Also the work covers the emission characteristics of current hogging grid from anisotropic pyrolytic graphite in the electron gun subject to the power of current hogging and the cathode temperature. The article describes the problems of increasing the heat dissipation capacity in helix slow-wave structures of TWT. The authors of the article presented an improved technology of assembling the output helix slow-wave structure and its main advantages. The article presents a slow-wave structure obtained by the solid-phase connection method. That generator could be represented by a packaged magnetron on condition of solving the problem with maintaining an operation mode through anode current operation control. In the article options for constructing an anode current stabilization system based on anode voltage regulation are considered. The article suggests a 3 kW packaged magnetron power-supply system transient phenomena research through the MATLAB+Simulink environment simulation. The power supply system includes two power supplies connected in series, one of which is uncontrolled, the other can change the output voltage according to the signal of the integral controller. A comparison of the studied double-gap cavities parameters showed that the largest value of the criterion, taking into account a complex of electrodynamic, electronic and mass-dimensional parameters, has a cavity model with two drift tubes excited at 2π mode. An algorithm for controlling a high-voltage thyristor switch is proposed. The algorithm allows changing the neutral grounding mode depending on the intensity of geomagnetic activity and the state of the magnetic system of the power transformer. The technology solutions concerning development and use of conveyor microwave ovens of drying installations for drying of vegetable raw materials are designated. The received parameters of energy consumption and dynamics of process of drying allow to define close to optimum border of transition from convective to microwave to a power supply. The optimum value of the transitional humidity (at the boundary of the microwave and convective modules) should be in the range from 120% to 140%. Application of a method of combined power supply when drying fruits and vegetables allows to reduce power consumption of process by 20-30%. One of the main units for implementation of such technique are DC-DC converters. In the paper we considering approaches to designing of integrated DC-DC converters based on charge pump. A comparative analysis of 4 architectures for 90 nm technology is presented. Obtained results show, that charge pump solutions based on Favrat and exponential architecture are optimal. The simulation results of linear and tree charge pump architectures are also presented in the paper. The results of the theoretical investigation of the modules vector phase shifters switching and random phase errors effect on the antenna radiation pattern in case of using the flat arrays of patch radiators with dimensions of $8times 8, 8times 32$ radiators are presented.
