The simulation results of linear and tree charge pump architectures are also presented in the paper. 摘要

可重构电子系统要求使用各种电源的可能性。实现这种技术的主要单元之一是DC-DC转换器。本文研究了基于电荷泵的集成DC-DC变换器的设计方法。对90nm技术的4种架构进行了比较分析。结果表明,基于Favrat和指数结构的电荷泵解是最优的。文中还给出了线性和树状电荷泵结构的仿真结果。所开发的电路输出电压大于1V,而输入电压约为150mv。
