach, which makes activities easy and efficient. The design workshop activity produced three alternative concepts. Each alternative was assessed. The selected concept was refined using SCAMPER and was made into a high fidelity prototype. The prototype was evaluated by usability and persuasiveness testing. The usability testing score for effectiveness criteria was 91the .25%, efficiency criteria were 78.75%, and the overall usability criteria were measured using SUS score with an average value of 79.69. Both the dead and the survivors need assistance such as food, clean water, pharmacy, tent, medical equipment, and medical personnel. When a natural disaster occurs, assistance for healthcare can be categorized into relief goods, such as medical goods and service goods, such as medical teams. Healthcare under normal conditions is different from healthcare in disaster conditions. Sedangkan, waktu pemesanan sensitif terhadap perubahan kapasitas gudang. Abstract[Development of Economic Order Quantity Multi Item Inventory Model by Considering Perishable Factor, All Unit Discount, and Capacity Constraint] Types of consumer product businesses such as minimarkets usually sell several types of products with low volumes and tend to have small fluctuations in demand. There are three things that need to be considered in controlling inventory at minimarkets, namely the possibility of getting a discount if you buy food in bulk, consumer goods that can expire, and the limited capacity they have. The purpose of this study is to develop a multi-item economic order quantity inventory model by considering expiration factors, all unit discounts, and capacity constraints. Model development is carried out by developing a multi-item economic order quantity inventory model by considering expiration and all unit discounts from the previous model, then proceeding to develop a capacity constraint factor using the product demand proportion equation. The developed model will be tested by making changes to the model parameter values to see its sensitivity. From the results of the sensitivity analysis that has been carried out, it was found that the total cost of inventory is sensitive to the unit purchase price of goods. The food industry is growing fast at this time, and it is important for the sustainability of a country, while the human factor and ergonomics will provide benefits if applied. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a literature study. This study aims to provide a better understanding and research opportunities on human factors and ergonomics in the food industry. This review literature search was carried out using Publish and Perish based on the Google Scholar database with the search year 2015-2022, then checking the journals one by one. There were twenty-seven articles discussing human factors and ergonomics in the food industry. Based on the year of research, research on human factors and ergonomics began in 2017 and has increased every year until 2019. RULA, SNQ, and REBA are the ergonomics data analysis techniques most widely used by researchers, and Elsevier became the publisher most used. The focus of the research area is large on improving ergonomics.
