The type of research used is research and development. This research by analyzing as a preliminary and designing the media only. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation study was conducted to complement the observation and interview data in introducing Thayyibah sentences in early childhood in TK Negeri 1, 2, and TK 'Aisyiyah Padang. After the data is collected, analysis by presenting the data through statements that are following the original in reality and designing instructional media. This study designed a creative pictorial, and colorful media and presented it in a child's play conditions while learning inside and outside the classroom in early childhood. It becomes a frame for the community in speaking words, acting in family and community life and in the world of education. Honest character is reflected in one of the principles of Pancasila, namely just and civilized humanity. So the character values in Minangkabau culture is synergized with Pancasila as the way of life of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of honest character based on Minangkabau culture in education. The research method used was qualitative with the hermenutic type. The research applied direct survey as a research method. The data is processed using path analysis. This study consists of 3 variables, namely work motivation (X2), principals’ work performance (Y) and school performance quality (Z). The result of work motivation questionnaire (X2) shows that the maximum score achieved is 216 and the lowest score is 125 and the range is 91. The average score is 180.77, the median is 182.5, the mode is 183 and the standard deviation is 19.98. This study reveals the effect of work motivation on work performance of the principals, and the quality of school performance at SMA Negeri in West Sumatera. The value the work motivation is 33.33% with a cumulative score of 61.53%. The linearity of work motivation with the quality of school performance is the sig. 0.666> 0.05, with a variance table value of 1.81 and a calculated variance of 0.875. It is utilizing a variety of scientific methods. The subjects are students from Primary School in Pekanbaru city who participated in the drawing competition with the theme of the environment. The data is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The data are analyzed using the qualitative approach proposed by Miles and Huberman . The research analysis consisted of three activities carried out simultaneously, called data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Activity data analysis is an integral inter-related and interaction process at the time before, during, and after data collection. The self-confidence of students in entrepreneurship as a whole is in the moderate category. Hacyl study of 144 respondents there were some items of questions whose grades were related to a lack of understanding student against the Minangkabau adage associated with passion and entrepreneurial spirit of Minangkabau society. Herein, observation, interviews, checklists, videotaping, student work results, and mathematical abilities tests were used as the data collection method. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. This research resulted in cognitive conflict-based mathematics learning tools (RRP and LKPD) for junior high school students. It met the valid criteria with characteristics; its content reflects the state of the art knowledge about the cognitive conflict; each component in the device is consistent.
