Climate change, urbanization and increased mobility of the people are the basis for improvement of municipal transport management policy.\u0000The international experience of using of different types of transport on the basis of municipal ecology and the using of “smart” technologies is explored in the article. The diversification of transport and the increasing of popularity of ecological types of transport (trams, trains, bicycles, electric cars, etc.) are investigated. As a result, the using of ecological diversification policy in the municipal transport management system is proposed. The essence of the implementation of such policy is to approve the principles of sustainable development of the transport system, municipal ecology by promoting the ecological types of transport (bicycles, scooters, electric cars, trams, trains, etc.), taking into account the trends of artificial intelligence development and possibilities of smart specialization of the transport system. In addition, the ecological diversification policy predicts inclusion of the trends of artificial intelligence development and the possibilities of smart specialization in the transport system.\u0000The correlation assessment of the dynamic of transport using and the level of carbon dioxide emissions of transport in Ukraine were conducted. First of all, it concerns the definition of goals, objectives and ways of implementing an innovative product as a strategic direction of economic development of recreational potential.\u0000The article examines the market conditions for the establishment and functioning of the recreation and health industry. Strategic directions for improving the system of economic and environmental decision-making on the principles of sustainable development have been identified.\u0000The authors set the priority components of innovative support for the development of the recreational economy. The basic principles of formation of strategy of ecologically oriented diversification of the market of recreational product in the Carpathian macroregion are offered, according to which the main goals of diversification of the studied market should be aimed at the conservation of natural components as the basis of resource potential, as well as ensuring the economic feasibility of diversification. The defined goal includes the search for rational resource alternatives, the efficient use of scarce resources, the spatial expansion of the market, the utilization of new production facilities and the provision of conditions for sustainability in the market.\u0000The article substantiates the feasibility and basic directions of application of cluster mechanisms in the investigated sphere, since organized interaction between the cluster subjects on the basis of separately created cluster programs can ensure social-economic growth and ecological safety of the recreational sphere.\u0000For optimal interaction between the subjects of ecological-oriented recreational clusters, in addition to economic mechanisms, innovative provision also requires a management and control system. Such an innovative product can be a controlling system. The subject is defined as the stages of development of nursing personnel, including education, career growth, and employee motivation.\u0000In order to achieve the set aim and to solve the chosen tasks, modern research methods have been used. They include scientific abstraction (in the study of the categories of “core competencies”, “competence”); systematic approach (to substantiate the principles influencing the professional development of the worker), sociological survey (questionnaire) (to determine the methods of motivating nursing personnel), etc.\u0000The provisions and conclusions of the work are presented as a system of measures aimed at improving the competence, capacity building and utilization of the intellectual capital of health institutions.\u0000It is revealed that the core professional competencies of nursing staff are the basis of employee development in the organization, and they help determine the level of professional competence of nurses, their practical skills.\u0000Innovative technologies for the development of nursing staff are disclosed, including: building core competencies, individual development plan, performance appraisal, career planning, training and staff development, employee motivation.\u0000It is established that the employee clearly defines his needs, goals, expectations in the individual development plan to know how to develop in the future and properly plan the steps and necessary measures to achieve the goals. Performance appraisal allows the assessor to determine the professional competence of the nurse. The interpretation of the term “coaching” is given. It has been analyzed as one of the important factors for improving the organization’s activity. At present, the topic of coaching has become one of the most sought after in the field of management and consulting. The benefits of coaching are presented and characterized.\u0000Successful experience of using coaching technologies in multinational corporations, in particular on the example of companies of the USA, Japan, Singapore and Western Europe is considered. Coaching was compared with mentoring. Mentoring puts more emphasis on the practical part when an experienced employee trains the less experienced. Mentoring is a long process.\u0000The main advantages of using these management tools in the context of globalization are substantiated. Basic coaching models are presented and characterized. Coaching technologies are aimed at transforming the company personnel management system. They are aimed at achieving the goal with the most optimal use of resources and the development of company employees. Coaching technologies create an environment where change happens most easily, quickly and naturally. For greater productivity, relationships between volume managers and employees must be based on partnership, trust and security.\u0000The scientific principles of coaching implementation in organizations as a method of managing their development and effectiveness are highlighted. The goal of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and applied aspects of economic security complex assessment on the example of regional business structures with the use of the apparatus of mathematical modeling in Economics in modern conditions of business macro trends. The assessment of the state of economic security of enterprises is carried out through a system of criteria and indicators. The criterion of enterprises economic security is a measure of the state of the entity in terms of compliance with the established indicators of its activity with pre-established indicators reflecting the essence of economic security. On the basis of this goal, the question arises of solving such problems as: the possibility of developing a unified conceptual approach and tools for assessing the impact of indicators on the of regional business structures’s economic security; developing measures to improve the economic component of regional business structures.\u0000Research methods. Structural methods, comparative analysis of empirical data, abstract-logical generalization and mathematical modeling in Economics were applied to solve this scientific problem.\u0000Results. In the work on the basis of the methodological approach the model of assessment formation of the enterprise’s economic security has been grounded on the basis of impact of economic security indicators by means of logit and probit-functions. The model does not take into account group effects, that is, there is no analysis of fixed effects. In order to avoid cross-effects, when not only the variable itself influences the likelihood of a crisis, but the public crisis begins to affect the behavior of the variable, two groups of models are built: for the first group of regressions from the sample, all observations after the first year of crises are excluded; for the second group of regressions all data were used except for the crisis years after the first year of the crisis.\u0000Conclusions. Voluntary service enables young people to get valuable experience, influences the development of professional career and facilitates the entry of young people in the modern labour market. Thanks to the volunteering, they gain a competitive advantage on the labour market regardless of industry or position. Studies show that they are better perceived by future employers as candidates and have better perspectives in finding a job in the contemporary labour market. Nowadays good education is not enough. There is something else needed like additional competencies outside the formal education. The tool for acquiring such competences is a voluntary service which plays an increasingly important role among the younger generation.\u0000The purpose of the article is to systematize knowledge in the field of volunteering and to present the relations between voluntary activity and the prospects of candidates entering the labour market. The article reviews Polish and European literature and reports on this topic.\u0000Conclusions are that employers appreciate the non-professional activity of job candidates. Approaches to financial and digital literacy are analyzed. The terminology used in modern scientific literature to define the concept of digital competence has been verified. The components of “digital competence” and the directions of its development are outlined. The economic progress of any country or region is always scientifically based. Science itself creates the tools for technological, economic and social development, however, in the context of the global problem of mass “pseudo scientific” research and “pseudo study” the specified causal relationships are unimplemented, which leads to distortion of the educational system. One of the major reasons for this is the process of violating the standards of academic integrity, and sometimes their misunderstanding also.\u0000The social aspect of academic integrity is very important. Understanding one’s own responsibility (or irresponsibility) for violating the standards of scientific ethics from the point of teachers and students directly determines the perception of the higher education system in Ukraine. It also determines formation the system of values that is formed in youth during studying in educational institutions. Purpose. The aim of the article is to investigate the special aspects of implementation the principles of academic integrity in Ukraine, their comparison with the European ones, and further proposals development on minimizing academic dishonesty. Research methods. Generalization, analysis, synthesis, comparison. Results. The legal aspect of academic integrity in Ukrainian law and its difference with the standards defined in the SAIUP project have been investigated. The directions of increasing the level of academic integrity among students are determined. The problem of plagiarism in the educational and scientific environment was investigated and the prospects of integration of the Unicheck platform and the national scientific texts repository are outlined. The approaches for understanding plagiarism with the international turnitin platform are described. A list of plagiarism checking resources is grouped. The responsibility for the proven facts of plagiarism is signified. Conclusions.
