It was found that the fact of the rise of radicalism in the campus realm underlies the issuance of this regulation. Therefore, it becomes a means of fostering the ideology of the nation on campus. In practice, UIN has not yet implemented the regulation, but it has realized the spirit of it in the form of campus rules. There are responses and impacts that occur. However, it is not within the area of student organs, but the institution, and its impact is felt by all students. Meanwhile, at UGM, there is no direct policy yet, but campus organs have been actively discussing and mapping the patterns of movement to be carried out when the regulation is later enacted.","PeriodicalId":31011,"journal":{"name":"Addin","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48161910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despitebeing an expert in Islamic law, Ibn ‘Ashur did not perceive the <em>Tau</em><em>hi</em><em>d </em><em>Ha</em><em>kimiyyah</em> verses as a basis for the necessity to apply Shari’a law at the level of government. Perhaps the thought of “<em>h</em><em>a</em><em>kimiyyatull</em><em>a</em><em>h</em>” had not developed in the time of Ibn ‘Ashur. Another reason, Ibn ‘Ashur used a linguistic-sociological contextual approach when interpreting the verses claimed to be the basis of the <em>Tau</em><em>hi</em><em>d </em><em>Ha</em><em>kimiyyah</em> concept. With this approach, Ibn ‘Ashur did not use the <em>Tau</em><em>hi</em><em>d </em><em>Ha</em><em>kimiyyah</em> verse to judge the behavior of the Muslims because in fact these verses were revealed to explain the behavior of the polytheists who opposed Islamic <em>da</em><em>’</em><em>wah</em>.</p>","PeriodicalId":31011,"journal":{"name":"Addin","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46652012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

OJK has conducted many socialization activities about microinsurance for low-income people which aimed to increase their literacy of insurance. SMES (Sederhana – Mudah – Ekonomis – Segera) services aim to increase insurance inclusion. The study aims to propose a model of value-based service on microtakaful. The service refers to SMES (Sederhana – Mudah – Ekonomis – Segera) and Maslahah Performa value. SMES value to explain the value expected by takaful participants. Maslahah performa to explain the fulfillment of needs to sharia demands by takaful operator. The SMES variable is developed into various sub variables according to SEOJK. Maslahah performa is elaborated to get worship orientation variables and internal process orientation which then be developed into various sub variables. The sub-variable weight is determined according to the importance level of each sub variable. The research finds that a value-based microtakaful service model can be derived from the SMES approach and maslahah performa. There is a linkage between the value-based microtakaful service according to participant expectation and spirituality and sustainability. The reasearch will contribute to increase literacy of microinsurance.","PeriodicalId":31011,"journal":{"name":"Addin","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46059231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results show that Baiquniyah Early Childhood Pontren Yogyakarta can be the best alternative choice. This is because the Baiquniyah Early Childhood Pontren Yogyakarta is able to bring the children closer to their parents psychologically, even when they are biologically separated.
