One of the main units for implementation of such technique are DC-DC converters. In the paper we considering approaches to designing of integrated DC-DC converters based on charge pump. A comparative analysis of 4 architectures for 90 nm technology is presented. Obtained results show, that charge pump solutions based on Favrat and exponential architecture are optimal. The simulation results of linear and tree charge pump architectures are also presented in the paper.
