Abstract

For the active electronically scanned array core-chip developing within the framework of the state task, the analysis of the vector phase shifters parameters influence on the antenna array radiation characteristics is carried out. The results of the theoretical investigation of the modules vector phase shifters switching and random phase errors effect on the antenna radiation pattern in case of using the flat arrays of patch radiators with dimensions of $8\times 8,\ 8\times 32$ radiators are presented. The obtained results showed that the developed module allows with high precision to form the required antenna arrays radiation patterns with handling its parameters.
